যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু
আল্লাহ ﷻ মানবজাতিকে সঠিক পথে পরিচালনার জন্য ইতিহাসের বিভিন্ন সময়ে চারটি প্রধান কিতাব ( তাওরাত , যাবুর , ইনজিল , কুরআন ) বিভিন্ন নবীর ওপর নাজিল করেছেন। প্রতিটি কিতাবই একটি নির্দিষ্ট জাতি বা সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য পাঠানো হয়েছিল, তবে মূল বার্তা ছিল একই: আল্লাহর একত্বে বিশ্বাস, ন্যায় ও ন ৈতিকতার জীবনযাপন, এবং আখিরাতের জন্য প্রস্তুতি ।
Allah ﷻ revealed four major scriptures—Tawrat, Zabur, Injeel, and Qur'an—to various prophets across different periods in history to guide humanity along the righteous path. Each of these sacred books was sent to a particular nation or community, yet core message remained consistent : Belief in the Oneness of Allah, living a life based on justice and morality, and preparing for the Hereafter.
যাবুর | Zabur
নাজিল হয়েছে : যাবুর নাজিল করা হয়েছিল আল্লাহর এক প্রিয় নবী, হযরত দাউদ (আলাইহিস সালাম)-এর উপর। তিনি ছিলেন একাধারে নবী, বাদশাহ ও সুস্বরের অধিকারী এক মহান ইবাদতকারী। আল্লাহ তাঁকে বিশেষভাবে গানের সুরে ইবাদত করার ক্ষমতা দিয়েছিলেন, এবং তিনি এই গীতিকবিতাগুলো আল্লাহর প্রশংসায় আবেগভরে পাঠ করতেন।

Revealed To : The Zabur was revealed to one of Allah’s beloved prophets, Prophet Dawud (David, peace be upon him). He was not only a prophet and a king but also a devout worshipper with a melodious voice. Allah granted him the unique ability to worship through song, and he would recite these poetic verses with deep emotion in praise of Allah.

বিষয়বস্তু : যাবুর ছিল এক প্রকার পবিত্র গীতসংগ্রহ, যাতে আল্লাহর প্রশংসা, বড় বড় দোয়া, হৃদয়ছোঁয়া উপদেশ, আত্মিক অনুভব এবং ধৈর্যের শিক্ষা ছিল। এর অধিকাংশ অংশই ছিল সুরে গাওয়ার উপযোগী এবং আল্লাহর মহিমা গীত করার মাধ্যমে হৃদয়কে পরিশুদ্ধ করার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হতো। এটি মানুষের অন্তরের কথা আল্লাহর দরবারে তুলে ধরার একটি মাধ্যম ছিল ।
Content : The Zabur was a sacred collection of psalms, containing praise of Allah, heartfelt supplications, moving admonitions, spiritual reflections, and lessons of patience. Much of its content was suited for melodic recitation and was used to purify hearts by glorifying Allah. It served as a means to express the innermost thoughts and emotions of the soul before the Lord.
উদ্দেশ্য : যাবুরের মূল উদ্দেশ্য ছিল মানুষকে আল্লাহর প্রতি গভীর ভালোবাসা, কৃতজ্ঞতা ও আনুগত্যে আবদ্ধ করা। এটি আত্মিক শক্তি বৃদ্ধির মাধ্যম হিসেবে কাজ করত, যাতে মানুষ ইবাদতে মনোযোগী হয় এবং ধৈর্য ও তাওয়াক্কুল অর্জন করে। বিশেষ করে যারা কষ্ট ও দুঃখে নিমজ্জিত, তাঁদের জন্য যাবুর ছিল সান্ত্বনা ও প্রেরণার উৎস। দাউদ (আঃ) নিজেও গভীর আবেগে তা পাঠ করতেন, যা অন্যদের হৃদয়েও আল্লাহর ভয় ও ভালোবাসা জাগিয়ে তুলত ।
Purpose : The main purpose of the Zabur was to instill deep love, gratitude, and obedience toward Allah. It served as a source of spiritual strength, helping people focus on worship and develop patience and reliance (tawakkul) upon Allah. Especially for those enduring hardship and sorrow, the Zabur offered comfort and inspiration. Prophet Dawud (peace be upon him) would recite it with profound passion, stirring awe and love for Allah in the hearts of listeners.
পরিবর্তন : যাবুরের মূল গ্রন্থ আজ আর তার অবিকৃত অবস্থায় নেই। এটি কালের পরিক্রমায় মানুষের হাতে পরিবর্তিত হয়েছে। কিছু অংশ হয়তো বিভিন্ন ধর্মগ্রন্থে গীতসঙ্গীত বা ‘Psalms’ নামে রয়ে গেছে, তবে তার মূল ভাষা, নির্ভুলতা ও মৌলিকত্ব বিলুপ্ত হয়ে গেছে। ফলে বর্তমান যাবুর আর আল্লাহর নাজিলকৃত মূল পাঠ হিসেবে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় ।
Alteration : The original Zabur is no longer available in its unaltered form. Over time, it was altered by human hands. Although some parts may remain within religious scriptures under the name of “Psalms,” its original language, precision, and authenticity have been lost. Therefore, the current form of the Zabur is not accepted as the original divine revelation sent by Allah.
নাজিলের সময়কাল : যাবুর আনুমানিক ১০০০ থেকে ১১০০ BCE সালের মধ্যে নবী দাউদ (আলাইহিস সালাম)-এর উপর নাজিল হয়। এটি তাওরাতের পরবর্তী কিতাব এবং ইনজিল ও কুরআনের পূর্ববর্তী ।
Time of Revelation : The Zabur was revealed to Prophet Dawud (peace be upon him) between approximately 1000 and 1100 BCE. It came after the Tawrah and before the Injil and the Qur’an.

- আর অবশ্যই আমরা (যাবূর) কিতাবে উপদেশের পর লিখে দিয়েছি যে, ‘নিশ্চয় আমার সৎকর্মশীল বান্দারা পৃথিবীর অধিকারী হবে।’
- And We have already written in the book [of Psalms] after the [previous] mention that the land [of Paradise] is inherited by My righteous servants.
Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse: 55
- আর যারা আসমানসমূহ ও যমীন আছে তাদের সম্পর্কে আপনার রব অধিক অবগত । আর অবশ্যই আমরা নবীগণের কিছু সংখ্যককে কিছু সংখ্যকের উপর মর্যাদা দিয়েছি এবং দাউদকে দিয়েছি যাবূর ।
- And your Lord is most knowing of whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And We have made some of the prophets exceed others [in various ways], and to David We gave the book [of Psalms / Zabur ].
