Surah 107: Al Ma'un

We Always Remember |

| মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

| সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

Surah Al-Ma'un, the 107th chapter of the Quran, was revealed in Makkah and talks about people who ignore their communal responsibilities and don't believe in the Day of Judgment. The word "Al-Ma'un" means small acts of kindness or simple charity, showing how important it is to help others, even in small ways. The Surah reminds us that true faith is not just about praying but also about how we treat others, especially those who are vulnerable and in need.

The Surah criticizes those who are unkind to orphans, ignore the poor, and only pray to show off. It teaches that neglecting these small acts of kindness is a sign of hypocrisy and disbelief. Through this Surah, Allah encourages believers to show their faith through real compassion, generosity, and sincerity in both their prayers and how they interact with others.
