  • যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

Surah 8 | Al-Anfal | আল-আনফাল | Verse: 27-28

  • হে মু’মিনগণ! তোমরা জেনে বুঝে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের সঙ্গে বিশ্বাসঘাতকতা করো না, আর যে বিষয়ে তোমরা আমানাত প্রাপ্ত হয়েছ তাতেও বিশ্বাস ভঙ্গ করো না। জেনে রেখ, তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ আর সন্তান- সন্ততি হচ্ছে পরীক্ষার সামগ্রী মাত্র। (এ পরীক্ষায় যারা উত্তীর্ণ হবে তাদের জন্য) আল্লাহর নিকট রয়েছে মহাপুরস্কার।
  • O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence].And know that your properties and your children are but a trial and that Allah has with Him a great reward.

Surah 9 | At-Tawba | আত-তাওবা | Verse: 55

  • কাজেই তাদের সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি আপনাকে,"হে মুহাম্মদ", যেন বিমুগ্ধ না করে, আল্লাহ তো এসবের দ্বারাই তাদেরকে দুনিয়ার জীবনে শাস্তি দিতে চান। আর তাদের আত্মা দেহত্যাগ করবে কাফের থাকা অবস্থায়।
  • So let not their wealth or their children impress you," O Muhammad" . Allah only intends to punish them through them in worldly life and that their souls should depart [at death] while they are disbelievers.

Surah 9 | At-Tawba | আত-তাওবা | Verse: 85

  • আর তাদের সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি আপনাকে যেন বিমুগ্ধ না করে; আল্লাহ তো এগুলোর দ্বারাই তাদেরকে পার্থিব জীবনে শাস্তি দিতে চান; আর তারা কাফের থাকা অবস্থায় তাদের আত্মা দেহ-ত্যাগ করে।
  • And let not their wealth and their children impress you. Allah only intends to punish them through them in this world and that their souls should depart [at death] while they are disbelievers.

Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse: 23 - 24

  • আর আপনার রব আদেশ দিয়েছেন তিনি ছাড়া অন্য কারো ইবাদাত না করতে ও পিতা-মাতার প্রতি সদ্ব্যবহার করতে। তারা একজন বা উভয়ই তোমার জীবদ্দশায় বার্ধক্যে উপনীত হলে তাদেরকে ‘উফ’ বলো না এবং তাদেরকে ধমক দিও না; তাদের সাথে সম্মানসূচক কথা বল ।
  • অনুকম্পায় তাদের প্রতি বিনয়াবনত থেকো এবং বলো, ‘হে আমার প্রতিপালক! তাদের উভয়ের প্রতি দয়া কর; যেভাবে শৈশবে তারা আমাকে প্রতিপালন করেছে।’
  • And your Lord has decreed that you not worship except Him, and to parents, good treatment. Whether one or both of them reach old age [while] with you, say not to them [so much as], "uff," and do not repel them but speak to them a noble word.
  • And lower to them the wing of humility out of mercy and say, "My Lord, have mercy upon them as they brought me up [when I was] small."

Surah 18 | Al-Kahf | আল-কাহফ | Verse: 45 - 46

  • আর আপনি তাদের কাছে পেশ করুন উপমা দুনিয়ার জীবনের: এটা পানির ন্যায় যা আমরা বর্ষণ করি আকাশ থেকে, যা দ্বারা ভূমিজ উদ্ভিদ ঘন সন্নিবিষ্ট হয়ে উদগত হয়, তারপর তা বিশুষ্ক হয়ে এমন চূর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ হয় যে, বাতাস তাকে উড়িয়ে নিয়ে যায়। আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর শক্তিমান।
  • ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি দুনিয়ার জীবনের শোভা ; আর সৎকার্য, যার ফল স্থায়ী ওটা আপনার প্রতিপালকের নিকট পুরস্কার প্রাপ্তির জন্য শ্রেষ্ঠ এবং আশা প্রাপ্তির ব্যাপারেও উত্তম ।
  • And present to them the example of the life of this world, [its being] like rain which We send down from the sky, and the vegetation of the earth mingles with it and [then] it becomes dry remnants, scattered by the winds. And Allah is ever, over all things, Perfect in Ability.
  • Wealth and children are [but] adornment of the worldly life. But the enduring good deeds are better to your Lord for reward and better for [one's] hope.

Surah 24 | An-Nur | আন-নূর | Verse: 58 - 60

  • হে মুমিনগণ! তোমাদের মালিকানাধীন দাস-দাসীরা এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে যারা বয়ঃপ্ৰাপ্ত (নাবালক) হয়নি তারা যেন তোমাদের কক্ষে প্রবেশ করতে তিন সময়ে অনুমতি গ্রহন করে, ফজরের সালাতের আগে, দুপুরে যখন তোমরা তোমাদের পোষাক খুলে রাখ তখন এবং ‘ইশার সালাতের পর; এ তিন সময় তোমাদের গোপনীয়তার সময়। এ তিন সময় ছাড়া (অন্য সময় বিনা অনুমতিতে প্রবেশ করলে) তোমাদের এবং তাদের কোন দোষ নেই । তোমাদের এককে অন্যের কাছে তো যেতেই হয়। এভাবে আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্য তাঁর আয়াতসমূহ বিবৃত করেন। আর আল্লাহ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।
  • আর তোমাদের সন্তান-সন্ততি বয়ঃপ্রাপ্ত হলে তারাও যেন অনুমতি প্রার্থনা করে যেমন অনুমতি প্রার্থনা করে থাকে তাদের বড়রা। এভাবে আল্লাহ তোমাদের জন্য তার আয়াতসমূহ বিবৃত করেন। আর আল্লাহ্ সর্বজ্ঞ, প্ৰজ্ঞাময়।
  • আর বৃদ্ধা নারীরা, যারা বিয়ের আশা রাখে না, তাদের জন্য অপরাধ নেই, যদি তারা তাদের সৌন্দর্য প্রদর্শন না করে তাদের বহির্বাস খুলে রাখে। আর এ থেকে তাদের বিরত থাকাই তাদের জন্য উত্তম। আর আল্লাহ সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞ।
  • O you who have believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not [yet] reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing [for rest] at noon and after the night prayer. [These are] three times of privacy for you. There is no blame upon you nor upon them beyond these [periods], for they continually circulate among you - some of you, among others. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise. .
  • And when the children among you reach puberty, let them ask permission [at all times] as those before them have done. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.
  • And women of post-menstrual age who have no desire for marriage - there is no blame upon them for putting aside their outer garments [but] not displaying adornment. But to modestly refrain [from that] is better for them. And Allah is Hearing and Knowing.

Surah 26 | Ash-Shu'ara | আশ-শুআ'রা | Verse: 69 - 89

  • আর [হে মুহাম্মাদ], আপনি তাদের কাছে ইবরাহীমের বৃত্তান্ত বৰ্ণনা করুন ।
  • যখন তিনি তার পিতা ও তার সম্প্রদায়কে বলেছিলেন, তোমরা কিসের ইবাদাত কর ?
  • তারা বলল , ‘আমরা মূর্তির পূজা করি এবং আমরা নিষ্ঠার সাথে ওদের পূজায় নিরত থাকি ।
  • তিনি বললেন , তোমরা যখন আহ্বান কর তখন তারা তোমাদের শোনে কি ?
  • অথবা তারা কি তোমাদের উপকার কিংবা অপকার করতে পারে ?
  • তারা বলল , না , তবে আমরা আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে পেয়েছি , তারা এরূপই করত ।
  • ইবরাহীম বললেন , তোমরা কি ভেবে দেখেছ, তোমরা কিসের পূজা কর ।
  • তোমরা এবং তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তী পিতৃপুরুষরা ?
  • তারা সবাই আমার শত্রু, বিশ্বজগতের পালনকর্তা ছাড়া ।
  • যিনি আমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তিনিই আমাকে হেদায়াত দিয়েছেন ।
  • আর তিনিই আমাকে খাওয়ান এবং তিনিই আমাকে পান করান ।
  • এবং রোগাক্রান্ত হলে তিনিই আমাকে রোগমুক্ত করেন ।
  • আর তিনিই আমার মৃত্যু ঘটাবেন, অতঃপর আমাকে পুনর্জীবিত করবেন ।
  • এবং আশা করি, তিনি কিয়ামতের দিন আমার অপরাধসমূহ মার্জনা করে দেবেন ।
  • হে আমার রাব্ব! আমাকে প্রজ্ঞা দান করুন এবং সৎ কর্মপরায়ণদের সাথে আমাকে মিলিত করুন ।
  • এবং পরবর্তীদের মধ্যে আমার সুনাম-সুখ্যাতি অব্যাহত রাখুন ,
  • এবং আমাকে নি‘য়ামাতপূর্ণ জান্নাতের উত্তরাধিকারীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করুন ,
  • আর আমার পিতাকে ক্ষমা করুন, তিনি তো পথভ্রষ্টদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিলেন ।
  • এবং যেদিন পুনরুত্থিত করা হবে সেদিন আমাকে লাঞ্ছিত করবেন না ।
  • যে দিন ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি কোন কাজে আসবে না ;
  • সে দিন উপকৃত হবে শুধু সে , যে আল্লাহর কাছে আসবে বিশুদ্ধ অন্তঃকরণ নিয়ে ।
  • And [O Muhammad], recite to them the news of Abraham,
  • When he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?"
  • They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."
  • He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate ?
  • Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?"
  • They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus."
  • He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping,
  • You and your ancient forefathers ?
  • Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds,
  • Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.
  • And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.
  • And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
  • And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life .
  • And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."
  • [And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.
  • And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.
  • And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.
  • And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray.
  • And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected
  • The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
  • But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."

Surah 27 | An-Naml | আন-নামাল Verse: 19

  • অতঃপর সুলাইমান তার এ কথাতে মৃদু হাসলেন এবং বললেন, হে আমার রব! আপনি আমাকে সামর্থ্য দিন যাতে আমি আপনার প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করতে পারি, আমার প্রতি ও আমার পিতামাতার প্রতি আপনি যে অনুগ্রহ করেছেন তার জন্য এবং যাতে আমি এমন সৎকাজ করতে পারি যা আপনি পছন্দ করেন । আর আপনার অনুগ্রহে আমাকে আপনার সৎকর্মপরায়ণ বান্দাদের শামিল করুন ।
  • So [Solomon] smiled, amused at her speech, and said, "My Lord, enable me to be grateful for Your favor which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents and to do righteousness of which You approve. And admit me by Your mercy into [the ranks of] Your righteous servants."

Surah 29 | Al-Ankabut | আল-আনকাবূত | Verse: 8

  • আর আমরা মানুষকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছি তার পিতা-মাতার প্রতি সদ্ব্যবহার করতে । তবে তারা যদি তোমার উপর বল প্রয়োগ করে আমার সাথে এমন কিছু শরীক করতে যার সম্পর্কে তোমার কোন জ্ঞান নেই , তাহলে তুমি তাদেরকে মেনো না আমারই কাছে তোমাদের ফিরে আসা । অতঃপর তোমরা কি করছিলে তা আমি তোমাদেরকে জানিয়ে দেব ।
  • And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.

Surah 31 | Luqman | লুকমান| Verse: 16 -19

  • [এবং লুকমান বললেন] হে আমার প্রিয় বৎস, নিশ্চয় তা (পাপ-পুণ্য) যদি সরিষা দানার পরিমাণ হয়, অতঃপর তা থাকে পাথরের মধ্যে কিংবা আসমানসমূহে বা যমীনের মধ্যে, আল্লাহ তাও নিয়ে আসবেন; নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সূক্ষ্মদর্শী, সর্বজ্ঞ’। ‘হে আমার প্রিয় বৎস, সালাত কায়েম কর, সৎকাজের আদেশ দাও, অসৎকাজে নিষেধ কর এবং তোমার উপর যে বিপদ আসে তাতে ধৈর্য ধর। নিশ্চয় এগুলো অন্যতম দৃঢ় সংকল্পের কাজ’। অহংকারের বশবর্তী হয়ে তুমি মানুষকে অবজ্ঞা কর না, আর পৃথিবীতে গর্বভরে চলাফেরা কর না, নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ কোন দাম্ভিক অহংকারীকে পছন্দ করেন না। ‘আর তোমার চলার ক্ষেত্রে মধ্যপন্থা অবলম্বন কর, তোমার আওয়াজ নীচু কর; নিশ্চয় সবচাইতে নিকৃষ্ট আওয়াজ হল গাধার আওয়াজ’।

  • [And Luqman said], "O my son, indeed if wrong should be the weight of a mustard seed and should be within a rock or [anywhere] in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted. O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, [all] that is of the matters [requiring] determination. And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] toward people and do not walk through the earth exultantly. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful. And be moderate in your pace and lower your voice; indeed, the most disagreeable of sounds is the voice of donkeys."

Surah 40 | Ghafir | গাফির (আল মু'মিন) | Verse: 67 - 68

  • তিনি, (আল্লাহ), তোমাদেরকে মাটি থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন , পরে শুক্রবিন্দু হতে , তারপর আলাকাহ ( জমাট রক্ত ) হতে, তারপর তোমাদেরকে শিশুরূপে বের করেন , তারপর তোমরা হও যৌবনপ্রাপ্ত , তারপর উপনীত হও বার্ধক্যে । তোমাদের মধ্যে কারও কারও পূর্বেই মৃত্যু ঘটে এবং এ জন্য যে , যাতে তোমরা তোমাদের নির্ধারিতকাল প্রাপ্ত হও আর যাতে তোমরা অনুধাবন করতে পার (আল্লাহর সৃষ্টি কুশলতা - মাটি , শুক্রবিন্দু , আলাকাহ, শিশু, যৌবনপ্রাপ্ত, বার্ধক্ )।
  • তিনিই জীবন দান করেন এবং মৃত্যু দেন এবং যখন তিনি কিছু করা স্থির করেন তখন তিনি বলেনঃ ‘হও’ , এবং তা হয়ে যায় ।
  • It is He, (Allah), who created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot; then He brings you out as a child; then [He develops you] that you reach your [time of] maturity, then [further] that you become elders. And among you is he who is taken in death before [that], so that you reach a specified term; and perhaps you will use reason.
  • He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, "Be," and it is.

Surah 52 | At-Tur | আত-তূর | Verse: 21

  • আর যারা ঈমান আনে , আর তাদের সন্তান-সন্ততি ঈমানে তাদের অনুগামী হয় , আমরা তাদের সাথে মিলিত করব তাদের সন্তান-সন্ততিকে এবং তাদের কর্মফল আমরা একটুও কমাবো না ; প্ৰত্যেক ব্যক্তি নিজ কৃতকর্মের জন্য দায়ী ।
  • And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained .

Surah 57 | Al-Hadid | আল-হাদীদ | Verse: 20

  • তোমরা জেনে রেখ যে, পার্থিব জীবনতো ক্রীড়া কৌতুক, জাঁকজমক, পারস্পরিক অহংকার প্রকাশ, ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততিতে প্রাচুর্য লাভের প্রতিযোগিতা ব্যতীত আর কিছুই নয়; ওর উপমা বৃষ্টি, যদ্বারা উৎপন্ন শস্য সম্ভার কৃষকদেরকে চমৎকৃত করে, অতঃপর ওটা শুকিয়ে যায়, ফলে আপনি ওটা পীতবর্ণ দেখতে পান, অবশেষে ওটা খড়কুটায় পরিণত হয়। পরকালে (অবিশ্বাসীদের জন্য) রয়েছে কঠিন শাস্তি এবং (সৎপথ অনুসারীদের জন্য রয়েছে) আল্লাহর ক্ষমা ও সন্তুষ্টি। পার্থিব জীবন ছলনাময় ভোগ ব্যতীত কিছুই নয়।
  • Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion.

Surah 57 | Al-Hadid | আল-হাদীদ | Verse: 22 - 23

  • যমীনে বা ব্যক্তিগতভাবে তোমাদের উপর যে বিপৰ্যয়ই আসে তা সংঘটিত হওয়ার পূর্বেই আমরা তা কিতাবে লিপিবদ্ধ রেখেছি নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর পক্ষে এটা খুব সহজ।
  • এটা এ জন্যে যে, তোমরা যা হারিয়েছ তাতে যেন তোমরা বিমর্ষ না হও এবং যা তিনি তোমাদেরকে দিয়েছেন তার জন্য আনন্দিত না হও। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ পছন্দ করেন না কোন উদ্ধত অহংকারীদেরকে ।
  • No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being - indeed that, for Allah, is easy.
  • In order that you not despair over what has eluded you and not exult [in pride] over what He has given you. And Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful.

Surah 58 | Al-Mujadila | আল-মুজাদালা | Verse: 17

  • আল্লাহর শাস্তি মোকাবিলায় তাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্তাতি তাদের কোন কাজে আসবে না; তারাই জাহান্নামের অধিবাসী, সেখানে তারা স্থায়ী হবে।
  • Never will their wealth or their children avail them against Allah at all. Those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally.

Surah 58 | Al-Mujadila | আল-মুজাদালা | Verse: 22

  • আপনি পাবেননা আল্লাহ ও আখিরাতের উপর ঈমানদার এমন কোন সম্প্রদায়, যারা ভালবাসে তাদেরকে যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলের বিরুদ্ধাচারণ করে—হোক না এ বিরুদ্ধাচারীরা তাদের পিতা, পুত্ৰ, ভাই অথবা এদের জ্ঞাতি-গোত্র। এদের অন্তরে আল্লাহ লিখে দিয়েছেন ঈমান এবং তাদেরকে শক্তিশালী করেছেন তাঁর পক্ষ থেকে রূহ দ্বারা। আর তিনি তাদেরকে প্রবেশ করাবেন এমন জান্নাতে, যার পাদদেশে নদীসমূহ প্রবাহিত; সেখানে তারা স্থায়ী হবে; আল্লাহ্‌ তাদের প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট হয়েছেন এবং তারাও তাঁর প্রতি সন্তুষ্ট। তারাই আল্লাহ্‌র দল। জেনে রাখ, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ্‌র দলই সফলকাম।
  • You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those - He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit from Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him - those are the party of Allah. Unquestionably, the party of Allah - they are the successful

Surah 60 | Al-Mumtahina | আল-মুমতাহিনা | Verse: 3 - 4

  • তোমাদের আত্মীয়-স্বজন ও সন্তান-সন্ততি কিয়ামতের দিন কোন উপকার করতে পারবে না। আল্লাহ তোমাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করে দেবেন; আর তোমরা যা কর আল্লাহ তার সম্যক দ্রষ্টা।
  • অবশ্যই তোমাদের জন্য ইব্রাহীম ও তার অনুসারীদের মধ্যে রয়েছে উত্তম আদর্শ। যখন তারা তাদের সম্প্রদায়কে বলেছিল, “তোমাদের সঙ্গে এবং তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যার ইবাদত কর তা হতে আমরা সম্পৰ্কমুক্ত। আমরা তোমাদেরকে অস্বীকার করি। তোমাদের ও আমাদের মধ্যে সৃষ্টি হল শক্ৰতা ও বিদ্বেষ চিরকালের জন্য; যতক্ষণ না তোমরা এক আল্লাহতে ঈমান আন। তবে ব্যতিক্রম তাঁর পিতার প্রতি ইবরাহীমের উক্তিঃ আমি অবশ্যই তোমার জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করব; আর তোমার ব্যাপারে আল্লাহর কাছে আমি কোন অধিকার রাখি না। ইবরাহীম ও তার অনুসারীগণ বলেছিল, হে আমাদের রব! আমরা আপনারই উপর নির্ভর করেছি, আপনারই অভিমুখী হয়েছি এবং ফিরে যাওয়া তো আপনারই কাছে।
  • Never will your relatives or your children benefit you; the Day of Resurrection He will judge between you. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing.
  • There has already been for you an excellent pattern in Abraham and those with him, when they said to their people, "Indeed, we are disassociated from you and from whatever you worship other than Allah. We have denied you, and there has appeared between us and you animosity and hatred forever until you believe in Allah alone" except for the saying of Abraham to his father, "I will surely ask forgiveness for you, but I have not [power to do] for you anything against Allah. Our Lord, upon You we have relied, and to You we have returned, and to You is the destination.

Surah 63 | Al-Munafiqun | আল-মুনাফিকূন | Verse: 9

  • হে মুমিনগণ ! তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি যেন তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর স্মরণে উদাসীন না করে । আর যারা এরূপ উদাসীন হবে তারাই তো ক্ষতিগ্ৰস্ত ।
  • O you who have believed , let not your wealth and your children divert you from remembrance of Allah . And whoever does that - then those are the losers .

Surah 64 | At-Taghabun | আত-তাগাবুন | Verse: 14

  • হে ঈমানদারগণ ! তোমাদের স্ত্রী-স্বামী ও সন্তান-সন্ততিদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ তোমাদের শত্রু ; অতএব তাদের সম্পর্কে তোমরা সতর্ক থেকো । আর যদি তোমরা তাদেরকে মার্জনা কর , তাদের দোষ-ত্রুটি উপেক্ষা কর এবং তাদেরকে ক্ষমা কর , তবে নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ্ ক্ষমাশীল , পরম দয়ালু ।
  • O you who have believed, indeed, among your wives and your children are enemies to you, so beware of them . But if you pardon and overlook and forgive - then indeed , Allah is Forgiving and Merciful .

Surah 64 | At-Taghabun | আত-তাগাবুন | Verse: 15

  • তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ আর সন্তানাদি পরীক্ষা (’র বস্তু) মাত্র (যারা এ দু’টিকে সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার ক’রে আল্লাহর পথে অটল থাকবে তারা কৃতকার্য হবে , আর যারা এ দু’টিকে আল্লাহর চেয়ে অধিক ভালবাসবে তারা ব্যর্থ হয়ে যাবে) । আর আল্লাহরই নিকট রয়েছে মহা পুরস্কার ।
  • Your wealth and your children are but a trial, and Allah has with Him a great reward .

Surah 66 | At-Tahrim | আত-তাহরীম | Verse: 6

  • হে ঈমানদারগণ, তোমরা নিজেদেরকে ও তোমাদের পরিবার-পরিজনকে আগুন হতে বাঁচাও যার জ্বালানি হবে মানুষ ও পাথর ; যেখানে রয়েছে নির্মম ও কঠোর ফেরেশতাকূল , আল্লাহ তাদেরকে যে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন তারা সে ব্যাপারে তার অবাধ্য হয় না । আর তারা তা-ই করে যা তাদেরকে আদেশ করা হয় ।
  • O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they are commanded.
