Surah 109: Al Kafirun

| আমরা সবসময় মনে রাখি | We Always Remember |​

  • যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. Surah Al-Kafirun is the 109th chapter of the Quran, revealed in Makkah. It talks about people who do not believe in Islam and how there is a clear difference between their beliefs and those of Muslims. The name "Al-Kafirun" means "The Disbelievers."

This Surah teaches us that there is no mixing of beliefs between Muslims and non-Muslims. It tells us to stay strong in our faith and not change it to fit others. At the same time, it encourages us to respect people who have different beliefs.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

  1. Say, "O disbelievers,
  2. I do not worship what you worship.
  3. Nor are you worshippers of what I worship.
  4. Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship.
  5. Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship.
  6. For you is your religion, and for me is my religion.

What Allah Says​

Surah Al-Kafirun consists of 6 verses. Allah addresses the disbelievers, making it clear that there is a distinct difference between the beliefs of Muslims and those of disbelievers. The Surah emphasizes that Muslims and disbelievers have entirely different practices of worship. Allah makes it clear that there is no overlap between their beliefs.

The Surah concludes by affirming that each group will follow its own path: Muslims will continue to worship Allah, while disbelievers will remain in their disbelief. There is no need for Muslims to compromise their faith or adopt the beliefs of others.

পরম দয়ালু, পরম মেহেরবান, আল্লাহর নামে।

  1. বল, ‘হে কাফিররা!’
  2. তোমরা যার ‘ইবাদাত কর, আমি তার ‘ইবাদাত করি না,
  3. আর আমি যার ‘ইবাদাত করি তোমরা তার ‘ইবাদাতকারী নও,
  4. আর আমি তার ‘ইবাদাতকারী নই তোমরা যার ‘ইবাদাত করে থাক,
  5. এবং তোমরা তাঁর ইবাদাতকারী নও যাঁর ইবাদাত আমি করি।
  6. তোমাদের পথ ও পন্থা তোমাদের জন্য (সে পথে চলার পরিণতি তোমাদেরকেই ভোগ করতে হবে) আর আমার জন্য আমার পথ (যে সত্য পথে চলার জন্য আল্লাহ আমাকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন, এ পথ ছেড়ে আমি অন্য কোন পথ গ্রহণ করতে মোটেই প্রস্তুত নই)।
