যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |
যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

The Day of Judgment, or "Qiyamah," is the final day of the universe, when Allah will resurrect all creations and judge them based on their deeds. On this day, the account of every person's good and bad actions will be taken, and their fate—whether Paradise or Hell—will be decided accordingly. Qiyamah is a day when everything in the heavens and the earth will be destroyed, and by Allah's will, everything will be brought back to life. Allah repeatedly emphasizes the significance of Qiyamah, the terror of that day, and the necessity of preparing for it in the Quran. He has mentioned the importance and dread of that day numerous times in the Quran.

কিয়ামত বা "Day of Judgment" হলো বিশ্বের শেষ দিন, যখন সমস্ত সৃষ্টিকে আল্লাহ পুনরুত্থিত করবেন এবং তাদের কর্মের ভিত্তিতে বিচার করবেন। এই দিনে প্রতিটি ব্যক্তির ভালো এবং মন্দ কাজের হিসাব নেওয়া হবে, এবং তার ভিত্তিতে জান্নাত বা জাহান্নামের ফয়সালা হবে।কিয়ামতের দিনে আসমান-জমিনের সমস্ত কিছু ধ্বংস হবে, এবং আল্লাহর ইচ্ছায় সবকিছু পুনরায় জীবিত করা হবে। আল্লাহ কুরআনে বারবার কিয়ামতের গুরুত্ব, সেই দিনের ভয়াবহতা এবং সেই দিনের জন্য প্রস্তুতি নেওয়ার প্রয়োজনীয়তা উল্লেখ করেছেন। কিয়ামতের গুরুত্ব এবং সেই দিনের ভয়াবহতা সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ কোরআনে অনেকবার উল্লেখ করেছেন।

আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

Surah 3 | Al-i-Imran | আলে-ইমরান | Verse: 185

প্রতিটি প্রাণী মৃত্যুর স্বাদ গ্রহণ করবে। আর ‘অবশ্যই কিয়ামতের দিনে তাদের প্রতিদান পরিপূর্ণভাবে দেয়া হবে। সুতরাং যাকে জাহান্নাম থেকে দূরে রাখা হবে এবং জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করানো হবে সে-ই সফলতা পাবে। আর দুনিয়ার জীবন শুধু ধোঁকার সামগ্রী।
Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.

Surah 6 | Al-An'am | আল-আন'আম | Verse: 32

দুনিয়ার জীবন তো একটি খেল-তামাসার ব্যাপার।আসলে যারা ক্ষতির হাত থেকে বাঁচতে চায় তাদের জন্য আখেরাতের আবাসই ভালো। তবে কি তোমরা বুদ্ধি-বিবেচনাকে কাজে লাগাবে না?
And the worldly life is not but amusement and diversion; but the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah, so will you not reason?

Surah 7 | Al-A'raf | আল-আ'রাফ | Verse:187

তারা তোমাকে কিয়ামত সম্পর্কে প্রশ্ন করে, ‘তা কখন ঘটবে’? তুমি বল, ‘এর জ্ঞান তো রয়েছে আমার রবের নিকট। তিনিই এর নির্ধারিত সময়ে তা প্রকাশ করবেন। আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের উপর তা (কিয়ামত) কঠিন হবে। তা তোমাদের নিকট হঠাৎ এসে পড়বে। তারা তোমাকে প্রশ্ন করছে যেন তুমি এ সম্পর্কে বিশেষভাবে অবহিত। বল, ‘এ বিষয়ের জ্ঞান কেবল আল্লাহর নিকট আছে। কিন্তু অধিকাংশ মানুষ জানে না’।
They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? Say, "Its knowledge is only with my Lord. None will reveal its time except Him. It lays heavily upon the heavens and the earth. It will not come upon you except unexpectedly." They ask you as if you are familiar with it. Say, "Its knowledge is only with Allah, but most of the people do not know."

Surah 10 | Yunus | ইউনুস | Verse: 45

আর যেদিন তিনি তাদেরকে একত্র করবেন, যেন তারা দিবসের মুহূর্তকালমাত্র অবস্থান করেছে। তারা একে অপরকে চিনতে পারবে। তারা অবশ্যই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হয়েছে, যারা আল্লাহর সাক্ষাৎ অস্বীকার করেছে, আর তারা হিদায়াতপ্রাপ্ত ছিল না।
And on the Day when He will gather them, [it will be] as if they had not remained [in the world] but an hour of the day, [and] they will know each other. Those will have lost who denied the meeting with Allah and were not guided.

Surah 10 | Yunus | ইউনুস | Verse: 28 - 30

সেদিন আমি তাদের সবাইকে একত্রিত করে যারা শিরক করেছিল তাদেরকে বলব, ‘‘তোমরা এবং তোমরা যাদেরকে শরীক করেছিলে তারা নিজ নিজ জায়গায় থাক।’’ আমি তাদেরকে পরস্পর থেকে পৃথক করে দেব আর তারা যাদেরকে শরীক করেছিল তারা বলবে, ‘তোমরা তো আমাদের ‘ইবাদাত করতে না।’ এখন আল্লাহই আমাদের আর তোমাদের মাঝে সাক্ষী হিসেবে যথেষ্ট, আমরা তোমাদের ‘ইবাদাতের ব্যাপারে সম্পূর্ণ বেখবর ছিলাম।’ সেখানে প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তিই স্বীয় পূর্ব কৃতকর্মগুলি সম্পর্কে জানতে পারবে। এবং তাদেরকে আল্লাহর দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তিত করা হবে, যিনি তাদের প্রকৃত মালিক। আর যে সব মিথ্যা মা‘বূদ তারা বানিয়ে নিয়েছিল তারা সবাই তাদের থেকে দূরে সরে যাবে।
And [mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will gather them all together - then We will say to those who associated others with Allah, "[Remain in] your place, you and your 'partners.' " Then We will separate them, and their "partners" will say, "You did not used to worship us, And sufficient is Allah as a witness between us and you that we were of your worship unaware." There, [on that Day], every soul will be put to trial for what it did previously, and they will be returned to Allah, their master, the Truth, and lost from them is whatever they used to invent.

Surah 10 | Yunus | ইউনুস | Verse: 55 - 56

জেনে রাখ, নিশ্চয় আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনে যা আছে, তা আল্লাহরই। জেনে রাখ, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর ওয়াদা সত্য, কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই জানে না। তিনিই জীবন দান করেন এবং মৃত্যু ঘটান এবং তারই কাছে তোমাদেরকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করানো হবে।
Unquestionably, to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth. Unquestionably, the promise of Allah is truth, but most of them do not know. He gives life and causes death, and to Him you will be returned.

Surah 12 | Yusuf | ইউসুফ | Verse: 57

আর যারা ঈমান আনে ও তাকওয়া অবলম্বন করে, তাদের জন্য আখিরাতের প্রতিদানই উত্তম।
And the reward of the Hereafter is better for those who believed and were fearing Allah.

Surah 12 | Yusuf | ইউসুফ | Verse: 107

তারা কি নিশ্চিন্ত যে , আল্লাহর সর্বগ্রাসী ‘ আযাব তাদের উপর এসে পড়বে না ? কিংবা হঠাৎ ক্বিয়ামাত তাদের উপর এসে পড়বে না যা তারা টেরও পাবে না ? -Then do they feel secure that there will not come to them an overwhelming [aspect] of the punishment of Allah or that the Hour will not come upon them suddenly while they do not perceive ?

Surah 13 | Ar-Ra'd | আর-রাদ | Verse: 5

আর যদি আপনি বিস্মিত হন ( হে মুহাম্মদ ), তবে বিস্ময়কর হল তাদের কথাঃ ‘ আমরা যখন মাটিতে পরিণত হব তখন কি আমাদেরকে নতুনভাবে আবার সৃষ্টি করা হবে ?’ তারা হল সেই লোক যারা তাদের প্রতিপালককে অস্বীকার করে, এদের গলায় আছে লোহার শিকল, আর এরা জাহান্নামের অধিবাসী, তাতে তারা চিরকাল থাকবে ।
And if you are astonished, [O Muhammad] - then astonishing is their saying, "When we are dust, will we indeed be [brought] into a new creation?" Those are the ones who have disbelieved in their Lord, and those will have shackles upon their necks, and those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide therein eternally .

Surah 14 | Ibrahim | ইবরাহীম | Verse: 21-22

তারা সকলে আল্লাহর নিকট উপস্থিত হবে। তখন যারা অহঙ্কার করেছিল তাদেরকে দুর্বলরা বলবে, আমরা তো তোমাদেরই অনুসারী ছিলাম, কাজেই এখন আল্লাহর শাস্তির কোন কিছু আমাদের থেকে তোমরা দূর করতে পার কি?’ তারা বলবে, ‘আল্লাহ আমাদেরকে সত্যপথে পরিচালিত করলে আমরাও অবশ্যই তোমাদেরকে সত্য পথ দেখাতাম। এখন আমরা ধৈর্যহারা হই কিংবা ধৈর্যধারণ করি দু’টোই আমাদের জন্য সমান, আমাদের কোন নিষ্কৃতি নেই।’ আর যখন যাবতীয় বিষয়ের ফয়সালা হয়ে যাবে, তখন শয়তান বলবে, ‘নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে ওয়াদা দিয়েছিলেন সত্য ওয়াদা, তোমাদের উপর আমার কোন আধিপত্য ছিল না, তবে আমিও তোমাদেরকে ওয়াদা দিয়েছিলাম, এখন আমি তা ভঙ্গ করলাম। তোমাদেরকে দাওয়াত দিয়েছি, আর তোমরা আমার দাওয়াতে সাড়া দিয়েছ। সুতরাং তোমরা আমাকে ভৎর্সনা করো না, বরং নিজদেরকেই ভৎর্সনা কর। আমি তোমাদের উদ্ধারকারী নই, আর তোমরাও আমার উদ্ধারকারী নও। ইতঃপূর্বে তোমরা আমাকে যার সাথে শরীক করেছ, নিশ্চয় আমি তা অস্বীকার করছি। নিশ্চয় যালিমদের জন্য রয়েছে বেদনাদায়ক আযাব’ ।
And they will come out [for judgement] before Allah all together, and the weak will say to those who were arrogant, "Indeed, we were your followers, so can you avail us anything against the punishment of Allah?" They will say, "If Allah had guided us, we would have guided you. It is all the same for us whether we show intolerance or are patient: there is for us no place of escape." And Satan will say when the matter has been concluded, "Indeed, Allah had promised you the promise of truth. And I promised you, but I betrayed you. But I had no authority over you except that I invited you, and you responded to me. So do not blame me; but blame yourselves. I cannot be called to your aid, nor can you be called to my aid. Indeed, I deny your association of me [with Allah] before. Indeed, for the wrongdoers is a painful punishment."

Surah 14 | Ibrahim | ইবরাহীম | Verse: 44

কাজেই মানুষকে সতর্ক কর সেদিনের ব্যাপারে যেদিন তাদের উপর ‘আযাব আসবে। যারা যুলম করেছিল তারা তখন বলবে, ‘হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! আমাদেরকে অল্পদিনের জন্য সময় দাও, আমরা তোমার আহবানে সাড়া দিব আর রসূলদের কথা মেনে চলব।’ (তখন তাদেরকে বলা হবে) তোমরা কি পূর্বে শপথ করে বলনি যে, তোমাদের কক্ষনো পতন ঘটবে না?
And, [O Muhammad], warn the people of a Day when the punishment will come to them and those who did wrong will say, "Our Lord, delay us for a short term; we will answer Your call and follow the messengers." [But it will be said], "Had you not sworn, before, that for you there would be no cessation?

Surah 14 | Ibrahim | ইবরাহীম | Verse: 48 - 52

যেদিন এ যমীন ভিন্ন যমীনে রূপান্তরিত হবে এবং আসমানসমূহও। আর তারা পরাক্রমশালী এক আল্লাহর সামনে হাযির হবে। আর সে দিন তুমি অপরাধীদের দেখবে তারা শিকলে বাঁধা। তাদের পোশাক হবে আলকাতরার আর আগুন তাদের মুখমণ্ডল আচ্ছন্ন করবে। এটা এ জন্য যে, আল্লাহ প্রত্যেকের কৃতকর্মের প্রতিফল দিবেন, আল্লাহ হিসাব গ্রহণে তৎপর। এটা মানুষদের জন্য একটা বার্তা যার দ্বারা তাদেরকে সতর্ক করা হচ্ছে আর যাতে তারা জানতে পারে যে, তিনি এক ইলাহ আর যাতে বুদ্ধিমান মানুষেরা উপদেশ লাভ করে।
[It will be] on the Day the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens [as well], and all creatures will come out before Allah, the One, the Prevailing. And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles . Their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered by the Fire. So that Allah will recompense every soul for what it earned. Indeed, Allah is swift in account. This [Qur'an] is notification for the people that they may be warned thereby and that they may know that He is but one God and that those of understanding will be reminded.

Surah 15 | Al-Hijr | আল-হিজর | Verse: 25

আর নিশ্চয় আপনার রব তাদেরকে সমবেত করবেন; নিশ্চয় তিনি প্রজ্ঞাময়, সর্বজ্ঞ।
And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing.

Surah 15 | Al-Hijr | আল-হিজর | Verse: 85 - 86

আর আমি আসমানসমূহ, যমীন ও এ দুয়ের মধ্যে যা আছে, তা যথার্থতা ছাড়া সৃষ্টি করিনি এবং নিশ্চয় কিয়ামত আসবে। সুতরাং তুমি সুন্দরভাবে তাদেরকে এড়িয়ে যাও। নিশ্চয় তোমার রবই সৃষ্টিকর্তা, মহাজ্ঞানী।
And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness. Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator.

Surah 16 | An-Nahl | আন-নাহাল | Verse: 61

আল্লাহ যদি মানুষকে তাদের সীমালঙ্ঘনের জন্য পাকড়াও করতেন, তাহলে যমীনের উপর কোন প্রাণীকেই তিনি রেহাই দিতেন না। কিন্তু তিনি একটা নির্দিষ্ট কাল পর্যন্ত তাদেরকে সময় দেন। তাদের সময় এসে গেলে এক মুহূর্তও অগ্র-পশ্চাৎ করা হয় না।
And if Allah were to impose blame on the people for their wrongdoing, He would not have left upon the earth any creature, but He defers them for a specified term. And when their term has come, they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede [it].

Surah 16 | An-Nahl | আন-নাহাল | Verse: 77

আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবীর অদৃশ্য বিষয়ের জ্ঞান আল্লাহরই এবং কিয়ামাতের ব্যাপারতো চোখের পলকের ন্যায়, বরং ওর চেয়েও সত্ত্বর; আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে সর্বশক্তিমান।.
And to Allah belongs the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth. And the command for the Hour is not but as a glance of the eye or even nearer. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

Surah 16 | An-Nahl | আন-নাহাল | Verse: 84-88

(সেদিন কী অবস্থা হবে) যেদিন আমি প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায় থেকে একজন সাক্ষী দাঁড় করাব আর কাফিরদেরকে (কোন অযুহাত পেশ করার) অনুমতি দেয়া হবে না, আর ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করারও সুযোগ দেয়া হবে না। আর যারা যুলম করেছে, তারা যখন আযাব দেখবে, তখন তাদের উপর থেকে তা শিথিল করা হবে না এবং তাদেরকে অবকাশও দেয়া হবে না। আর যারা শিরক করেছে, তারা যখন তাদের শরীকদের দেখবে, তখন বলবে, ‘হে আমাদের রব, এরা হল আমাদের শরীক, যাদেরকে আমরা আপনার পরিবর্তে আহবান করতাম।’ অতঃপর তারা তাদের প্রতি উত্তরে বলবে, ‘নিশ্চয় তোমরা মিথ্যাবাদী। ’ সেদিন তারা আল্লাহর নিকট খোলাখুলি আত্মসমর্পণ করবে, আর তারা যে সব মিথ্যে উদ্ভাবন করেছিল তা তাদের নিকট হতে হারিয়ে যাবে। যারা আল্লাহকে অস্বীকার করে আর আল্লাহর পথে বাধা সৃষ্টি করে, আমি তাদের শাস্তির উপর শাস্তি বৃদ্ধি করব, কারণ তারা ফাসাদ সৃষ্টি করত।
And [mention] the Day when We will resurrect from every nation a witness. Then it will not be permitted to the disbelievers [to apologize or make excuses], nor will they be asked to appease [Allah]. And when those who wronged see the punishment, it will not be lightened for them, nor will they be reprieved. And when those who associated others with Allah see their "partners," they will say," Our Lord, these are our partners [to You] whom we used to invoke besides You." But they will throw at them the statement, "Indeed, you are liars." And they will impart to Allah that Day [their] submission, and lost from them is what they used to invent. Those who disbelieved and averted [others] from the way of Allah - We will increase them in punishment over [their] punishment for what corruption they were causing.

Surah 16 | An-Nahl | আন-নাহাল | Verse: 104 - 105

নিশ্চয় যারা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহে বিশ্বাস করে না, আল্লাহ তাদেরকে হিদায়াত করবেন না এবং তাদের জন্য রয়েছে যন্ত্রদায়ক আযাব। যারা আল্লাহর নিদর্শনসমূহে বিশ্বাস করে না, তারাই মিথ্যে রচনা করে আর তারাই মিথ্যাবাদী।
Indeed, those who do not believe in the verses of Allah - Allah will not guide them, and for them is a painful punishment. They only invent falsehood who do not believe in the verses of Allah, and it is those who are the liars.

Surah 16 | An-Nahl | আন-নাহাল | Verse: 111

স্মরণ করুন সে দিনকে, যেদিন প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তি আত্মপক্ষ সমর্থনে যুক্তি-তর্ক নিয়ে উপস্থিত হবে এবং প্রত্যেককে সে যা আমল করেছে তা পরিপূর্ণরূপে দেয়া হবে এবং তাদের প্রতি যুলুম করা হবে না।
On the Day when every soul will come disputing for itself, and every soul will be fully compensated for what it did, and they will not be wronged.

Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse: 12 - 15

আর আমরা রাত ও দিনকে দু’টো নিদর্শন বানিয়েছি। আমি রাতের নিদর্শনটিকে জ্যোতিহীন করেছি, আর দিনের নিদর্শনটিকে করেছি আলোয় উজ্জ্বল যাতে তোমরা তোমাদের প্রতিপালকের অনুগ্রহ অনুসন্ধান করতে পার আর যাতে বছরের সংখ্যা আর হিসাব জানতে পার; আর আমরা সবকিছু বিশদভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করে দিয়েছি ।
আর প্রত্যেক মানুষের কাজ আমরা তার গ্ৰীবালগ্ন করেছি এবং কিয়ামতের দিন আমরা তার জন্য বের করব এক কিতাব, যা সে পাবে উন্মুক্ত।
(তাকে বলা হবে) ‘পাঠ কর তোমার কিতাব, আজ তোমার হিসাব নেয়ার ব্যাপারে তুমিই যথেষ্ট।’
যে সৎপথ অবলম্বন করবে। সে তো নিজেরই মঙ্গলের জন্য সৎপথ অবলম্বন করে এবং যে পথভ্রষ্ট হবে সে তো পথভ্রষ্ট হবে নিজেরই ধ্বংসের জন্য। আর কোন বহনকারী অন্য কারো ভার বহন করবে না। আর আমরা রাসূল না পাঠানো পর্যন্ত শাস্তি প্রদানকারী নই।

And We have made the night and day two signs, and We erased the sign of the night and made the sign of the day visible that you may seek bounty from your Lord and may know the number of years and the account [of time]. And everything We have set out in detail.
And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open.
[It will be said], "Read your record. Sufficient is yourself against you this Day as accountant."
Whoever is guided is only guided for [the benefit of] his soul. And whoever errs only errs against it. And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And never would We punish until We sent a messenger.

Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse:18-19

যে দুনিয়া চায় আমি সেখানে তাকে দ্রুত দিয়ে দেই, যা আমি চাই, যার জন্য চাই। তারপর তার জন্য নির্ধারণ করি জাহান্নাম, সেখানে সে প্রবেশ করবে নিন্দিত, বিতাড়িত অবস্থায় । আর যে আখিরাত চায় এবং তার জন্য যথাযথ চেষ্টা করে মুমিন অবস্থায়, তাদের চেষ্টা হবে পুরস্কারযোগ্য।
Whoever should desire the immediate - We hasten for him from it what We will to whom We intend. Then We have made for him Hell, which he will [enter to] burn, censured and banished. But whoever desires the Hereafter and exerts the effort due to it while he is a believer - it is those whose effort is ever appreciated [by Allah].

Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse: 58

আর এমন কোন জনপদ নেই যা আমরা কিয়ামতের দিনের আগে ধ্বংস করব না অথবা যাকে কঠোর শাস্তি দেব না; এটা তো কিতাবে লিপিবদ্ধ আছে।
And there is no city but that We will destroy it before the Day of Resurrection or punish it with a severe punishment. That has ever been in the Register inscribed.

Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse: 71 - 72

স্মরণ করুন সে দিনকে, যখন আমরা প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায়কে তাদের ইমাম সহ ডাকব । অতঃপর যাদের ডান হাতে তাদের আমলনামা দেয়া হবে, তারা তাদের আমলনামা পড়বে এবং তাদের উপর সামান্য পরিমাণও যুলুম করা হবে না।
আর যে লোক ইহলোকে অন্ধ, সে লোক পরলোকেও অন্ধ এবং অধিকতর পথভ্রষ্ট।

[Mention, O Muhammad], the Day We will call forth every people with their record [of deeds]. Then whoever is given his record in his right hand - those will read their records, and injustice will not be done to them, [even] as much as a thread [inside the date seed].
And whoever is blind in this [life] will be blind in the Hereafter and more astray in way.

Surah 18 | Al-Kahf | আল-কাহফ | Verse: 47 - 49

আর স্মরণ করুন, যেদিন আমরা পর্বতমালাকে করব সঞ্চালিত এবং আপনি যমীনকে (পৃথিবীকে) দেখবেন উন্মুক্ত প্রান্তর, আর আমরা তাদের সকলকে একত্র করব; তারপর তাদের কাউকে ছাড়ব না।
আর তাদেরকে আপনার রব-এর কাছে উপস্থিত করা হবে সারিবদ্ধভাবে এবং আল্লাহ্‌ বলবেন, তোমাদেরকে আমরা প্রথমবার যেভাবে সৃষ্টি করেছিলাম উপস্থিত হয়েছ , অথচ তোমরা মনে করতে যে, তোমাদের জন্য আমরা কোন প্রতিশ্রুত সময় নির্ধারণ করব না।
আর উপস্থাপিত করা হবে আমলনামা, তখন তাতে যা লিপিবদ্ধ আছে তার কারণে আপনি অপরাধীদেরকে দেখবেন আতংকগ্ৰস্ত এবং তারা বলবে, হায়, দুর্ভাগ্য আমাদের! এটা কেমন গ্ৰন্থ! এটা তো ছোট বড় কিছু বাদ না দিয়ে সব কিছুই হিসেব করে রেখেছে। তারা তাদের কৃতকর্ম সম্মুখে উপস্থিত পাবে; আর আপনার রব তো কারো প্রতি যুলুম করেন না।

And [warn of] the Day when We will remove the mountains and you will see the earth prominent, and We will gather them and not leave behind from them anyone.
And they will be presented before your Lord in rows, [and He will say], "You have certainly come to Us just as We created you the first time. But you claimed that We would never make for you an appointment."
And the record [of deeds] will be placed [open], and you will see the criminals fearful of that within it, and they will say, "Oh, woe to us! What is this book that leaves nothing small or great except that it has enumerated it?" And they will find what they did present [before them]. And your Lord does injustice to no one.

Surah 18 | Al-Kahf | আল-কাহফ | Verse: 99 - 102

আর সেদিন আমরা তাদেরকে ছেড়ে দেব এ অবস্থায় যে, একদল আরেক দলের উপর তরঙ্গের ন্যায় আছড়ে পড়বে।। আর শিংগায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে, অতঃপর আমরা তাদের সবাইকে পুরোপুরি একত্রিত করব।
আর সেদিন আমরা জাহান্নামকে প্রত্যক্ষভাবে উপস্থিত করব কাফেরদের কাছে,
আমার স্মরণ থেকে যাদের চোখ ছিল আবরণে ঢাকা এবং যারা শুনতেও ছিল অপারগ।
যারা সত্য প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছে তারা কি মনে করে যে, তারা আমার পরিবর্তে আমার দাসদেরকে অভিভাবকরূপে গ্রহণ করবে? আমি সত্য প্রত্যাখ্যানকারীদের অভ্যর্থনার জন্য প্রস্তুত রেখেছি জাহান্নাম।

And We will leave them that day surging over each other, and [then] the Horn will be blown, and We will assemble them in [one] assembly.
And We will present Hell that Day to the Disbelievers, on display
Those whose eyes had been within a cover [removed] from My remembrance, and they were not able to hear.
Then do those who disbelieve think that they can take My servants instead of Me as allies? Indeed, We have prepared Hell for the disbelievers as a lodging.

Surah 19 | Maryam | মারইয়াম | Verse: 85 - 87

যেদিন পরম করুণাময়ের নিকট মুত্তাকীদেরকে সম্মানিত মেহমানরূপে সমবেত করব, আর অপরাধীদেরকে তৃষ্ণার্ত অবস্থায় জাহান্নামের দিকে হাঁকিয়ে নিয়ে যাব। যারা পরম করুণাময়ের কাছ থেকে প্রতিশ্রুতি নিয়েছে তারা ছাড়া অন্য কেউ সুপারিশ করার ক্ষমতা রাখবে না।
On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation. And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst.None will have [power of] intercession except he who had taken from the Most Merciful a covenant.

Surah 20 | Ta-Ha | ত্ব-হা | Verse: 15 - 16

কিয়ামত অবশ্যম্ভাবী, আমি এটা গোপন রাখতে চাই; যাতে প্রত্যেকেই নিজ কর্মানুযায়ী ফল লাভ করতে পারে।
কাজেই যে ব্যক্তি কিয়ামতে ঈমান রাখে না এবং নিজ প্রবৃত্তির অনুসরণ করে, সে যেন আপনাকে তাতে বিশ্বাস স্থাপনে প্রবৃত্ত না করে, তাহলে আপনি ধ্বংস হয়ে যাবেন।

Indeed, the Hour is coming - I almost conceal it - so that every soul may be recompensed according to that for which it strives.
So do not let one avert you from it who does not believe in it and follows his desire, for you [then] would perish.

Surah 20 | Ta-Ha | ত্ব-হা | Verse: 55

[আল্লাহ্ বললেন ], আমরা মাটি থেকে তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছি, তাতেই তোমাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে দেব এবং তা থেকেই পুনর্বার তোমাদেরকে বের করব ।
[ Allah said ], From the earth We created you, and into it We will return you, and from it We will extract you another time.

Surah 20 | Ta-Ha | ত্ব-হা | Verse: 74 - 76

নিশ্চয় যে তার প্রতিপালকের নিকট অপরাধী হয়ে উপস্থিত হবে তার জন্য আছে জাহান্নাম; সেখানে সে মরবেও না এবং বাঁচবেও না।
আর যারা তাঁর কাছে সৎকর্ম করে মুমিন অবস্থায় আসবে, তাদের জন্যই রয়েছে উচ্চতম মর্যাদা।
স্থায়ী জান্নাত, যার পাদদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত, সেখানে তারা স্থায়ী হবে এবং এটা তাদেরই পুরস্কার যারা পরিশুদ্ধ হয় ।

Indeed, whoever comes to his Lord as a criminal - indeed, for him is Hell; he will neither die therein nor live.
But whoever comes to Him as a believer having done righteous deeds - for those will be the highest degrees [in position]: -[Gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. And that is the reward of one who purifies himself.

Surah 20 | Ta-Ha | ত্ব-হা | Verse:102- 113

যেদিন শিংগায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে, আর সেদিন আমি অপরাধীদেরকে দৃষ্টিহীন অবস্থায় সমবেত করব। সেদিন তারা চুপে চুপে নিজদের মধ্যে বলাবলি করবে, ‘তোমরা মাত্র দশদিন অবস্থান করেছিলে’। আমি ভালভাবেই জানি তারা কী বলবে, তাদের মধ্যে অপেক্ষাকৃত সৎপথে ছিল যে লোকটি সে বলবে, ‘তোমরা মাত্র একদিন অবস্থান করেছিলে’! আর তারা তোমাকে পাহাড় সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসা করে। বল, ‘আমার রব এগুলোকে সমূলে উৎপাটন করে বিক্ষিপ্ত করে দিবেন’। ‘তারপর তিনি তাকে মসৃণ সমতলভূমি করে দিবেন’। ‘তাতে তুমি কোন বক্রতা ও উচ্চতা দেখবে না’। সেদিন তারা আহবানকারীর (ফেরেশতার) অনুসরণ করবে। এর কোন এদিক সেদিক হবে না এবং পরম করুণাময়ের সামনে সকল আওয়াজ নিচু হয়ে যাবে। তাই মৃদু আওয়াজ ছাড়া তুমি কিছুই শুনতে পাবে না। সেদিন পরম করুণাময় যাকে অনুমতি দিবেন আর যার কথায় তিনি সন্তুষ্ট হবেন তার সুপারিশ ছাড়া কারো সুপারিশ কোন কাজে আসবে না। তিনি তাদের আগের ও পরের সব কিছুই জানেন, কিন্তু তারা জ্ঞান দিয়ে তাঁকে বেষ্টন করতে পারবে না। আর চিরঞ্জীব, চিরপ্রতিষ্ঠিত সত্তার সামনে সকলেই অবনত হবে। আর সে অবশ্যই ব্যর্থ হবে যে যুলম বহন করবে। এবং যে মুমিন অবস্থায় ভাল কাজ করবে সে কোন যুলম বা ক্ষতির আশংকা করবে না। আর এভাবেই আমি আরবী ভাষায় কুরআন নাযিল করেছি এবং তাতে বিভিন্ন সতর্কবাণী বর্ণনা করেছি, যাতে তারা মুত্তাকী হতে পারে অথবা তা হয় তাদের জন্য উপদেশ।.
The Day the Horn will be blown. And We will gather the criminals, that Day, blue-eyed. They will murmur among themselves, "You remained not but ten [days in the world]." We are most knowing of what they say when the best of them in manner [i.e., wisdom or speech] will say, "You remained not but one day." And they ask you about the mountains, so say, "My Lord will blow them away with a blast. And He will leave it [i.e., the earth] a level plain; You will not see therein a depression or an elevation." That Day, they [i.e., everyone] will follow [the call of] the Caller [with] no deviation therefrom, and [all] voices will be stilled before the Most Merciful, so you will not hear except a whisper [of footsteps]. That Day, no intercession will benefit except [that of] one to whom the Most Merciful has given permission and has accepted his word. He [i.e., Allah] knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, but they do not encompass it [i.e., what He knows] in knowledge.And [all] faces will be humbled before the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining. And he will have failed who carries injustice. But he who does of righteous deeds while he is a believer – he will neither fear injustice nor deprivation. And thus We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran and have diversified therein the warnings that perhaps they will avoid [sin] or it would cause them remembrance.

Surah 21| Al-Anbiya | আল-আম্বিয়া | Verse: 35

প্রতিটি প্রাণ মৃত্যুর স্বাদ গ্রহণ করবে; আর ভাল ও মন্দ দ্বারা আমি তোমাদেরকে পরীক্ষা করে থাকি এবং আমার কাছেই তোমাদেরকে ফিরে আসতে হবে।
Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.

Surah 21 | Al-Anbiya | আল-আম্বিয়া | Verse: 47

আর কেয়ামতের দিনে আমরা ন্যায়বিচারের পাল্লাসমূহ স্থাপন করব, সুতরাং কারো প্রতি কোন যুলুম করা হবে না এবং কাজ যদি শষ্য দানা পরিমাণ ওজনেরও হয় তবুও তা আমরা উপস্থিত করব; আর হিসেব গ্রহণকারীরূপে আমরাই যথেষ্ট ।
And We place the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be treated unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 1 - 2

হে মানুষ, তোমরা তোমাদের রবকে ভয় কর। নিশ্চয় কিয়ামতের প্রকম্পন এক ভয়ঙ্কর ব্যাপার। যেদিন তোমরা তা প্রত্যক্ষ করবে সেদিন প্রত্যেক স্তন্যদাত্রী নিজ দুগ্ধপোষ্য শিশুকে বিস্মৃত হবে এবং প্রত্যেক গর্ভবতী তার গর্ভপাত করে ফেলবে। আর মানুষকে দেখবে মাতাল সদৃশ, অথচ তারা নেশাগ্রস্ত নয়; বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর শাস্তি বড় কঠিন।
O mankind, fear your Lord. Indeed, the convulsion of the [final] Hour is a terrible thing. On the Day you see it every nursing mother will be distracted from that [child] she was nursing, and every pregnant woman will abort her pregnancy, and you will see the people [appearing] intoxicated while they are not intoxicated; but the punishment of Allah is severe.

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 3 - 4

মানুষের মধ্যে কতক আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে তর্ক-বিতর্ক করে না জেনে এবং সে অনুসরণ করে প্রত্যেক বিদ্রোহী শয়তানের। তার সম্বন্ধে এই নিয়ম করে দেয়া হয়েছে যে, যে কেউ তার সাথে বন্ধুত্ব করবে, সে তাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করবে এবং তাকে পরিচালিত করবে প্রজ্জ্বলিত অগ্নির শাস্তির দিকে।
And of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge and follows every rebellious devil. It has been decreed for every devil that whoever turns to him - he will misguide him and will lead him to the punishment of the Blaze.

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 5-7

হে মানুষ! যদি তোমরা পুনরুত্থানের ব্যাপারে সন্দেহে থাক তবে নিশ্চয়ই জেনে রেখো, আমি তোমাদেরকে মাটি থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছি, তারপর শুক্র থেকে, তারপর আলাকা থেকে, তারপর পূর্ণাকৃতিবিশিষ্ট অথবা অপূর্ণাকৃতিবিশিষ্ট গোশ্ত থেকে। তোমাদের নিকট বিষয়টি সুস্পষ্টরূপে বর্ণনা করার নিমিত্তে। আর আমি যা ইচ্ছা করি তা একটি নির্দিষ্ট কাল পর্যন্ত মাতৃগর্ভে অবস্থিত রাখি। অতঃপর আমি তোমাদেরকে শিশুরূপে বের করি, পরে যাতে তোমরা যৌবনে উপনীত হও। তোমাদের মধ্যে কারো কারো মৃত্যু দেয়া হয় এ বয়সেই, আবার কাউকে কাউকে ফিরিয়ে নেয়া হয় হীনতম বয়সে, যাতে সে জ্ঞান লাভের পরও কিছু না জানে। তুমি যমীনকে দেখতে পাও শুষ্কাবস্থায়, অতঃপর যখনই আমি তাতে পানি বর্ষণ করি, তখন তা আন্দোলিত ও স্ফীত হয় এবং উদগত করে সকল প্রকার সুদৃশ্য উদ্ভিদ। এটি এজন্য যে, আল্লাহই সত্য এবং তিনিই মৃতকে জীবন দান করেন এবং তিনিই সব কিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান। আর কিয়ামত আসবেই, এতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই এবং কবরে যারা আছে নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তাদের পুনরুত্থিত করবেন। \

[note: আলাকা শব্দের অর্থ শক্ত রক্ত, ঘন তাজা রক্ত। বা প্রচণ্ড লাল বৰ্ণ [কুরতুবী; ফাতহুল কাদীর] মানব সৃষ্টির প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ে যখন শুক্রটি মহিলার গর্ভাশয়ে স্থির হয়ে যায়, তখন সেটা চল্লিশ দিন এ অবস্থায় থাকে। এর সাথে যা জমা হবার তা জমা হয়। তারপর সেটি একটি পর্যায়ে আল্লাহর হুকুমে লাল তাজা রক্তপিণ্ডে পরিণত হয়। এভাবে সেটি চল্লিশ দিন অতিবাহিত করে। তারপর সেটি পরিবর্তিত হয়ে একখণ্ড গোস্তের টুকরোতে পরিণত হয়ে যায়। তখন তাতে কোন রূপ বা সূরত থাকে না। তারপর সেটি বিভিন্ন রূপ পরিগ্রহ করতে থাকে। তখন তা থেকে মাথা, দু’হাত, বুক, পেট, দুই রান, দুই পা এবং বাকী অংগ-প্রত্যঙ্গসমূহ। কখনও কখনও সেটি সূরত গ্রহণ করার আগেই গর্ভপাত ঘটে যায়, আবার কখনও পূর্ণ অবয়ব ঘটনের পর সেটির গর্ভপাত হয়ে যায়। [ইবন কাসীর]]

O People, if you should be in doubt about the Resurrection, then [consider that] indeed, We created you from dust, then from a sperm-drop, then from a clinging clot, and then from a lump of flesh, formed and unformed - that We may show you. And We settle in the wombs whom We will for a specified term, then We bring you out as a child, and then [We develop you] that you may reach your [time of] maturity. And among you is he who is taken in [early] death, and among you is he who is returned to the most decrepit [old] age so that he knows, after [once having] knowledge, nothing. And you see the earth barren, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and swells and grows [something] of every beautiful kind. That is because Allah is the Truth and because He gives life to the dead and because He is over all things competent. And [that they may know] that the Hour is coming - no doubt about it - and that Allah will resurrect those in the graves.

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 47 - 48

[হে নবী ] তারা তোমাকে তাড়াতাড়ি শাস্তি নিয়ে আসতে বলে (কিন্তু শাস্তি তো আসবে আল্লাহর ও‘য়াদা অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে), কেননা আল্লাহ কক্ষনো তাঁর ওয়া‘দা খেলাফ করেন না, তোমার প্রতিপালকের একদিন হল তোমাদের গণনায় এক হাজার বছরের সমান। আমি কত জনপদকে সময়-সুযোগ দিয়েছি যখন তারা ছিল অন্যায় কাজে লিপ্ত। অতঃপর আমি তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছি। আর আমারই নিকট প্রত্যাবর্তনস্থল ।
And they urge you [O Muhammad] to hasten the punishment. But Allah will never fail in His promise. And indeed, a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of those which you count. And for how many a city did I prolong enjoyment while it was committing wrong. Then I seized it, and to Me is the [final] destination.

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 56 - 57

ক্ষমতা-আধিপত্য সেদিন হবে আল্লাহরই, তিনি তাদের মাঝে বিচার-ফয়সালা করবেন । সুতরাং যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকর্ম করে, তারা নিআমতপূর্ণ জান্নাতসমূহে অবস্থান করবে। আর যারা কুফরী করে এবং আমার আয়াতসমূহকে অস্বীকার করে, তাদের জন্যেই রয়েছে অপমানজনক শাস্তি।
[All] sovereignty that Day is for Allah; He will judge between them. So they who believed and did righteous deeds will be in the Gardens of Pleasure. And they who disbelieved and denied Our signs - for those there will be a humiliating punishment.

Surah 23 | Al-Mu'minun | আল-মুমিনুন | Verse: 12 - 16

আর অবশ্যই আমরা মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছি মাটির উপাদান থেকে ,
তারপর আমরা তাকে শুক্রবিন্দুরূপে স্থাপন করি এক নিরাপদ ভাণ্ডারে (গর্ভাশয় বা জরায়ুত ) ।;
তারপর আমরা শুক্রবিন্দুকে পরিণত করি আলাকা-তে, অতঃপর ‘আলাকা-কে পরিণত করি গোশতপিণ্ডে, অতঃপর গোশতপিণ্ডকে পরিণত করি অস্থিতে; অতঃপর অস্থিকে ঢেকে দেই গোশত দিয়ে; তারপর তাকে গড়ে তুলি অন্য এক সৃষ্টিরূপে । অতএব (দেখে নিন) সর্বোত্তম স্রষ্টা আল্লাহ কত বরকতময়!
এরপর অবশ্যই তোমরা মৃত্যু বরণ করবে।
তারপর কেয়ামতের দিন নিশ্চয় তোমাদেরকে উত্থিত করা হবে ।

And certainly did We create man from an extract of clay.
Then We placed him as a sperm-drop in a firm lodging.
Then We made the sperm-drop into a clinging clot, and We made the clot into a lump [of flesh], and We made [from] the lump, bones, and We covered the bones with flesh; then We developed him into another creation. So blessed is Allah, the best of creators.
Then indeed, after that you are to die.
Then indeed you, on the Day of Resurrection, will be resurrected.

Surah 23 | Al-Mu'minun | আল-মুমিনুন | Verse: 99 - 118

অবশেষে যখন তাদের কারো মৃত্যু আসে, সে বলে, হে আমার রব! আমাকে আবার ফেরত পাঠান (দুনিয়ায়) ।
যাতে আমি সৎকাজ করতে পারি যা আমি আগে করিনি । না, এটা হবার নয়। এটা তো তার একটি বাক্য মাত্র যা সে বলবেই ৷ তাদের সামনে বার্‌যাখ (পর্দা) থাকবে উত্থান দিন পর্যন্ত ।
অতঃপর যেদিন শিঙ্গায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে সেদিন পরস্পরের মধ্যে আত্মীয়তার বন্ধন থাকবে না এবং একে অন্যের খোঁজ-খবর নেবে না ।
অতঃপর যাদের (সৎ কাজের) পাল্লা ভারী হবে তারাই হবে সফলকাম ,
আর যাদের পাল্লা হালকা হবে , তারাই নিজেদের ক্ষতি করেছে ; তারা জাহান্নামে স্থায়ী হবে ।
আগুন তাদের মুখমণ্ডল দগ্ধ করবে এবং তারা সেখানে থাকবে বীভৎস চেহারায় ;
(তাদেরকে বলা হবে) ‘তোমাদের নিকট কি আমার আয়াতগুলো আবৃত্তি করা হত না? তোমরা সেগুলোকে মিথ্যে জেনে প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছিলে ।
তারা বলবে, হে আমাদের রব! দুর্ভাগ্য আমাদেরকে পেয়ে বসেছিল এবং আমরা ছিলাম এক পথভ্রষ্ট সম্প্রদায় ;
হে আমাদের রব! এ আগুন থেকে আমাদেরকে বের করুন; তারপর আমরা যদি পুনরায় কুফরী করি, তবে তো আমরা অবশ্যই যালিম হব ।
আল্লাহ বলবেন, তোমরা হীন অবস্থায় এখানেই থাক এবং আমার সাথে কোন কথা বলবে না ।
আমার বান্দাগণের মধ্যে একদল ছিল যারা বলত, হে আমাদের রব! আমরা ঈমান এনেছি অতএব আপনি আমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করুন ও দয়া করুন, আর আপনি তো সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ দয়ালু ।
কিন্তু তাদেরকে নিয়ে তোমরা এতো ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রুপ করতে যে, তা তোমাদেরকে ভুলিয়ে দিয়েছিল আমার স্মরণ। আর তোমরা তাদের নিয়ে হাসি-ঠাট্টাই করতে ।
নিশ্চয় আমি আজ তাদেরকে তাদের ধৈর্যের কারণে এমনভাবে পুরস্কৃত করলাম যে, তারাই হল সফলকাম ।
আল্লাহ বলবেন, তোমরা যমীনে কত বছর অবস্থান করেছিলে ?
তারা বলবে, আমরা অবস্থান করেছিলাম একদিন বা দিনের কিছু অংশ; সুতরাং আপনি গণনাকারীদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস করুন ।
তিনি বলবেন, তোমরা অল্প কালই অবস্থান করেছিলে, যদি তোমরা জানতে !
তোমরা কি মনে করেছিলে যে আমরা তোমাদেরকে অনর্থক সৃষ্টি করেছি এবং তোমাদেরকে আমাদের কাছে ফিরিয়ে আনা হবে না ?
মহিমার্নিত আল্লাহ; যিনি প্রকৃত মালিক, তিনি ব্যতীত কোন (সত্য) উপাস্য নেই; সম্মানিত আরশের অধিপতি তিনি ।’
আর যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য ইলাহকে ডাকে, এ বিষয়ে তার নিকট কোন প্রমাণ নেই; তার হিসাব তো তার রব-এর নিকটই আছে; নিশ্চয় কাফেররা সফলকাম হবে না ।

[For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back
That I might do righteousness in that which I left behind." No! It is only a word he is saying; and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.
So when the Horn is blown, no relationship will there be among them that Day, nor will they ask about one another .
And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful.
But those whose scales are light - those are the ones who have lost their souls, [being] in Hell, abiding eternally.
The Fire will sear their faces, and they therein will have taut smiles.
[It will be said]. "Were not My verses recited to you and you used to deny them?"
They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray.
Our Lord, remove us from it, and if we were to return [to evil], we would indeed be wrongdoers."
He will say, "Remain despised therein and do not speak to Me.
Indeed, there was a party of My servants who said, 'Our Lord, we have believed, so forgive us and have mercy upon us, and You are the best of the merciful.'
But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them.
Indeed, I have rewarded them this Day for their patient endurance - that they are the attainers [of success]."
[Allah] will say, "How long did you remain on earth in number of years?"
They will say, "We remained a day or part of a day; ask those who enumerate."
He will say, "You stayed not but a little - if only you had known.
Then did you think that We created you uselessly and that to Us you would not be returned?"
So exalted is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth; there is no deity except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne.
And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed.

Surah 24 | An-Nur | আন-নূর | Verse: 24 - 25

যেদিন তাদের জিহবাগুলো, তাদের হাতগুলো ও তাদের পাগুলো তারা যা করত, সে ব্যাপারে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে সাক্ষ্য দেবে ।
সেদিন আল্লাহ তাদেরকে তাদের ন্যায্য প্রতিদান পুরোপুরি দিয়ে দেবেন, আর তারা জানবে যে, আল্লাহই সুস্পষ্ট সত্য।

On a Day when their tongues, their hands and their feet will bear witness against them as to what they used to do.
That Day, Allah will pay them in full their deserved recompense, and they will know that it is Allah who is the perfect in justice.

Surah 25 | Al-Furqan | আল-ফুরকান | Verse: 11 - 19

আসলে তারা কিয়ামাতকে অস্বীকার করে, আর যারা কিয়ামাতকে অস্বীকার করে, তাদের জন্য আমি প্রস্তুত করে রেখেছি জ্বলন্ত আগুন ।
দূর হতে (জাহান্নাম) যখন তাদেরকে দেখবে, তখন তারা তার ক্রুদ্ধ গর্জন ও প্রচন্ড চিৎকার শুনতে পাবে ।
আর যখন তাদেরকে গলায় হাত পেঁচিয়ে জাহান্নামের কোন সংকীর্ণ স্থানে নিক্ষেপ করা হবে, তখন তারা সেখানে ধ্বংস কামনা করবে ।
বলা হবে, আজ তোমরা এক ধ্বংসকে (মৃত্যুকে) ডেকো না, বরং বহু ধ্বংসকে ( মৃত্যুকে) ডাক ৷
তাদেরকে জিজ্ঞেস করঃ এটাই শ্রেয়, নাকি স্থায়ী জান্নাত, যার প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয়া হয়েছে মুত্তাকীদেরকে ! এটাই তাদের পুরস্কার ও প্রত্যাবর্তন স্থল ।
সেখানে তাদের জন্য তা-ই থাকবে যা তারা ইচ্ছে করবে। সেখানে তারা চিরকাল থাকবে। এটা একটা ওয়াদা যা পূরণ করা আপনার প্রতিপালকের দায়িত্ব ।
আর সেদিন তিনি একত্র করবেন তাদেরকে এবং তারা আল্লাহ্‌র পরিবর্তে যাদের ইবাদত করত তাদেরকে, তারপর তিনি জিজ্ঞেস করবেন, তোমরাই কি আমার এ বান্দাদেরকে বিভ্রান্ত করেছিলে, না। তারা নিজেরাই বিভ্রান্ত হয়েছিল ?
তারা বলবে, পবিত্র ও মহান আপনি! আপনার পরিবর্তে আমরা অন্যকে অভিভাবকরূপে গ্ৰহণ করতে পারি না ; আপনিই তো তাদেরকে এবং তাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে ভোগ-সম্ভার দিয়েছিলেন; পরিণামে তারা আপনার স্মরণকে তারা ভুলে গিয়েছিল এবং পরিণত হয়েছিল এক ধ্বংসপ্রাপ্ত জাতিতে ।
(আল্লাহ্‌ মুশরিকদের বলবেন) তোমরা যা বলতে তারা তো মিথ্যা সাব্যস্ত করেছে । কাজেই তোমরা না পারবে (তোমাদের শাস্তি) প্রতিরোধ করতে আর না পাবে সাহায্য । তোমাদের মধ্যে যে অন্যায়কারী আমরা তাকে গুরুতর শাস্তি আস্বাদন করাব ।

But they have denied the Hour, and We have prepared for those who deny the Hour a Blaze.
When the Hellfire sees them from a distant place, they will hear its fury and roaring.
And when they are thrown into a narrow place therein bound in chains, they will cry out thereupon for destruction.
[They will be told], "Do not cry this Day for one destruction but cry for much destruction."
Say, "Is that better or the Garden of Eternity which is promised to the righteous? It will be for them a reward and destination.
For them therein is whatever they wish, [while] abiding eternally. It is ever upon your Lord a promise [worthy to be] requested.
And [mention] the Day He will gather them and that which they worship besides Allah and will say, "Did you mislead these, My servants, or did they [themselves] stray from the way?"
They will say, "Exalted are You! It was not for us to take besides You any allies. But You provided comforts for them and their fathers until they forgot the message and became a people ruined."
So they will deny you, [disbelievers], in what you say, and you cannot avert [punishment] or [find] help. And whoever commits injustice among you - We will make him taste a great punishment .

Surah 25 | Al-Furqan | আল-ফুরকান | Verse: 26 - 34

সে দিন চূড়ান্ত কর্তৃত্ব হবে দয়াময় (আল্লাহ)’র এবং কাফিরদের জন্য দিনটি হবে কঠিন ।
যালিম ব্যক্তি সেদিন নিজ হস্তদ্বয় দংশন করতে করতে বলবেঃ হায়! আমি যদি রাসূলের সাথে সৎ পথ অবলম্বন করতাম !
হায়, দুর্ভোগ আমার, আমি যদি অমুককে বন্ধুরূপে গ্ৰহণ না করতাম !
‘অবশ্যই সে তো আমাকে উপদেশবাণী (কুরআন) থেকে বিভ্রান্ত করেছিল, আমার কাছে তা আসার পর। আর শয়তান তো মানুষের জন্য চরম প্রতারক’।
আর রাসূল বললেন, হে আমার রব! আমার সম্প্রদায় তো এ কুরআনকে পরিত্যাজ্য সাব্যস্ত করেছে ।
আল্লাহ বলেন, আর এভাবেই আমরা প্ৰত্যেক নবীর জন্য অপরাধীদের থেকে শক্ৰ বানিয়ে থাকি। আর আপনার রবই পথপ্রদর্শক ও সাহায্যকারীরূপে যথেষ্ট।
আর কাফেররা বলে, সমগ্র কুরআন তার কাছে একবারে নাযিল হলো না কেন ? আমরা আপনার নিকট এটা এভাবেই (কিছু কিছু করে) অবতীর্ণ করেছি , যাতে আপনার হৃদয় ওর দ্বারা মযবূত হয় এবং তা সম্পূর্ণ রুপে আস্তে আস্তে আত্মস্থ করতে পারেন ।
আর তারা আপনার কাছে যে বিষয়ই উপস্থিত করে না কেন, আমরা সেটার সঠিক সমাধান ও সুন্দর ব্যাখ্যা আপনার কাছে নিয়ে আসি ।
যাদেরকে মুখে ভর দিয়ে দিয়ে চলা অবস্থায় জাহান্নামের দিকে একত্র করা হবে, তাদেরই স্থান হবে অতি নিকৃষ্ট এবং তারাই পথভ্রষ্ট ।

True sovereignty, that Day, is for the Most Merciful. And it will be upon the disbelievers a difficult Day.
And the Day the wrongdoer will bite on his hands [in regret] he will say, "Oh, I wish I had taken with the Messenger a way.
Oh, woe to me! I wish I had not taken that one as a friend.
He led me away from the remembrance after it had come to me. And ever is Satan, to man, a deserter."
And the Messenger has said, "O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Qur'an as [a thing] abandoned."
And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the criminals. But sufficient is your Lord as a guide and a helper.
And those who disbelieve say, "Why was the Qur'an not revealed to him all at once?" Thus [it is] that We may strengthen thereby your heart. And We have spaced it distinctly.
And they do not come to you with an argument except that We bring you the truth and the best explanation.
The ones who are gathered on their faces to Hell - those are the worst in position and farthest astray in [their] way .

Surah 25 | Al-Furqan | আল-ফুরকান | Verse: 35 - 40

আর আমরা তো মূসাকে কিতাব দিয়েছিলাম এবং তার সাথে তাঁর ভাই হারূনকে সাহায্যকারী করেছিলাম ।
অতঃপর আমরা বলেছিলাম, তোমরা সে সম্প্রদায়ের (ফিরআউন সম্প্রদায়) কাছে যাও যারা আমার নিদর্শনাবলীতে মিথ্যারোপ করেছে । তারপর আমরা তাদেরকে সম্পূর্ণরূপে বিধ্বস্ত করেছিলাম ।
আর নূহের সম্প্রদায়কেও, যখন তারা রাসূলগণের প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করল তখন আমরা তাদেরকে ডুবিয়ে দিলাম এবং তাদেরকে মানুষের জন্য নিদর্শনস্বরূপ করে রাখলাম । আর সীমালংঘনকারীদের জন্য আমরা মর্মন্তুদ শাস্তি প্রস্তুত করে রেখেছি ।
আর আমরা ধ্বংস করেছিলাম ‘আদ, সামুদ, রাস’ এর অধিবাসীকে এবং তাদের অন্তর্বর্তীকালের বহু প্ৰজন্মকেও ৷
আর আমরা তাদের প্রত্যেকের জন্য দৃষ্টান্ত বর্ণনা করেছিলাম (যাতে তারা সঠিক পথের সন্ধান পেতে পারে) এবং তাদের সকলকেই আমরা সম্পূর্ণরূপে ধ্বংস করেছিলাম (তাদের পাপের কারণে) ।
আর তারা তো সে জনপদ দিয়েই যাতায়াত করে যার উপর বর্ষিত হয়েছিল অকল্যাণের বৃষ্টি, তবে কি তারা এসব দেখতে পায় না ? বস্তুত তারা পুনরুত্থানের আশাই করে না ।

And We had certainly given Moses the Scripture and appointed with him his brother Aaron as an assistant.
And We said, "Go both of you to the people who have denied Our signs." Then We destroyed them with [complete] destruction.
And the people of Noah - when they denied the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them for mankind a sign. And We have prepared for the wrongdoers a painful punishment.
And [We destroyed] 'Aad and Thamud and the companions of the well and many generations between them.
And for each We presented examples [as warnings], and each We destroyed with [total] destruction.
And they have already come upon the town which was showered with a rain of evil. So have they not seen it? But they are not expecting resurrection.

Surah 26 | Ash-Shu'ara | আশ-শুআ'রা | Verse: 69 - 89

আর [হে মুহাম্মাদ], আপনি তাদের কাছে ইবরাহীমের বৃত্তান্ত বৰ্ণনা করুন ।
যখন তিনি তার পিতা ও তার সম্প্রদায়কে বলেছিলেন, তোমরা কিসের ইবাদাত কর ?
তারা বলল , ‘আমরা মূর্তির পূজা করি এবং আমরা নিষ্ঠার সাথে ওদের পূজায় নিরত থাকি ।
তিনি বললেন , তোমরা যখন আহ্বান কর তখন তারা তোমাদের শোনে কি ?
অথবা তারা কি তোমাদের উপকার কিংবা অপকার করতে পারে ?
তারা বলল , না , তবে আমরা আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে পেয়েছি , তারা এরূপই করত ।
ইবরাহীম বললেন , তোমরা কি ভেবে দেখেছ, তোমরা কিসের পূজা কর ।
তোমরা এবং তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তী পিতৃপুরুষরা ?
তারা সবাই আমার শত্রু, বিশ্বজগতের পালনকর্তা ছাড়া ।
যিনি আমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তিনিই আমাকে হেদায়াত দিয়েছেন ।
আর তিনিই আমাকে খাওয়ান এবং তিনিই আমাকে পান করান ।
এবং রোগাক্রান্ত হলে তিনিই আমাকে রোগমুক্ত করেন ।
আর তিনিই আমার মৃত্যু ঘটাবেন, অতঃপর আমাকে পুনর্জীবিত করবেন ।
এবং আশা করি, তিনি কিয়ামতের দিন আমার অপরাধসমূহ মার্জনা করে দেবেন ।
হে আমার রাব্ব! আমাকে প্রজ্ঞা দান করুন এবং সৎ কর্মপরায়ণদের সাথে আমাকে মিলিত করুন ।
এবং পরবর্তীদের মধ্যে আমার সুনাম-সুখ্যাতি অব্যাহত রাখুন ,
এবং আমাকে নি‘য়ামাতপূর্ণ জান্নাতের উত্তরাধিকারীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করুন ,
আর আমার পিতাকে ক্ষমা করুন, তিনি তো পথভ্রষ্টদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিলেন ।
এবং যেদিন পুনরুত্থিত করা হবে সেদিন আমাকে লাঞ্ছিত করবেন না ।
যে দিন ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি কোন কাজে আসবে না ;
সে দিন উপকৃত হবে শুধু সে , যে আল্লাহর কাছে আসবে বিশুদ্ধ অন্তঃকরণ নিয়ে ।

And [O Muhammad], recite to them the news of Abraham,
When he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?"
They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."
He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate ?
Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?"
They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus."
He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping,
You and your ancient forefathers ?
Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds,
Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.
And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.
And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life .
And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."
[And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.
And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.
And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.
And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray.
And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected
The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."

Surah 27 | An-Nam | আন-নামাল | Verse: 3 - 5

যারা সালাত কায়েম করে এবং যাকাত দেয়। আর তারাই আখিরাতের প্রতি নিশ্চিত বিশ্বাস রাখে। নিশ্চয় যারা আখিরাতে বিশ্বাস করে না আমি তাদের জন্য তাদের আমলসমূহকে সুশোভিত করে দিয়েছি। ফলে তারা বিভ্রান্ত হয়ে ঘুরে বেড়ায়। এদের জন্যই রয়েছে নিকৃষ্ট আযাব। আর এরাই আখিরাতে সর্বাধিক ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।
Who establish prayer and give Zakah, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith]. Indeed, for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, We have made pleasing to them their deeds, so they wander blindly. hose are the ones for whom there will be the worst of punishment, and in the Hereafter they are the greatest losers.

Surah 27 | An-Naml | আন-নামাল Verse: 83 - 85

[ হে মুহাম্মদ ], আর স্মরণ করুন সে দিনের কথা, যেদিন আমরা সমবেত করব প্ৰত্যেক সম্প্রদায় থেকে একেকটি দলকে, যারা আমার নিদর্শনাবলী প্রত্যাখ্যাত করত অতঃপর তাদেরকে সারিবদ্ধভাবে একত্রিত করা হবে।
শেষ পর্যন্ত যখন তারা এসে যাবে তখন আল্লাহ তাদেরকে বলবেন, তোমরা কি আমার নিদর্শন প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছিলে, অথচ তা তোমরা জ্ঞানে আয়ত্ত করতে পারনি? নাকি তোমরা আর কিছু করছিলে?
আর সীমা লংঘন হেতু তাদের উপর ঘোষিত শাস্তি এসে পড়বে; ফলে তারা কিছুই বলতে পারবেনা।

[ O Muhammad ], And [warn of] the Day when We will gather from every nation a company of those who deny Our signs, and they will be [driven] in rows
Until, when they arrive [at the place of Judgement], He will say, "Did you deny My signs while you encompassed them not in knowledge, or what [was it that] you were doing?
And the decree will befall them for the wrong they did, and they will not [be able to] speak.

Surah 27 | An-Naml | আন-নামাল Verse: 86 - 90

[ হে মুহাম্মদ ], তারা কি দেখে না যে, আমরা রাত সৃষ্টি করেছি তাদের বিশ্রামের জন্য এবং দিনকে করেছি আলোকিত ? এতে তো অবশ্যই নিদর্শন রয়েছে এমন সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য যারা ঈমান আনে।
আর যেদিন শিঙ্গায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে, সেদিন আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের সকলেই ভীত-বিহ্বল হয়ে পড়বে, তবে আল্লাহ যাদেরকে চাইবেন তারা ব্যতীত আর সবাই তাঁর কাছে আসবে বিনয়ে অবনত হয়ে।
আর আপনি পর্বতমালা দেখছেন, মনে করছেন, সেটা অচল , অথচ ওগুলো হবে মেঘপুঞ্জের ন্যায় চলমান। এটা আল্লাহরই সৃষ্টি-নৈপুণ্য, যিনি সমস্ত কিছুকেই করেছেন সুষম। তোমরা যা কর নিশ্চয় তিনি সে সম্পর্কে সম্যক অবহিত ।
যে কেউ সৎকাজ নিয়ে আসবে, সে তা থেকে উৎকৃষ্ট প্রতিফল পাবে এবং সেদিন তারা শংকা থেকে নিরাপদ থাকবে।
আর যারা মন্দ কাজ নিয়ে আসবে তাদেরকে উপুড় করে জাহান্নামে নিক্ষেপ করা হবে; (তাদেরকে বলা হবে) ‘তোমরা যে আমল করেছ তারই প্রতিদান তোমাদেরকে দেয়া হল’।

[ O Muhammad ], Do they not see that We made the night that they may rest therein and the day giving sight? Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.
And [warn of] the Day the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will be terrified except whom Allah wills. And all will come to Him humbled.
And you see the mountains, thinking them rigid, while they will pass as the passing of clouds. [It is] the work of Allah, who perfected all things. Indeed, He is Acquainted with that which you do.
Whoever comes [at Judgement] with a good deed will have better than it, and they, from the terror of that Day, will be safe .
And whoever comes with an evil deed - their faces will be overturned into the Fire, [and it will be said], "Are you recompensed except for what you used to do?"

Surah 28 | Al-Qasas | আল-কাসাস | Verse: 69 - 73

আর তোমার রব জানেন, তাদের অন্তর যা গোপন করে আর তারা যা প্রকাশ করে। আর তিনিই আল্লাহ, তিনি ছাড়া কোন (সত্য) ইলাহ নেই। দুনিয়া ও আখিরাতে সমস্ত প্রশংসা তাঁরই; বিধান তাঁরই। আর তাঁর কাছেই তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে। বল, ‘তোমরা ভেবে দেখেছ কি, যদি আল্লাহ রাতকে তোমাদের উপর কিয়ামত পর্যন্ত স্থায়ী করে দেন, তবে তাঁর পরিবর্তে কোন ইলাহ আছে কি যে তোমাদের আলো এনে দেবে? তবুও কি তোমরা শুনবে না’? বল, ‘তোমরা ভেবে দেখেছ কি, যদি আল্লাহ দিনকে তোমাদের উপর কিয়ামত পর্যন্ত স্থায়ী করে দেন, তবে তাঁর পরিবর্তে কোন ইলাহ আছে কি, যে তোমাদের রাত এনে দেবে যাতে তোমরা বিশ্রাম করবে? তবুও কি তোমরা ভেবে দেখবে না’? আর তাঁর অনুগ্রহে তিনি তোমাদের জন্য রাত ও দিন করেছেন যাতে তোমরা বিশ্রাম নিতে পার এবং তাঁর অনুগ্রহ সন্ধান করতে পার এবং যেন তোমরা শোকর আদায় করতে পার।
And your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare. And He is Allah; there is no deity except Him. To Him is [due all] praise in the first [life] and the Hereafter. And His is the [final] decision, and to Him you will be returned. Say, "Have you considered: if Allah should make for you the night continuous until the Day of Resurrection, what deity other than Allah could bring you light? Then will you not hear?" Say, "Have you considered: if Allah should make for you the day continuous until the Day of Resurrection, what deity other than Allah could bring you a night in which you may rest? Then will you not see?" And out of His mercy He made for you the night and the day that you may rest therein and [by day] seek from His bounty and [that] perhaps you will be grateful.

Surah 28 | Al-Qasas | আল-কাসাস | Verse: 83

সে আখেরাতেরগৃহ তো আমি তাদের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট করে দেবো যারা পৃথিবীতে নিজেদের বড়াই চায় না এবং চায় না বিপর্যয় সৃষ্টি করতে।আর শুভ পরিণাম রয়েছে মুত্তাকীদের জন্যই।
That home of the Hereafter We assign to those who do not desire exaltedness upon the earth or corruption. And the [best] outcome is for the righteous.

Surah 29 | Al-Ankabut | আল-আনকাবূত | Verse: 1 - 13

আলিফ - লাম - মীম । মানুষ কি মনে করেছে যে , আমরা ঈমান এনেছি এ কথা বললেই তাদেরকে পরীক্ষা না করে অব্যাহতি দেয়া হবে ?
আর অবশ্যই আমরা তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের পরীক্ষা করেছিলাম ; অতঃপর আল্লাহ অবশ্যই প্রকাশ করে দেবেন কারা সত্যবাদী এবং তিনি অবশ্যই প্রকাশ করে দেবেন কারা মিথ্যাবাদী ।
যারা মন্দ কাজ করে , তারা কি মনে করে যে , তারা আমাদের আয়ত্তের বাইরে চলে যাবে ? তাদের সিদ্ধান্ত কত মন্দ !
যে আল্লাহর সাক্ষাত কামনা করে সে জেনে রাখুক , আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত সময় আসবেই । আর তিনি তো সর্বশ্রোতা , সর্বজ্ঞ ।
আর যে চেষ্টা করে সে তো তার নিজের জন্যই চেষ্টা করে । আল্লাহ অবশ্যই বিশ্বজগতের ওপর নির্ভরশীল নন ।
আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং সৎকাজ করেছে , আমরা অবশ্য অবশ্যই তাদের মন্দ কাজগুলোকে মুছে দেব , আর তাদেরকে অবশ্য অবশ্যই তাদের সেই উত্তম আমলের প্রতিদান দেব, যা তারা করত ।
আর আমরা মানুষকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছি তার পিতা-মাতার প্রতি সদ্ব্যবহার করতে । তবে তারা যদি তোমার উপর বল প্রয়োগ করে আমার সাথে এমন কিছু শরীক করতে যার সম্পর্কে তোমার কোন জ্ঞান নেই , তাহলে তুমি তাদেরকে মেনো না আমারই কাছে তোমাদের ফিরে আসা । অতঃপর তোমরা কি করছিলে তা আমি তোমাদেরকে জানিয়ে দেব ।
আর যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকাজ করে আমরা অবশ্যই তাদেরকে সৎকর্মপরায়ণদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করব ।
মানুষের মধ্যে কতক লোক বলেঃ ‘‘আমরা আল্লাহতে বিশ্বাস করি।’’ কিন্তু আল্লাহর পথে যখন তারা কষ্টে পতিত হয় তখন তারা মানুষের পীড়নকে আল্লাহর শাস্তির মত গণ্য করে এবং আপনার রবের নিকট হতে কোন সাহায্য এলে তারা বলতে থাকে, ‘আমরাতো তোমাদের সাথেই ছিলাম’ । সকল সৃষ্টির অন্তরে কী আছে সে সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ কি সর্বাধিক অবগত নন ?
আর আল্লাহ অবশ্যই প্রকাশ করে দিবেন কারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং অবশ্যই প্রকাশ করে দিবেন কারা মুনাফিক ।
আর কাফিররা মুমিনদেরকে বলে , তোমরা আমাদের পথ অনুসরণ কর তাহলে আমরা তোমাদের পাপভার বহন করব । মূলতঃ তারা তাদের পাপের কিছুই বহন করবে না , অবশ্যই তারা মিথ্যেবাদী ।
তারা অবশ্য অবশ্যই তাদের নিজেদের পাপের বোঝা বহন করবে , নিজেদের বোঝার সাথে আরো বোঝা , আর তারা যে সব মিথ্যে উদ্ভাবন করত সে সম্পর্কে ক্বিয়ামত দিবসে তারা অবশ্য অবশ্যই জিজ্ঞাসিত হবে ।

Alif, Lam, Meem
Do the people think that they will be left to say, "We believe" and they will not be tried ?
But We have certainly tried those before them, and Allah will surely make evident those who are truthful, and He will surely make evident the liars.
Or do those who do evil deeds think they can outrun Us? Evil is what they judge.
Whoever should hope for the meeting with Allah - indeed, the term decreed by Allah is coming. And He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
And whoever strives only strives for [the benefit of] himself. Indeed, Allah is free from need of the worlds.
And those who believe and do righteous deeds - We will surely remove from them their misdeeds and will surely reward them according to the best of what they used to do.
And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.
And those who believe and do righteous deeds - We will surely admit them among the righteous [into Paradise].
And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah," but when one [of them] is harmed for [the cause of] Allah, they consider the trial of the people as [if it were] the punishment of Allah. But if victory comes from your Lord, they say, "Indeed, We were with you." Is not Allah most knowing of what is within the breasts of all creatures?
And Allah will surely make evident those who believe, and He will surely make evident the hypocrites.
And those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Follow our way, and we will carry your sins." But they will not carry anything of their sins. Indeed, they are liars.
But they will surely carry their [own] burdens and [other] burdens along with their burdens, and they will surely be questioned on the Day of Resurrection about what they used to invent.

Surah 29 | Al-Ankabut | আল-আনকাবূত | Verse: 8

আর আমরা মানুষকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছি তার পিতা-মাতার প্রতি সদ্ব্যবহার করতে । তবে তারা যদি তোমার উপর বল প্রয়োগ করে আমার সাথে এমন কিছু শরীক করতে যার সম্পর্কে তোমার কোন জ্ঞান নেই , তাহলে তুমি তাদেরকে মেনো না আমারই কাছে তোমাদের ফিরে আসা । অতঃপর তোমরা কি করছিলে তা আমি তোমাদেরকে জানিয়ে দেব ।
And We have enjoined upon man goodness to parents. But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them. To Me is your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.

Surah 29 | Al-Ankabut | আল-আনকাবূত | Verse: 64

আর এ দুনিয়ার জীবন খেল-তামাশা ছাড়া আর কিছুই নয় এবং নিশ্চয় আখিরাতের নিবাসই হলো প্রকৃত জীবন, যদি তারা জানত।
And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the [eternal] life, if only they knew.

Surah 30 | Ar-Rum | আর-রুম | Verse: 1 - 25

আলিফ - লাম - মীম ।
রোমানরা পরাজিত হয়েছে ।
নিকটবর্তী অঞ্চলে ; কিন্তু তারা তাদের এই পরাজয়ের পর শীঘ্রই বিজয়ী হবে ।
কয়েক বছরের মধ্যেই । আগের ও পরের সকল সিদ্ধান্ত আল্লাহরই । আর সেদিন মুমিনরা আনন্দিত হবে ।
আল্লাহর সাহায্যে । তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা সাহায্য করেন । আর তিনি মহাপরাক্রমশালী , পরম দয়ালু ।
এটা আল্লাহরই প্রতিশ্রুতি ; আল্লাহ তাঁর প্রতিশ্রুতির ব্যাতিক্রম করেন না , কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক জানে না ।
তারা পার্থিব জীবনের বাহ্য দিক সম্বন্ধে অবগত , অথচ পারলৌকিক জীবন সম্বন্ধে ওরা উদাসীন ।
তারা কি নিজেদের অন্তরে ভেবে দেখে না যে , আল্লাহই আকাশমন্ডলী , পৃথিবী ও ওদের অন্তর্বর্তী সমস্ত কিছু যথাযথভাবে এবং এক নির্দিষ্ট কালের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছেন । কিন্তু মানুষের মধ্যে অনেকেই তাদের রবের সাক্ষাতে অবিশ্বাসী ।
তারা কি যমীনে ভ্রমণ করে না ? তাহলে তারা দেখত যে , তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের পরিণাম কেমন হয়েছিল । তারা শক্তিতে তাদের চেয়েও প্রবল ছিল । তারা জমি চাষ করত এবং এরা পৃথিবীর যতটা আবাদ করেছে তার চেয়ে তারা বেশি আবাদ করেছিল । তাদের নিকট তাদের রসূলগণ সুস্পষ্ট নিদর্শনাবলীসহ এসেছিল । বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ এমন নন যে , তিনি তাদের প্রতি যুলম করবেন , কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজদের প্রতি যুলম করেছিল ।
তারপর যারা মন্দ কাজ করেছিল তাদের পরিণাম মন্দ হয়েছিল । কারণ তারা আল্লাহর আয়াতগুলোকে অস্বীকার করেছিল এবং সেগুলো নিয়ে ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ করত ।
আল্লাহ প্রথমবার সৃষ্টি করেন , অতঃপর তিনি তাকে পুনরায় সৃষ্টি করবেন , অতঃপর তাঁরই নিকট তোমাদেরকে ফিরে যেতে হবে ।
আর যেদিন কিয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে সে দিন অপরাধীরা হতাশ হয়ে পড়বে ।
আর (আল্লাহর সাথে) শরীককৃত তাদের উপাস্যগুলো তাদের জন্য সুপারিশকারী হবে না এবং তারা তাদের শরীককৃত উপাস্যগুলোকে অস্বীকারকারী হবে ।
আর যেদিন কিয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে সেদিন মানুষ বিভক্ত হয়ে পড়বে ।
অতএব যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং সৎকাজ করেছে তারা জান্নাতে আনন্দে থাকবে ।
আর যারা কুফরী করেছে এবং আমার আয়াত ও আখিরাতের সাক্ষাতকে অস্বীকার করেছে, তাদেরকে আযাবের মধ্যে উপস্থিত করা হবে ।
সুতরাং তোমরা আল্লাহর পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা কর সন্ধ্যায় ও প্রভাতে ।
এবং বিকালে ও দুপুরে । আর আসমানসমূহে ও যমীনে প্রশংসা তো একমাত্র তাঁরই ।
তিনিই মৃত হতে জীবন্তের এবং জীবন্ত হতে মৃতের আবির্ভাব ঘটান এবং ভূমির মৃত্যুর পর ওকে পুনরুজ্জীবিত করেন । এভাবেই তোমরা উত্থিত হবে ।
আর তাঁর নিদর্শনাবলীর মধ্যে রয়েছে যে, তিনি তোমাদেরকে মাটি থেকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন। তারপর এখন তোমরা মানুষ, সর্বত্র ছড়িয়ে পড়ছ ।
আর তাঁর নিদর্শনাবলীর মধ্যে আর একটি নিদর্শন এই যে, তিনি তোমাদের জন্য তোমাদের মধ্য হতেই তোমাদের সঙ্গিনীদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন , যাতে তোমরা ওদের নিকট শান্তি পাও এবং তোমাদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক ভালোবাসা ও মায়া-মমতা সৃষ্টি করেছেন । চিন্তাশীল সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য এতে অবশ্যই বহু নিদর্শন রয়েছে ।
আর তাঁর নিদর্শনাবলীর মধ্যে রয়েছে আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের সৃষ্টি এবং তোমাদের ভাষা ও বর্ণের বৈচিত্ৰ্য। এতে তো অবশ্যই বহু নিদর্শন রয়েছে জ্ঞানীদের জন্য ।
আর তাঁর নিদর্শনাবলীর মধ্যে রয়েছে রাতে ও দিনে তোমাদের নিদ্রা এবং তাঁর অনুগ্রহ থেকে তোমাদের (জীবিকা) অন্বেষণ । নিশ্চয় এতে বহু নিদর্শন রয়েছে সে সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য , যারা শোনে ।
আর তাঁর নিদর্শনাবলীর মধ্যে রয়েছে তিনি তোমাদেরকে ভয় ও ভরসাস্বরূপ বিদ্যুৎ দেখান, আর আসমান থেকে পানি বর্ষণ করেন । অতঃপর তা দ্বারা যমীনকে তার মৃত্যুর পর পুনর্জীবিত করেন । নিশ্চয় এতে বহু নিদর্শন রয়েছে এমন সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য, যারা অনুধাবন করে ।
তাঁর নিদর্শনাবলীর মধ্যে রয়েছে যে , তাঁরই আদেশে আকাশ ও পৃথিবীর স্থিতি; অতঃপর তিনি (আল্লাহ) যখন তোমাদেরকে মাটি হতে উঠার জন্য একবার আহবান করবেন তখন তোমরা উঠে আসবে ।

Alif, Lam, Meem.
The Byzantines have been defeated
In the nearest land. But they, after their defeat, will overcome.
Within three to nine years. To Allah belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice
In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
[It is] the promise of Allah. Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know.
They know what is apparent of the worldly life, but they, of the Hereafter, are unaware.
Do they not contemplate within themselves? Allah has not created the heavens and the earth and what is between them except in truth and for a specified term. And indeed, many of the people, in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord, are disbelievers.
Have they not traveled through the earth and observed how was the end of those before them? They were greater than them in power, and they plowed the earth and built it up more than they have built it up, and their messengers came to them with clear evidences. And Allah would not ever have wronged them, but they were wronging themselves .
Then the end of those who did evil was the worst [consequence] because they denied the signs of Allah and used to ridicule them.
Allah begins creation ; then He will repeat it ; then to Him you will be returned .
And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will be in despair.
And there will not be for them among their [alleged] partners any intercessors , and they will [then] be disbelievers in their partners .
And the Day the Hour appears - that Day they will become separated.
And as for those who had believed and done righteous deeds, they will be in a garden [of Paradise], delighted.
But as for those who disbelieved and denied Our verses and the meeting of the Hereafter, those will be brought into the punishment [to remain].
So exalted is Allah when you reach the evening and when you reach the morning.
And to Him is [due all] praise throughout the heavens and the earth. And [exalted is He] at night and when you are at noon .
He brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living and brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. And thus will you be brought out.
And of His signs is that He created you from dust; then, suddenly you were human beings dispersing [throughout the earth].
And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.
And of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and the diversity of your languages and your colors. Indeed in that are signs for those of knowledge.
And of His signs is your sleep by night and day and your seeking of His bounty. Indeed in that are signs for a people who listen.
And of His signs is [that] He shows you the lightning [causing] fear and aspiration, and He sends down rain from the sky by which He brings to life the earth after its lifelessness. Indeed in that are signs for a people who use reason.
And of His signs is that the heaven and earth remain by His command. Then when He calls you with a [single] call from the earth, immediately you will come forth.

Surah 30 | Ar-Rum | আর-রুম | Verse: 55 - 59

আর যেদিন কিয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে সেদিন অপরাধীরা শপথ করে বলবে যে , তারা মুহুর্তকালের বেশী অবস্থান করেনি । এভাবেই তারা সত্যবিমুখ থেকেছে ।
আর যাদেরকে জ্ঞান ও ঈমান দেয়া হয়েছে তারা বলবে , তোমরা আল্লাহর বিধান মত পুনরুত্থান দিবস পর্যন্ত অবস্থান করেছ । আর এটি পুনরুত্থান দিবস । কিন্তু তোমরা জানতে না।
সেদিন সীমালংঘনকারীদের ওযর-আপত্তি তাদের কোন কাজে আসবে না এবং তাদেরকে আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টিলাভের সুযোগও দেওয়া হবে না ।
আর অবশ্যই আমরা মানুষের জন্য এ কুরআনে সব ধরনের দৃষ্টান্ত দিয়েছি । আর আপনি যদি তাদের কাছে কোন নিদর্শন উপস্থিত করেন , তাহলে অবশ্য অবশ্যই বলবে - তোমরা মিথ্যে বলা ছাড়া আর কিছুই করছ না ।
এমনিভাবে আল্লাহ মোহর মেরে দেন তাদের হৃদয়সমূহে যারা জানে না ।

And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will swear they had remained but an hour. Thus they were deluded.
But those who were given knowledge and faith will say, "You remained the extent of Allah 's decree until the Day of Resurrection, and this is the Day of Resurrection, but you did not used to know."
So that Day, their excuse will not benefit those who wronged, nor will they be asked to appease [Allah].
And We have certainly presented to the people in this Qur'an from every [kind of] example. But, [O Muhammad], if you should bring them a sign, the disbelievers will surely say, "You [believers] are but falsifiers."
Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who do not know.

Surah 31 | Luqman | লুকমান | Verse: 33 - 34

হে মানুষ ! তোমরা তোমাদের প্রতিপালককে ভয় কর এবং সেদিনকে ভয় কর , যেদিন পিতা সন্তানের কোন উপকারে আসবে না, সন্তানও তার পিতার কোন উপকারে আসবে না । আল্লাহর প্রতিশ্রুতি সত্য । সুতরাং পার্থিব জীবন যেন তোমাদেরকে কিছুতেই প্রতারিত না করে এবং শয়তান যেন কিছুতেই আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে তোমাদেরকে ধোঁকায় না ফেলে ।
নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর নিকটেই আছে কিয়ামত (সংঘটিত হওয়ার) জ্ঞান , তিনি বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করেন এবং তিনি জানেন যা মাতৃগর্ভে আছে । আর কেউ জানে না । আগামী কাল সে কি অর্জন করবে এবং কেউ জানে না কোন স্থানে তার মৃত্যু ঘটবে । নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ্ সর্বজ্ঞ , সম্যক অবহিত ।

O mankind, fear your Lord and fear a Day when no father will avail his son, nor will a son avail his father at all. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver.
Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.

Surah 33 | Al-Ahzab | আল-আহযাব | Verse: 63 - 68

লোকেরা আপনাকে কিয়ামত সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করে । বলুন, এর জ্ঞান শুধু আল্লাহর নিকটই আছে। আর কিসে আপনাকে জানাবে , সম্ভবত কিয়ামত শীঘ্রই হয়ে যেতে পারে ?
নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ্‌ কাফিরদেরকে করেছেন অভিশপ্ত এবং তাদের জন্য প্ৰস্তুত রেখেছেন জ্বলন্ত আগুন;
সেখানে তারা চিরস্থায়ী হবে এবং তারা কোন অভিভাবক পাবে না, কোন সাহায্যকারীও নয় ।
যেদিন তাদের মুখমণ্ডল আগুনে উল্টেপাল্টে দগ্ধ করা হবে সেদিন ওরা বলবে , হায়! আমরা যদি আল্লাহর আনুগত্য করতাম ও রসূলকে মান্য করতাম !
তারা আরো বলবে , হে আমাদের রব, আমরা আমাদের নেতৃবর্গ ও বিশিষ্ট লোকদের আনুগত্য করেছিলাম , তখন তারা আমাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছিল ।
হে আমাদের রব ! আপনি তাদেরকে দ্বিগুণ শাস্তি দিন এবং তাদেরকে দিন মহাঅভিসম্পাত ।

People ask you concerning the Hour. Say," Knowledge of it is only with Allah. And what may make you perceive? Perhaps the Hour is near."
Indeed, Allah has cursed the disbelievers and prepared for them a Blaze.
Abiding therein forever, they will not find a protector or a helper.
The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, "How we wish we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger."
And they will say, "Our Lord, indeed we obeyed our masters and our dignitaries, and they led us astray from the [right] way.
Our Lord, give them double the punishment and curse them with a great curse."

Surah 34 | Saba | সাবা | Verse: 1 - 5

সব প্রশংসা আল্লাহর , যিনি আসমানসমূহে যা কিছু আছে ও যমীনে যা কিছু আছে তার মালিক। আর আখিরাতেও সকল প্রশংসা তাঁরই এবং তিনি প্রজ্ঞাময় , সম্যক অবগত ।
তিনি জানেন যা ভূগর্ভে প্রবেশ করে , যা তা থেকে নির্গত হয় এবং যা আকাশ হতে অবতরণ করে ও যা কিছু আকাশে উত্থিত হয় । তিনিই পরম দয়ালু, চরম ক্ষমাশীল ।
আর কাফিররা বলে , আমাদের কাছে কিয়ামত আসবে না । বলুন , অবশ্যই হ্যাঁ , শপথ আমার রবের , নিশ্চয় তোমাদের কাছে তা আসবে । তিনি গায়েব সম্পর্কে সম্যক পরিজ্ঞাত ; আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনে তাঁর অগোচরে নয় অণু পরিমাণ কিছু কিংবা তার চেয়ে ছোট বা বড় কিছু ; এর প্রত্যেকটিই আছে সুস্পষ্ট কিতাবে ।
যাতে তিনি প্রতিদান দেন তাদের, যারা ঈমান আনে এবং সৎকর্ম করে । তাদেরই জন্য আছে ক্ষমা ও সম্মানজনক রিযিক ।
আর যারা আমাদের আয়াতকে ব্যর্থ করার চেষ্টা করে , তাদেরই জন্য রয়েছে ভয়ংকর যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি ।

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, to whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and to Him belongs [all] praise in the Hereafter. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted.
He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein. And He is the Merciful, the Forgiving.
But those who disbelieve say, "The Hour will not come to us." Say, "Yes, by my Lord, it will surely come to you. [Allah is] the Knower of the unseen." Not absent from Him is an atom's weight within the heavens or within the earth or [what is] smaller than that or greater, except that it is in a clear register
That He may reward those who believe and do righteous deeds. Those will have forgiveness and noble provision.
But those who strive against Our verses [seeking] to cause failure - for them will be a painful punishment of foul nature.

Surah 34 | Saba | সাবা | Verse: 24 - 30

বলুন , আসমানসমূহ ও যমীন থেকে কে তোমাদেরকে রিযিক প্রদান করেন ? বলুন, আল্লাহ । আর নিশ্চয় আমরা অথবা তোমরা সৎপথে স্থিত অথবা স্পষ্ট বিভ্ৰান্তিতে পতিত ।
বলুন , আমাদের অপরাধের জন্য তোমাদেরকে জবাবদিহি করতে হবে না এবং তোমরা যা কর সে সম্পর্কে আমাদেরকেও জবাবদিহি করতে হবে না ।
বলুন , আমাদের রব আমাদের সকলকে একত্র করবেন , তারপর তিনি আমাদের মধ্যে সঠিকভাবে ফয়সালা করে দেবেন । আর তিনিই শ্ৰেষ্ঠ ফয়সালাকারী , সর্বজ্ঞ ।
বলুন, তোমরা আমাকে তাদের দেখাও , যাদেরকে তোমরা শরীকরূপে তাঁর সাথে জুড়ে দিয়েছ । না , কক্ষনো না , বরং তিনিই আল্লাহ , মহাপরাক্রমশালী , মহাপ্রজ্ঞাময় ।
আর আমরা তো আপনাকে সমগ্র মানুষের জন্যই সুসংবাদদাতা ও সতর্ককারীরূপে প্রেরণ করেছি ।; কিন্তু অধিকাংশ মানুষ জানে না ।
আর তারা বলে , ‘ তোমরা যদি সত্যবাদী হও তবে বল , এ ওয়াদা কখন বাস্তবায়িত হবে’ ?
বলুন, তোমাদের জন্য আছে এক নির্ধারিত দিনের প্রতিশ্রুতি, তা থেকে তোমরা মুহূর্তকালও বিলম্ব করতে পারবে না , আর তরান্বিতও করতে পারবে না ।

Say, "Who provides for you from the heavens and the earth?" Say, "Allah. And indeed, we or you are either upon guidance or in clear error."
Say, "You will not be asked about what we committed, and we will not be asked about what you do."
Say, "Our Lord will bring us together; then He will judge between us in truth. And He is the Knowing Judge."
Say, "Show me those whom you have attached to Him as partners. No! Rather, He [alone] is Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise."
And We have not sent you except comprehensively to mankind as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. But most of the people do not know.
And they say, "When is this promise, if you should be truthful?"
Say, "For you is the appointment of a Day [when] you will not remain thereafter an hour, nor will you precede [it]."

Surah 35 | Fatir | ফাতির | Verse: 9

আল্লাহই বায়ু প্রেরণ করে তার দ্বারা মেঘমালা সঞ্চালিত করেন । অতঃপর তিনি তা নির্জীব ভূখন্ডের দিকে পরিচালিত করেন , অতঃপর তিনি তা দিয়ে পৃথিবীকে ওর মৃত্যুর পর সঞ্জীবিত করেন। পুনরুত্থান এরূপেই হবে ।
And it is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds, and We drive them to a dead land and give life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness. Thus is the resurrection.

Surah 35 | Fatir | ফাতির | Verse: 18

কোন বহনকারী অন্যের (পাপের) বোঝা বহন করবে না, কোন (পাপে) ভারাক্রান্ত ব্যক্তি যদি কেহকে ও এটা বহন করতে আহবান করে তাহলে তার কিছুই বহন করা হবেনা , নিকট আত্মীয় হলেও । আপনি শুধু তাদেরকেই সতর্ক করতে পারেন যারা তাদের রবকে না দেখে ভয় করে এবং সালাত কায়েম করে । আর যে কেউ নিজেকে পরিশোধন করে , সে তো পরিশোধন করে নিজেরই কল্যাণের জন্য। আর আল্লাহরই দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তন ।
And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden soul calls [another] to [carry some of] its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he should be a close relative. You can only warn those who fear their Lord unseen and have established prayer. And whoever purifies himself only purifies himself for [the benefit of] his soul. And to Allah is the [final] destination.

Surah 36 | Ya-Sin | ইয়াসীন | Verse: 51 - 54

আর শিঙ্গায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে, তৎক্ষণাৎ তারা কবর থেকে তাদের রবের দিকে ছুটে আসবে। তারা বলবে, ‘হায় আমাদের দুর্ভোগ! কে আমাদেরকে আমাদের নিদ্রাস্থল থেকে উঠালো’? (তাদেরকে বলা হবে) ‘এটা তো তা যার ওয়াদা পরম করুনাময় করেছিলেন এবং রাসূলগণ সত্য বলেছিলেন’। তা ছিল শুধুই একটি বিকট আওয়াজ, ফলে তৎক্ষণাৎ তাদের সকলকে আমার সামনে উপস্থিত করা হবে। সুতরাং আজ কাউকেই কোন যুলম করা হবে না এবং তোমরা যা আমল করছিলে শুধু তারই প্রতিদান তোমাদের দেয়া হবে।
And the Horn will be blown; and at once from the graves to their Lord they will hasten. They will say, "O woe to us! Who has raised us up from our sleeping place?" [The reply will be], "This is what the Most Merciful had promised, and the messengers told the truth." It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us. So today no soul will be wronged at all, and you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do.

Surah 37 | As-Saffat | আস-সাফফাত | Verse: 11 - 61

সুতরাং তাদেরকে (অবিশ্বাসীদেরকে) জিজ্ঞেস করুন , তাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করা কঠিনতর নাকি আমরা অন্য যা কিছু সৃষ্টি করেছি তা সৃষ্টি কঠিনতর ? তাদেরকে তো আমরা সৃষ্টি করেছি আঠাল মাটি হতে ।
(আল্লাহর শক্তি-ক্ষমতা-মহিমা দেখে) আপনি তো বিস্ময় বোধ করছেন , আর তারা করছে বিদ্রূপ ।
এবং যখন তাদেরকে উপদেশ দেয়া হয় , তখন তারা তা গ্রহণ করে না ।
আর যখন তারা কোন নিদর্শন দেখে , তখন তারা উপহাস করে ।
এবং বলে, এটা তো এক সুস্পষ্ট জাদু ছাড়া আর কিছুই নয় ।
আমরা যখন মরে যাব এবং মাটি ও অস্থিতে পরিণত হব , তখনও কি আমরা পুনরুত্থিত হব ?
এবং আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষগণও ?
বলুন , হ্যাঁ , এবং তোমরা হবে লাঞ্ছিত ।
মাত্র একটি প্রচন্ড শব্দ হবে ; আর তখনই তারা স্বচক্ষে (সব কিছু) দেখতে পাবে ।
এবং তারা বলবে , হায় , দুর্ভোগ আমাদের ! এটাই তো প্রতিদান দিবস ।
(ওদের বলা হবে,) এটিই সেই ফায়সালার দিন , যা তোমরা মিথ্যা মনে করতে ।
(ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলা হবে) একত্র কর যালিম ও তাদের সঙ্গী-সাথীদেরকে এবং যাদের ইবাদাত তারা করত তাদেরকে ।
আল্লাহকে বাদ দিয়ে , আর তাদেরকে জাহান্নামের পথে পরিচালিত কর ।
আর তাদেরকে থামাও , অবশ্যই তাদেরকে তো প্রশ্ন করা হবে ।
তোমাদের কী হল যে , তোমরা একে অন্যের সাহায্য করছ না ?
বরং তারা হবে আজ আত্মসমর্পণকারী ।
আর তারা একে অপরের দিকে ফিরবে এবং একে অপরকে দোষারোপ করবে ।
(আনুগত্যকারীরা তাদের নেতাদেরকে) বলবে, তোমরা তো তোমাদের ক্ষমতা নিয়ে আমাদের কাছে আসতে ।
জবাবে তারা (নেতৃস্থানীয় কাফিররা) বলবে, বরং তোমরা তো মুমিন ছিলে না ।
এবং তোমাদের উপর আমাদের কোন কর্তৃত্ব ছিল না ; বস্তুত তোমরাই ছিলে সীমালংঘনকারী সম্প্রদায় ।
আমাদের বিরুদ্ধে আমাদের রবের কথা সত্য হয়েছে ; আমাদেরকে অবশ্যই শাস্তি আস্বাদন করতে হবে ।
আমরা তোমাদেরকে বিভ্রান্ত করেছিলাম ; কারণ আমরা নিজেরাই ছিলাম বিভ্রান্ত ।
অতঃপর তারা সবাই সেদিন শাস্তির শরীক হবে ।
নিশ্চয় আমরা অপরাধীদের সাথে এরূপ করে থাকি ।
তাদেরকে যখন বলা হত, আল্লাহ ছাড়া কোন (সত্য) ইলাহ নেই , তখন তারা অহঙ্কার করত ।
এবং বলত , আমরা কি এক উন্মাদ কবির কথায় আমাদের ইলাহদেরকে বর্জন করব ?
বরং তিনি [অর্থাৎ মুহাম্মাদ (সা.)] তো সত্য নিয়ে এসেছেন এবং তিনি (পূর্বে আগমনকারী) রাসূলদেরকে সত্য বলে স্বীকার করেছেন ।
তোমরা অবশ্যই যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি আস্বাদনকারী হবে ,
এবং তোমরা যা করতে তারই প্ৰতিফল পাবে ।
তবে তারা নয় , যারা আল্লাহর একনিষ্ঠ বান্দা ।
তাদের জন্য আছে নির্ধারিত রিযিক ।
ফলমূল ; আর তারা হবে সম্মানিত ,
নি‘আমত-ভরা জান্নাতে ,
তারা মুখোমুখি আসনে আসীন হবে ।
তাদেরকে ঘুরে ঘুরে পরিবেশন করা হবে বিশুদ্ধ সুরাপূর্ণ পাত্ৰ ,
যা হবে শুভ্র উজ্জ্বল , পানকারীদের জন্য সুস্বাদু ।
তাতে ক্ষতিকর কিছু থাকবে না এবং তাতে তারা নেশাগ্রস্তও হবে না ,
তাদের সঙ্গে থাকবে আনতনয়না , ডাগর চোখ বিশিষ্ট (হূরীগণ) ।
তারা যেন সযত্নে ঢেকে রাখা ডিম ।
অতঃপর তারা পরস্পরের মুখোমুখী হয়ে একে অপরের খবর জিজ্ঞেস করবে ।
তাদের একজন বলবে , (‘পৃথিবীতে) আমার এক সঙ্গী ছিল ,
সে বলত - তুমি কি বিশ্বাস কর যে ,
আমরা যখন মরে যাব এবং আমরা মাটি ও অস্থিতে পরিণত হব তখনও কি আমাদেরকে প্রতিফল দেয়া হবে ?
আল্লাহ্‌ বলবেন, তোমরা কি তাকে দেখতে চাও ?
অতঃপর সে ঝুঁকে দেখবে এবং তাকে দেখতে পাবে জাহান্নামের মধ্যস্থলে ;
সে বলবে , আল্লাহর কসম ! তুমি তো আমাকে প্রায় ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছিলে ।
আমার প্রতিপালকের অনুগ্রহ না হলে আমিও তো (জাহান্নামের ভিতর) হাজির করা লোকেদের একজন হতাম ।
(জান্নাতবাসী ব্যক্তি আনন্দে উৎফুল্ল হয়ে বলবে) আমাদের তো আর মৃত্যু হবে না ।
প্রথম মৃত্যুর পর এবং আমাদেরকে শাস্তিও দেয়া হবে না !
নিশ্চয়ই এ মহাসাফল্য ।
এরূপ সাফল্যের জন্য আমলকারীদের উচিত আমল করা ,

Then inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Are they a stronger [or more difficult] creation or those [others] We have created?" Indeed, We created men from sticky clay.
But you wonder, while they mock,
And when they are reminded, they remember not.
And when they see a sign, they ridicule
And say, "This is not but obvious magic.
When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected ?
And our forefathers [as well] ?
Say, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible."
It will be only one shout, and at once they will be observing.
They will say, "O woe to us! This is the Day of Recompense."
[They will be told], "This is the Day of Judgement which you used to deny."
[The angels will be ordered], "Gather those who committed wrong, their kinds, and what they used to worship
Other than Allah, and guide them to the path of Hellfire
And stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned."
[They will be asked], "What is [wrong] with you? Why do you not help each other?"
But they, that Day, are in surrender.
And they will approach one another blaming each other.
They will say, "Indeed, you used to come at us from the right."
The oppressors will say, "Rather, you [yourselves] were not believers,
And we had over you no authority, but you were a transgressing people.
So the word of our Lord has come into effect upon us; indeed, we will taste [punishment].
And we led you to deviation; indeed, we were deviators."
So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment.
Indeed, that is how We deal with the criminals.
Indeed they, when it was said to them, "There is no deity but Allah," were arrogant
And were saying, "Are we to leave our gods for a mad poet?"
Rather, the Prophet has come with the truth and confirmed the [previous] messengers.
Indeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment,
And you will not be recompensed except for what you used to do
But not the chosen servants of Allah.
Those will have a provision determined
Fruits; and they will be honored
In gardens of pleasure
On thrones facing one another.
There will be circulated among them a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring,
White and delicious to the drinkers;
No bad effect is there in it, nor from it will they be intoxicated.
And with them will be women limiting [their] glances, with large, [beautiful] eyes,
As if they were [delicate] eggs, well-protected.
And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other.
A speaker among them will say, "Indeed, I had a companion [on earth]
Who would say, 'Are you indeed of those who believe
That when we have died and become dust and bones, we will indeed be recompensed?'"
He will say, "Would you [care to] look?"
And he will look and see him in the midst of the Hellfire.
He will say, "By Allah, you almost ruined me.
If not for the favor of my Lord, I would have been of those brought in [to Hell].
Then, are we not to die
Except for our first death, and we will not be punished ?"
Indeed, this is the great attainment.
For the like of this let the workers [on earth] work.

Surah 39 | Az-Zumar | আয-যুমার | Verse: 24 - 28

যে ব্যক্তি কিয়ামতের দিন তার মুখমণ্ডল দ্বারা কঠিন শাস্তি ঠেকাতে চাইবে , ( সে কি তার মত যে নিরাপদ? ) আর যালিমদেরকে বলা হবে , তোমরা যা অর্জন করতে তা আস্বাদন কর ।
তাদের পূর্ববর্তীগণও মিথ্যারোপ করেছিল , ফলে শাস্তি এমনভাবে তাদেরকে গ্রাস করল যে , তারা অনুভবও করতে পারেনি ।
ফলে আল্লাহ্‌ তাদেরকে দুনিয়ার জীবনে লাঞ্ছনা ভোগ করালেন , আর আখিরাতের শাস্তি তো আরো কঠিন । যদি তারা জানত !
আর অবশ্যই আমরা এ কুরআনে মানুষের জন্য সর্বপ্রকার দৃষ্টান্ত উপস্থিত করেছি , যাতে তারা উপদেশ গ্ৰহণ করে ,
আরবী ভাষায় এ কুরআন বক্রতামুক্ত , যাতে তারা (অন্যায় অপকর্ম হতে) বেঁচে চলতে পারে ।

Then is he who will shield with his face the worst of the punishment on the Day of Resurrection [like one secure from it]? And it will be said to the wrongdoers, "Taste what you used to earn."
Those before them denied, and punishment came upon them from where they did not perceive.
So Allah made them taste disgrace in worldly life. But the punishment of the Hereafter is greater, if they only knew.
And We have certainly presented for the people in this Qur'an from every [kind of] example - that they might remember.
[It is] an Arabic Qur'an, without any deviance that they might become righteous.

Surah 39 | Az-Zumar | আয-যুমার | Verse: 53 - 61

বলুন (আমার এ কথা) , হে আমার বান্দাগণ ! তোমরা যারা নিজেদের প্রতি অবিচার করেছ; আল্লাহ্‌র অনুগ্রহ থেকে হতাশ হয়ো না , নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সমস্ত গোনাহ ক্ষমা করে দেবেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি ক্ষমাশীল , পরম দয়ালু ।
আর তোমরা তোমাদের রবের অভিমুখী হও এবং তাঁর কাছে আত্মসমর্পণ কর তোমাদের কাছে শাস্তি আসার আগে ; তাঁর পরে তোমাদেরকে সাহায্য করা হবে না ।
আর তোমরা তোমাদের প্রতি তোমাদের রবের কাছ থেকে উত্তম যা নাযিল (কুরআন) করা হয়েছে তার অনুসরণ কর , তোমাদের অজ্ঞাতসারে তোমাদের ওপর অতর্কিতে শাস্তি আসার পূর্বে । অথচ তোমরা উপলব্ধি করতে পারবে না ।
যাতে কাউকেও বলতে না হয় , হায় আফসোস ! আল্লাহ্‌র প্রতি আমার কর্তব্যে আমি যে শৈথিল্য করেছি তার জন্য ! আর অবশ্যই আমি ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপকারীদের একজন ছিলাম ।
অথবা কেউ যেন না বলে , হায় ! আল্লাহ্‌ আমাকে হিদায়াত করলে আমি তো অবশ্যই মুত্তাকীদের ( সাবধানীদের ) অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতাম ।
অথবা শাস্তি প্রত্যক্ষ করলে যেন কাকেও বলতে না হয় , হায় ! যদি একবার পৃথিবীতে আমার প্রত্যাবর্তন ঘটত , তাহলে আমি সৎকর্মপরায়ণ হতাম ।
(আল্লাহ বলবেন), প্রকৃত ব্যাপার তো এই যে , আমার নিদর্শনসমূহ তোমার নিকট এসেছিল ; কিন্তু তুমি ঐগুলিকে মিথ্যা বলেছিলে এবং অহংকার করেছিলে । আর তুমি ছিলে অবিশ্বাসীদের একজন ।
আর যারা আল্লাহ্‌র প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করে, আপনি কিয়ামতের দিন তাদের চেহারাসমূহ কালো দেখবেন অহংকারীদের আবাসস্থল কি জাহান্নাম নয় ?
আর যারা তাকওয়া অবলম্বন করেছে , আল্লাহ তাদেরকে উদ্ধার করবেন তাদের সাফল্যসহ ; তাদেরকে অমঙ্গল স্পর্শ করবে না এবং তারা চিন্তিতও হবে না ।

Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."
And return [in repentance] to your Lord and submit to Him before the punishment comes upon you; then you will not be helped.
And follow the best of what was revealed to you from your Lord before the punishment comes upon you suddenly while you do not perceive,
Lest a soul should say, "Oh [how great is] my regret over what I neglected in regard to Allah and that I was among the mockers."
Or [lest] it say, "If only Allah had guided me, I would have been among the righteous."
Or [lest] it say when it sees the punishment, "If only I had another turn so I could be among the doers of good."
But yes, there had come to you My verses, but you denied them and were arrogant, and you were among the disbelievers.
And on the Day of Resurrection you will see those who lied about Allah [with] their faces blackened. Is there not in Hell a residence for the arrogant?
And Allah will save those who feared Him by their attainment; no evil will touch them, nor will they grieve.

Surah 39 | Az-Zumar | আয-যুমার | Verse: 64 - 75

বলুন , হে অজ্ঞরা ! তোমরাকি আমাকে আল্লাহ ছাড়া অন্যের ইবাদাত করতে নির্দেশ দিচ্ছ ?
আর আপনার প্রতি ও আপনার পূর্ববর্তীদের প্রতি অবশ্যই ওহী হয়েছে যে , যদি আপনি আল্লাহর শরীক স্থির (শির্ক) করেন তবে আপনার সমস্ত আমল তো নিস্ফল হবে এবং অবশ্যই আপনি হবেন ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত ।
বরং আপনি আল্লাহরই ইবাদাত করুন এবং কৃতজ্ঞদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হোন ।
আর তারা আল্লাহকে যথাযোগ্য মর্যাদা দেয়নি । অথচ কিয়ামতের দিন গোটা পৃথিবীই থাকবে তাঁর মুষ্টিতে এবং আকাশসমূহ থাকবে ভাজ করা অবস্থায় তাঁর ডান হাতে । পবিত্র ও মহান তিনি , তারা যাদেরকে শরীক করে তিনি তাদের বহু ঊর্ধ্বে ।
আর শিংগায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে , ফলে আসমানসমূহে যারা আছে ও যমীনে যারা আছে তারা সবাই বেহুশ হয়ে পড়বে , যাদেরকে আল্লাহ ইচ্ছে করেন তারা ছাড়া । তারপর আবার শিংগায় ফুঁক দেয়া হবে , ফলে তৎক্ষণাৎ তারা দাঁড়িয়ে তাকাতে থাকবে ।
আর যমীন তার রবের নূরে আলোকিত হবে , আমলনামা উপস্থিত করা হবে এবং নবী ও সাক্ষীগণকে আনা হবে এবং সকলের মধ্যে ন্যায় বিচার করা হবে । এমতাবস্থায় যে, তাদের প্রতি যুলম করা হবে না ।
আর প্রত্যেককে তার আমলের পূর্ণ প্রতিফল দেয়া হবে এবং তারা যা করে সে সম্পর্কে আল্লাহ সর্বাধিক অবগত ।
আর সত্যপ্রত্যাখ্যানকারীদেরকে (কাফিরদেরকে) জাহান্নামের দিকে দলে দলে হাকিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে । অবশেষে যখন তারা জাহান্নামের কাছে আসবে তখন এর দরজাগুলো খুলে দেয়া হবে এবং জাহান্নামের রক্ষীরা তাদেরকে বলবে, তোমাদের কাছে কি তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে রাসূল আসেনি যারা তোমাদের কাছে তোমাদের রবের আয়াতসমূহ তেলাওয়াত করত এবং এ দিনের সাক্ষাত সম্বন্ধে তোমাদেরকে সতর্ক করত ? তারা বলবে , অবশ্যই এসেছিল । বস্তুতঃ কাফিরদের প্রতি শাস্তির কথা বাস্তবায়িত হয়েছে ।
তাদেরকে বলা হবে - জাহান্নামের দরজা দিয়ে প্রবেশ কর , তোমাদেরকে চিরকাল এখানে থাকতে হবে । অহংকারীদের আবাসস্থল কতই না নিকৃষ্ট !
যারা তাদের রাব্বকে ভয় করত তাদেরকে দলে দলে জান্নাতের দিকে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে । যখন তারা সেখানে উপস্থিত হবে তখন ওর দ্বারসমূহ খুলে দেয়া হবে এবং জান্নাতের রক্ষীরা তাদেরকে বলবেঃ তোমাদের প্রতি সালাম , তোমরা সুখী হও এবং জান্নাতে প্রবেশ কর স্থায়ীভাবে অবস্থানের জন্য ।
তারা প্রবেশ করে বলবেঃ প্রশংসা আল্লাহর যিনি আমাদের প্রতি তাঁর প্রতিশ্রুতি পূর্ণ করেছেন এবং আমাদের অধিকারী করেছেন এই ভূমির (জান্নাতের) ; আমরা জান্নাতে যেখানে ইচ্ছা বসবাস করব । সদাচারীদের পুরস্কার কত উত্তম !
আর আপনি ফেরেশতাদেরকে দেখতে পাবেন যে , তারা আরশের চারপাশে ঘিরে তাদের রবের সপ্ৰশংস পবিত্ৰতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করছে । আর মানুষের মাঝে ন্যায়নিষ্ঠার সঙ্গে বিচার-ফয়সালা করা হবে এবং বলা হবে , সমস্ত প্রশংসা বিশ্বজগতের প্রতিপালক আল্লাহর প্রাপ্য ।

Say, [O Muhammad], "Is it other than Allah that you order me to worship, O ignorant ones?
And it was already revealed to you and to those before you that if you should associate [anything] with Allah, your work would surely become worthless, and you would surely be among the losers."
Rather, worship [only] Allah and be among the grateful.
They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal, while the earth entirely will be [within] His grip on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be folded in His right hand. Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him.
And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on.
And the earth will shine with the light of its Lord, and the record [of deeds] will be placed, and the prophets and the witnesses will be brought, and it will be judged between them in truth, and they will not be wronged.
And every soul will be fully compensated [for] what it did; and He is most knowing of what they do.
And those who disbelieved will be driven to Hell in groups until, when they reach it, its gates are opened and its keepers will say, "Did there not come to you messengers from yourselves, reciting to you the verses of your Lord and warning you of the meeting of this Day of yours?" They will say, "Yes, but the word of punishment has come into effect upon the disbelievers.
[To them] it will be said, "Enter the gates of Hell to abide eternally therein, and wretched is the residence of the arrogant."
But those who feared their Lord will be driven to Paradise in groups until, when they reach it while its gates have been opened and its keepers say, "Peace be upon you; you have become pure; so enter it to abide eternally therein," [they will enter].
And they will say, "Praise to Allah, who has fulfilled for us His promise and made us inherit the earth [so] we may settle in Paradise wherever we will. And excellent is the reward of [righteous] workers."
And you will see the angels surrounding the Throne, exalting [Allah] with praise of their Lord. And it will be judged between them in truth, and it will be said, "[All] praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds."

Surah 41 | Fussilat | ফুসসিলাত | Verse: 47 - 48

কিয়ামতের জ্ঞান শুধু আল্লাহর কাছেই আছে , তাঁর অজ্ঞাতসারে কোন ফল আবরণ মুক্ত হয় না , কোন নারী গর্ভধারণ ও সন্তান প্রসব করে না । আর যেদিন আল্লাহ্ তাদেরকে ডেকে বলবেন , আমার শরীকরা কোথায় ? তখন তারা বলবে , আমরা আপনার কাছে নিবেদন করি যে , এ ব্যাপারে (আপনার শরীক থাকার ব্যাপারে) আমাদের থেকে কোন সাক্ষ্য দাতা নেই ।
আর পূর্বে যাদেরকে তারা ডাকত তারা তাদের কাছ থেকে উধাও হয়ে যাবে এবং এবং অংশীবাদীরা সুনিশ্চিত হবে যে , ওদের নিষ্কৃতির কোন উপায় নেই ।

To him [alone] is attributed knowledge of the Hour. And fruits emerge not from their coverings nor does a female conceive or give birth except with His knowledge. And the Day He will call to them, "Where are My 'partners'?" they will say, "We announce to You that there is [no longer] among us any witness [to that]."
And lost from them will be those they were invoking before, and they will be certain that they have no place of escape.

Surah 42 | Ash-Shura | আশ-শূরা | Verse: 1 - 7

হা-মীম ।
আইন-সীন-কাফ ।
এভাবেই মহাপরাক্রমশালী , প্রজ্ঞাময় আল্লাহ আপনার প্রতি এবং আপনার পূর্বে যারা ছিল তাদের প্রতি ওয়াহী নাযিল করেন ।
আসমানসমূহে যা কিছু আছে এবং যমীনে যা কিছু আছে সব তাঁরই । তিনিই সমুন্নত, সুমহান ।
আসমানসমূহ উপর থেকে ভেঙ্গে পড়ার উপক্রম হয় , আর ফেরেশতাগণ তাদের প্রতিপালকের সপ্রশংস পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করে এবং পৃথিবীর বাসিন্দার জন্য ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করে । জেনে রাখুন , নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ, তিনি বড়ই ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু ।
আর যারা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে অন্যদেরকে অভিভাবকরূপে গ্রহণ করে , আল্লাহ তাদের কার্যকলাপের প্রতি দৃষ্টি রাখেন । আর আপনি, [হে মুহাম্মদ], তো তাদের উপর কর্মবিধায়ক নন ।
আর এভাবে আমরা আপনার প্রতি কুরআন নাযিল করেছি আরবী ভাষায়, যাতে আপনি মক্কা ও তার চারদিকের জনগণকে সতর্ক করতে পারেন এবং সতর্ক করতে পারেন কিয়ামতের দিন সম্পর্কে , যাতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই । সেদিন একদল জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে এবং একদল প্রবেশ করবে জাহান্নামে ।

Ha, Meem .
Ayn, Seen, Qaf.
Thus has He revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and to those before you - Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth, and He is the Most High, the Most Great.
The heavens almost break from above them, and the angels exalt [Allah] with praise of their Lord and ask forgiveness for those on earth. Unquestionably, it is Allah who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
And those who take as allies other than Him - Allah is [yet] Guardian over them; and you, [O Muhammad], are not over them a manager.
And thus We have revealed to you an Arabic Qur'an that you may warn the Mother of Cities [Makkah] and those around it and warn of the Day of Assembly, about which there is no doubt. A party will be in Paradise and a party in the Blaze.

Surah 42 | Ash-Shura | আশ-শূরা | Verse: 17 - 19

আল্লাহ, যিনি সত্যসহ কিতাব ও মীযান (সনদ, ন্যায় বিচার, ইনসাফ ) নাযিল করেছেন। আর কিসে তোমাকে জানাবে, হয়ত কিয়ামত খুবই নিকটবর্তী? যারা এতে ঈমান আনে না, তারাই তা ত্বরান্বিত করতে চায়। আর যারা ঈমান এনেছে, তারা একে ভয় করে এবং তারা জানে যে, এটা অবশ্যই সত্য। জেনে রেখ, নিশ্চয় যারা কিয়ামত সম্পর্কে বাক-বিতন্ডা করে তারা সুদূর পথভ্রষ্টতায় নিপতিত। আল্লাহ তাঁর বান্দাদের প্রতি অতি দয়ালু। তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা রিয্ক দান করেন। আর তিনি মহাশক্তিধর, মহাপরাক্রমশালী।
It is Allah who has sent down the Book in truth and [also] the balance. And what will make you perceive? Perhaps the Hour is near. Those who do not believe in it are impatient for it, but those who believe are fearful of it and know that it is the truth. Unquestionably, those who dispute concerning the Hour are in extreme error. Allah is Subtle with His servants; He gives provisions to whom He wills. And He is the Powerful, the Exalted in Might

Surah 43 | Az-Zukhruf | আয-যুখরুফ | Verse: 57 - 64

আর যখনই মারইয়াম-তনয়ের দৃষ্টান্ত পেশ করা হয় , তখন আপনার সম্প্রদায় তাতে শোরগোল আরম্ভ করে দেয় ।
আর তারা বলে , আমাদের উপাস্যগুলো শ্ৰেষ্ঠ না ঈসা ? এরা শুধু বাক-বিতণ্ডার উদ্দেশ্যেই তাকে আপনার সামনে পেশ করে । বস্তুতঃ এরা এক ঝগড়াটে সম্প্রদায় ।
তিনি (ঈসা) তো কেবল আমারই এক বান্দা , যার উপর আমরা অনুগ্রহ করেছিলাম এবং তাকে বানিয়েছিলাম বনী ইসরাঈলের জন্য দৃষ্টান্ত ।
আর যদি আমরা ইচ্ছে করতাম তবে তোমাদের পরিবর্তে ফিরিশতাদেরকে পৃথিবীর উত্তরাধিকারী করতে পারতাম ।
আর নিশ্চয় ঈসা কিয়ামতের নিশ্চিত নিদর্শন (দুনিয়াতে পুনরায় আগমন) ; কাজেই তোমরা কিয়ামতে সন্দেহ করো না । আর তোমরা আমারই অনুসরণ করা । এটাই সরল পথ ।
শয়তান যেন তোমাদেরকে কিছুতেই বাধা না দেয়, নিশ্চয় সে তোমাদের প্ৰকাশ্য শক্ৰ ।
ঈসা যখন স্পষ্ট নিদর্শনসহ আসল, তখন তিনি বলেছিলেন , আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের কাছে এসেছি প্রজ্ঞাসহ এবং তোমরা যে বিষয়ে মতভেদ করছ তা স্পষ্ট করে দেয়ার জন্য । সুতরাং তোমরা আল্লাহকে ভয় কর এবং আমার অনুসরণ কর ।
নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ, তিনি আমার রব এবং তোমাদেরও রব, অতএব তোমরা তাঁর ইবাদাত কর ; এটাই সরল পথ ।

And when the son of Mary was presented as an example, immediately your people laughed aloud.
And they said, "Are your gods better, or is he?" They did not present the comparison except for [mere] argument. But, [in fact], they are a people prone to dispute.
Jesus was not but a servant upon whom We bestowed favor, and We made him an example for the Children of Israel.
And if We willed, We could have made [instead] of you angels succeeding [one another] on the earth.
And indeed, Jesus will be [a sign for] knowledge of the Hour, so be not in doubt of it, and follow Me. This is a straight path.
And never let Satan avert you. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.
And when Jesus brought clear proofs, he said, "I have come to you with wisdom and to make clear to you some of that over which you differ, so fear Allah and obey me.
Indeed, Allah is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him. This is a straight path."

Surah 43 | Az-Zukhruf | আয-যুখরুফ | Verse: 84 - 85

তিনিই (আল্লাহই) উপাস্য নভোমন্ডলে , তিনিই উপাস্য ভূমন্ডলে এবং তিনিই প্রজ্ঞাময়, সর্বজ্ঞ ।
কত মহান তিনি যিনি আকাশমন্ডলী ও পৃথিবী এবং ওদের মধ্যবর্তী সমস্ত কিছুর সার্বভৌম অধিপতি । কিয়ামতের জ্ঞান কেবল তাঁরই আছে এবং তাঁরই নিকট তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে ।

And it is Allah who is [the only] deity in the heaven, and on the earth [the only] deity. And He is the Wise, the Knowing.
And blessed is He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and with whom is knowledge of the Hour and to whom you will be returned.

Surah 44 | Ad-Dukhan | আদ-দুখান | Verse: 40 - 50

নিশ্চয় ফয়সালার দিনটি তাদের সকলের জন্যই নির্ধারিত সময় ।
সেদিন এক বন্ধু অন্য বন্ধুর কোন কাজে আসবে না এবং তারা সাহায্যও পাবে না।
তবে আল্লাহ্ যার প্রতি দয়া করেন তার কথা স্বতন্ত্র । নিশ্চয় তিনিই মহাপরাক্রমশালী , পরম দয়ালু ।
নিশ্চয়ই যাক্কুম গাছ হবে
পাপীর খাদ্য ;
গলিত তামার মত তা পেটের ভিতর ফুটতে থাকবে ,
ফুটন্ত পানি ফুটার মত ।
(বলা হবে) তাকে ধর এবং টেনে নিয়ে যাও জাহান্নামের মধ্যস্থলে ,
তারপর তার মাথার উপর ফুটন্ত পানির আযাব ঢেলে দাও ।
(বলা হবে) আস্বাদন কর, নিশ্চয় তুমিই সম্মানিত, অভিজাত !
নিশ্চয় এটা সেই (শাস্তি) যার সম্পর্কে তোমরা সন্দেহ করতে ।

Indeed, the Day of Judgement is the appointed time for them all -
The Day when no relation will avail a relation at all, nor will they be helped -
Except those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
Indeed, the tree of zaqqum
Is food for the sinful.
Like murky oil, it boils within bellies
Like the boiling of scalding water.
[It will be commanded] , "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire,
Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water."
[It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble !
Indeed, this is what you used to dispute."

Surah 45 | Al-Jathiya | আল-জাসিয়া | Verse: 23 - 30

আপনি লক্ষ্য করেছেন তাকে, যে তার খেয়াল-খুশীকে নিজ ইলাহ বানিয়ে নিয়েছে ? আর তার কাছে জ্ঞান আসার পর আল্লাহ তাকে বিভ্রান্ত করেছেন এবং তিনি তার কান ও হৃদয়ে মোহর মেরে দিয়েছেন । আর তিনি তার চোখের উপর রেখেছেন আবরণ । অতএব আল্লাহর পরে কে তাকে হেদায়াত দিবে ? তবুও কি তোমরা উপদেশ গ্ৰহণ করবে না ?
আর তারা বলে , একমাত্র পার্থিব জীবনই আমাদের জীবন , এখানেই আমরা মরি ও বাঁচি ; মহাকালই আমাদেরকে ধ্বংস করে । বস্তুতঃ এ ব্যাপারে ওদের কোন জ্ঞান নেই , ওরা তো কেবল ধারণা করে মাত্র ।
আর তাদের কাছে যখন আমাদের সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ তেলাওয়াত করা হয় তখন তাদের কোন যুক্তি থাকে না শুধু এ কথা ছাড়া যে , তোমরা সত্যবাদী হলে আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে নিয়ে আস ।
বলুন, আল্লাহই তোমাদেরকে জীবন দান করেন তারপর তোমাদের মৃত্যু ঘটান । তারপর তিনি তোমাদেরকে কিয়ামতের দিনে একত্র করবেন , যাতে কোন সন্দেহ নেই । কিন্তু বেশীর ভাগ মানুষ তা জানে না ।
আর আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের রাজত্ব আল্লাহরই ; এবং যেদিন কিয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে সেদিন মিথ্যাশ্রয়ীরা হবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ।
আর আপনি প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায়কে ভয়ে নতজানু অবস্থায়, প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায়কে তার আমলনামা দেখতে আহবান করা হবে এবং বলা হবে , তোমরা যা করতে, আজ তোমাদেরকে তারই প্রতিফল দেওয়া হবে ।
আমার (নিকট সংরক্ষিত) এ আমলনামা যা তোমাদের ব্যাপারে সত্য কথা বলবে । তোমরা যা করতে নিশ্চয় আমরা তা লিপিবদ্ধ করাতাম ।
অতঃপর যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং সৎকাজ করেছে পরিণামে তাদের প্রতিপালক তাদেরকে নিজ করুণায় প্রবেশ করাবেন । এটিই মহাসাফল্য।

Have you seen he who has taken as his god his [own] desire, and Allah has sent him astray due to knowledge and has set a seal upon his hearing and his heart and put over his vision a veil? So who will guide him after Allah? Then will you not be reminded?
And they say, "There is not but our worldly life; we die and live, and nothing destroys us except time." And they have of that no knowledge; they are only assuming.
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, their argument is only that they say, "Bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthful.
Say, "Allah causes you to live, then causes you to die; then He will assemble you for the Day of Resurrection, about which there is no doubt, but most of the people do not know."
And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And the Day the Hour appears - that Day the falsifiers will lose.
And you will see every nation kneeling [from fear]. Every nation will be called to its record [and told], "Today you will be recompensed for what you used to do.
This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do."
So as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them into His mercy. That is what is the clear attainment.

Surah 46 | Al-Ahqaf | আল-আহকাফ | Verse: 1 - 10

হা-মীম ।
এ কিতাব মহাপরাক্রমশালী , প্রজ্ঞাময় আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে নাযিলকৃত ।
আসমানসমূহ, যমীন ও এ দু'য়ের মধ্যবর্তী সমস্ত কিছুই আমরা যথাযথ ভাবে ও নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছি । কিন্তু অবিশ্বাসীরা তাদেরকে যে বিষয়ে সতর্ক করা হয়েছে , তা হতে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয় ।
বলুন , তোমরা আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে যাদেরকে ডাক, তাদের কথা ভেবে দেখছ কি ? তারা পৃথিবীতে কি সৃষ্টি করেছে আমাকে দেখাও অথবা আকাশমন্ডলীতে তাদের কোন অংশীদারিত্ব আছে কি ? এর পূর্ববর্তী কোন কিতাবে অথবা পরম্পরাগত জ্ঞান থাকলে তা তোমরা আমার নিকট উপস্থিত কর , যদি তোমরা সত্যবাদী হও ।
আর সে ব্যক্তি অপেক্ষা অধিক বিভ্রান্ত কে , যে আল্লাহর পরিবর্তে এমন কিছুকে ডাকে যা কিয়ামত দিবস পর্যন্ত ও তার ডাকে সাড়া দেবে না ? আর তারা তাদের ডাক সম্বন্ধে অবহিতও নয় ।
যখন কিয়ামতের দিন মানুষকে একত্রিত করা হবে , তখন তারা (অর্থাৎ উপাস্যরা) তাদের শত্রু হয়ে দাঁড়াবে এবং তারা তাদের উপাসনাকে অস্বীকার করবে ।
আর যখন তাদের কাছে আমাদের সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ তিলাওয়াত করা হয় । তখন যারা কুফরী করেছে তাদের কাছে সত্য আসার পর তারা বলে , এ তো সুস্পষ্ট জাদু ।
নাকি তারা বলে যে, সে (মুহাম্মাদ) এটা (কুরআন) উদ্ভাবন করেছে । বলুন, যদি আমি এটা উদ্ভাবন করে থাকি , তাহলে তোমরা তো আল্লাহর শাস্তি হতে আমাকে কিছুতেই রক্ষা করতে পারবে না । তোমরা যে বিষয়ে আলোচনায় লিপ্ত আছ , সে সম্বন্ধে আল্লাহ সবিশেষ অবহিত । আমার ও তোমাদের মধ্যে সাক্ষী হিসাবে তিনিই যথেষ্ট এবং তিনিই চরম ক্ষমাশীল , পরম দয়ালু ।
বলুন, রাসূলদের মধ্যে আমিই প্রথম নই । আর আমি জানি না , আমার ও তোমাদের ব্যাপারে কী করা হবে ; আমি আমার প্রতি যা ওহী করা হয় শুধু তারই অনুসরণ করি । আর আমি তো এক স্পষ্ট সতর্ককারী মাত্ৰ ।
বলুন , তোমরা আমাকে জানাও , যদি এ কুরআন আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে এসে থাকে , আর তোমরা এটাকে অস্বীকার করলে , অথচ এ ধরনের কালাম সম্পর্কে বানী ইসরাঈলের একজন [‘আবদুল্লাহ বিন সালাম (রাযি.)] সাক্ষ্যও দিয়েছে। সে ঈমান আনল আর তোমরা অহঙ্কার করলে ? নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ যালিম সম্প্রদায়কে হেদায়াত করেন না ।

Ha, Meem.
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
We did not create the heavens and earth and what is between them except in truth and [for] a specified term. But those who disbelieve, from that of which they are warned, are turning away.
Say, [O Muhammad], "Have you considered that which you invoke besides Allah? Show me what they have created of the earth; or did they have partnership in [creation of] the heavens? Bring me a scripture [revealed] before this or a [remaining] trace of knowledge, if you should be truthful."
And who is more astray than he who invokes besides Allah those who will not respond to him until the Day of Resurrection, and they, of their invocation, are unaware.
And when the people are gathered [that Day], they [who were invoked] will be enemies to them, and they will be deniers of their worship.
And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say of the truth when it has come to them, "This is obvious magic."
Or do they say, "He has invented it?" Say, "If I have invented it, you will not possess for me [the power of protection] from Allah at all. He is most knowing of that in which you are involved. Sufficient is He as Witness between me and you, and He is the Forgiving the Merciful."
Say, "I am not something original among the messengers, nor do I know what will be done with me or with you. I only follow that which is revealed to me, and I am not but a clear warner."
Say, "Have you considered: if the Qur'an was from Allah, and you disbelieved in it while a witness from the Children of Israel has testified to something similar and believed while you were arrogant...?" Indeed, Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.

Surah 51 | Adh-Dhariyat | আয-যারিয়াত | Verse: 1 - 6

শপথ ঝড়ো হাওয়ার ।
অতঃপর, পানির বোঝা বহনকারী মেঘমালার ,
অতঃপর মৃদুগতিতে চলমান নৌযানসমূহের ,
অতঃপর [আল্লাহর] নির্দেশ বণ্টনকারী ফেরেশতাগণের ।
তোমাদেরকে দেওয়া প্রতিশ্রুতি অবশ্যই সত্য ।
কর্মফল দিবস অবশ্যই আসবে ।

By those [winds] scattering [dust] dispersing
And those [clouds] carrying a load [of water]
And those [ships] sailing with ease
And those [angels] apportioning [each] matter ,
Indeed , what you are promised is true .
And indeed , the recompense is to occur .

Surah 51 | Adh-Dhariyat | আয-যারিয়াত | Verse: 11 - 14

যারা সন্দেহ-সংশয়ে নিপতিত , উদাসীন !
তারা জিজ্ঞাসা করে , প্রতিদান দিবস কবে হবে ?
( তা হবে সেদিন ) যেদিন তাদেরকে আগুনে শাস্তি দেয়া হবে ।
বলা হবে , তোমরা তোমাদের শাস্তি আস্বাদন কর, তোমরা এ শাস্তিই তরান্বিত করতে চেয়েছিলে ।

Who are within a flood [of confusion] and heedless .
They ask , " When is the Day of Recompense ? "
[It is] the Day they will be tormented over the Fire
[And will be told] , " Taste your torment . This is that for which you were impatient. "

Surah 52 | At-Tur | আত-তূর | Verse: 1 - 16

শপথ তূর পর্বতের ।
শপথ কিতাবের , যা লিখিত আছে ,
উন্মুক্ত পাতায়
শপথ বায়তুল মামুরের ,
আর সমুন্নত আকাশের ;
এবং শপথ উদ্বেলিত সমুদ্রের ।
নিশ্চয় আপনার রবের শাস্তি অবশ্যম্ভাবী ,
যার কোন প্রতিরোধকারী নেই ।
যেদিন তীব্রভাবে আকাশ প্রকম্পিত হবে ,
আর পর্বতমালা দ্রুত পরিভ্রমণ করবে ,
অতঃএব দুর্ভোগ সে দিন মিথ্যারোপকারীদের জন্য ,
যারা খেল-তামাশায় মত্ত থাকে ।
সেদিন তাদেরকে ধাক্কা মারতে মারতে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে জাহান্নামের আগুনের দিকে ।
(বলা হবে) এটাই সেই আগুন যাকে তোমরা মিথ্যা মনে করতে।
‘এটি কি যাদু , নাকি তোমরা দেখতে পাচ্ছ না !’
তোমরা এতে প্রবেশ কর , অতঃপর তোমরা ধৈর্যধারণ কর অথবা না কর উভয়ই তোমাদের জন্য সমান । তোমরা যা করতে তোমাদেরকে কেবল তারই প্রতিফল দেওয়া হবে ।

By the mount .
And [by] a Book inscribed
In parchment spread open
And [by] the frequented House
And [by] the heaven raised high
And [by] the sea filled [with fire],
Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur .
Of it there is no preventer .
On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motion
And the mountains will pass on, departing
Then woe, that Day, to the deniers ,
Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves .
The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust , [its angels will say] ,
"This is the Fire which you used to deny .
Then is this magic , or do you not see ?
[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do."

Surah 52 | At-Tur | আত-তূর | Verse: 17 - 20

নিশ্চয় মুত্তাকীরা/আল্লাহভীরুরা থাকবে জান্নাতে ও আরাম-আয়েশে ,
তাদের প্রতিপালক তাদেরকে যা দেবেন , তারা তা সানন্দে উপভোগ করবে এবং তিনি তাদেরকে রক্ষা করবেন জাহান্নামের শাস্তি হতে ।
( তাদেরকে বলা হবে ) তোমরা যা করতে তার প্রতিফল স্বরূপ তোমরা তৃপ্তির সাথে পানাহার করতে থাক ।
তারা বসবে সারিবদ্ধভাবে সজ্জিত আসনে হেলান দিয়ে ; আমি তাদের বিবাহ দেব ডাগর চোখবিশিষ্টা হূরের সঙ্গে ;

Indeed , the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure ,
Enjoying what their Lord has given them , and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire .
[They will be told] , " Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do ."
They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes .

Surah 53 | An-Najm | আন-নাজম | Verse: 39 - 44

আর এই যে, মানুষ তাই পায় যা সে চেষ্টা করে,
আর এই যে, তার প্রচেষ্টার ফল শীঘ্রই তাকে দেখানো হবে।
অতঃপর তাকে দেওয়া হবে পূর্ণ প্রতিদান।
আর এই যে, সবার শেষ গন্তব্য তো আপনার রবের কাছে,
আর নিশ্চয় তিনিই হাসান এবং তিনিই কাঁদান।
আর নিশ্চয় তিনিই মৃত্যু দেন এবং তিনিই জীবন দেন।

And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives
And that his effort is going to be seen
Then he will be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense
And that to your Lord is the finality
And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep
And that it is He who causes death and gives life

Surah 54 | Al-Qamar | আল-কামার | Verse: 1

ক্বিয়ামত নিকটবর্তী হয়েছে এবং চন্দ্র খন্ডিত হয়েছে ,
The Hour has come near , and the moon has split [in two] .

Surah 54 | Al-Qamar | আল-কামার | Verse: 7 - 8

অপমানে অবনমিত নেত্রে সেই দিন তারা কাবর হতে বের হবে বিক্ষিপ্ত পঙ্গপালের ন্যায় । ভীত-সন্ত্রস্ত হয়ে তারা আহবানকারীর দিকে ছুটে আসবে । কাফিররা বলবে- ‘‘ কঠিন এ দিন ’’ ।
Their eyes humbled , they will emerge from the graves as if they were locusts spreading , Racing ahead toward the Caller . The disbelievers will say , " This is a difficult Day . "

Surah 57 | Al-Hadid | আল-হাদীদ | Verse: 12 - 15

সেদিন আপনি দেখবেন মুমিন নর-নারীদেরকে তাদের সামনে ও ডানে তাদের নূর ছুটতে থাকবে। বলা হবে, আজ তোমাদের জন্য সুসংবাদ জান্নাতের, যার পাদদেশে নদী প্রবাহিত, সেখানে তোমরা স্থায়ী হবে, এটাই তো মহাসাফল্য। সেদিন মুনাফিক পুরুষ ও মুনাফিক নারীরা যারা ঈমান এনেছে তাদেরকে বলবে, ‘তোমরা আমাদের জন্য একটু থাম, যাতে আমরা তোমাদের নূরের কিছু গ্ৰহণ করতে পারি। বলা হবে, তোমরা তোমাদের পিছনে ফিরে যাও ও নূরের সন্ধান কর। তারপর উভয়ের মাঝামাঝি স্থাপিত হবে একটি প্রাচীর যাতে একটি দরজা থাকবে, যার ভিতরে থাকবে রহমত এবং বাইরে থাকবে শাস্তি। মুনাফিকরা মুমিনদেরকে ডেকে বলবে, ‘আমরা কি (দুনিয়ায়) তোমাদের সঙ্গে ছিলাম না?’ তারা বলবে, ‘অবশ্যই, কিন্তু তোমরা নিজেরাই নিজেদেরকে বিপদগ্রস্ত করেছ, তোমরা প্রতীক্ষা করেছিলে, সন্দেহ পোষণ করেছিলে এবং আল্লাহর হুকুম (মৃত্যু) আসা পর্যন্ত অলীক আশা তোমাদেরকে মোহাচ্ছন্ন করে রেখেছিল; আর আল্লাহ সম্পর্কে মহাপ্রতারক (শয়তান) তোমাদেরকে প্রতারিত করেছিল। সুতরাং আজ তোমাদের নিকট হতে কোন মুক্তিপণ গ্রহণ করা হবে না এবং যারা অবিশ্বাস করেছিল তাদের নিকট হতেও নয়। তোমাদের আবাসস্থল জাহান্নাম, এটাই তোমাদের চিরসঙ্গী। আর কত নিকৃষ্ট এই পরিণাম!’
On the Day you see the believing men and believing women, their light proceeding before them and on their right, [it will be said], "Your good tidings today are [of] gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein you will abide eternally." That is what is the great attainment. On the [same] Day the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believed, "Wait for us that we may acquire some of your light." It will be said, "Go back behind you and seek light." And a wall will be placed between them with a door, its interior containing mercy, but on the outside of it is torment. The hypocrites will call to the believers, "Were we not with you?" They will say, "Yes, but you afflicted yourselves and awaited [misfortune for us] and doubted, and wishful thinking deluded you until there came the command of Allah. And the Deceiver deceived you concerning Allah. So today no ransom will be taken from you or from those who disbelieved. Your refuge is the Fire. It is most worthy of you, and wretched is the destination.

Surah 57 | Al-Hadid | আল-হাদীদ | Verse: 17

তোমরা জেনে রাখ যে, আল্লাহ্ যমীনকে তার মৃত্যুর পর পুনর্জীবিত করেন। আমি নিদর্শনসমূহ তোমাদের কাছে সুস্পষ্টভাবে বর্ণনা করেছি, আশা করা যায় তোমরা বুঝতে পারবে।
Know that Allah gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. We have made clear to you the signs; perhaps you will understand. .

Surah 58 | Al-Mujadila | আল-মুজাদালা | Verse: 5 - 6

যারা আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রসূলের বিরুদ্ধাচরণ করে, তাদেরকে অপদস্থ করা হবে, যেমন অপদস্থ করা হয়েছে তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদেরকে। অবশ্যই আমি সুস্পষ্ট আয়াতসমূহ অবতীর্ণ করেছি। আর অবিশ্বাসীদের জন্য রয়েছে লাঞ্ছনাকর শাস্তি। যেদিন আল্লাহ তাদের সকলকে একত্রে পুনরুত্থিত করবেন এবং তাদেরকে জানিয়ে দেবেন যা তারা করত; আল্লাহ ওর হিসাব রেখেছেন, আর তারা তা ভুলে গেছে। আর আল্লাহ সর্ব বিষয়ে সম্যক দ্রষ্টা।
Indeed, those who oppose Allah and His Messenger are abased as those before them were abased. And We have certainly sent down verses of clear evidence. And for the disbelievers is a humiliating punishment. On the Day when Allah will resurrect them all and inform them of what they did. Allah had enumerated it, while they forgot it; and Allah is, over all things, Witness.

Surah 60 | Al-Mumtahina | আল-মুমতাহিনা | Verse: 3

তোমাদের আত্মীয়-স্বজন ও সন্তান-সন্ততি কিয়ামতের দিন কোন উপকার করতে পারবে না। আল্লাহ তোমাদের মধ্যে ফয়সালা করে দেবেন; আর তোমরা যা কর আল্লাহ তার সম্যক দ্রষ্টা।
Never will your relatives or your children benefit you; the Day of Resurrection He will judge between you. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing. .

Surah 64 | At-Taghabun | আত-তাগাবুন | Verse: 7 - 8

অবিশ্বাসীরা ধারণা করে যে , তারা কখনোই পুনরুত্থিত হবে না । তুমি বল , ‘ অবশ্যই হবে , আমার প্রতিপালকের কসম ! তোমরা অবশ্য-অবশ্যই পুনরুত্থিত হবে । অতঃপর তোমরা যা করতে তোমাদেরকে সে সম্বন্ধে অবশ্যই অবহিত করা হবে । আর এটা আল্লাহর পক্ষে অতি সহজ ।’
কাজেই ( এ অবস্থার কথা চিন্তা ক’রে ) তোমরা ঈমান আনো আল্লাহর প্রতি ও তাঁর রসূলের প্রতি আর সেই নূর (কুরআন)-এর প্রতি যা আমি অবতীর্ণ করেছি । তোমরা যা কর সে ব্যাপারে আল্লাহ পুরোপুরি অবগত ।

Those who disbelieve have claimed that they will never be resurrected . Say , " Yes , by my Lord , you will surely be resurrected ; then you will surely be informed of what you did . And that , for Allah , is easy ."
So believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Qur'an which We have sent down . And Allah is Acquainted with what you do .

Surah 66 | At-Tahrim | আত-তাহরীম | Verse: 7

হে অবিশ্বাসীগণ ! আজ তোমরা দোষ স্খালনের চেষ্টা করো না । তোমরা যা করতে , তোমাদেরকে তারই প্রতিফল দেওয়া হবে ।
O you who have disbelieved, make no excuses that Day . You will only be recompensed for what you used to do .

Surah 69 | Al-Haqqa | আল-হাক্কাহ | Verse: 1 - 37

অবশ্যম্ভাবী ঘটনা ( কিয়ামত ) ।
কী সেই অবশ্যম্ভাবী ঘটনা ?
আর কিসে আপনাকে জানাবে সে অবশ্যম্ভাবী ঘটনা কী ?
আদ ও সামূদ জাতি সেই আকস্মিকভাবে সংঘটিতব্য মহাবিপদকে মিথ্যে বলেছিল ।
অতঃপর সামূদ সম্প্রদায়, তাদেরকে ধ্বংস করা হয়েছিল এক প্ৰলয়ংকর বিপর্যয়কারী প্ৰচণ্ড চীৎকার দ্বারা ।
আর ‘ আদ সম্প্রদায়, তাদেরকে ধ্বংস করা হয়েছিল প্রচন্ড ঠান্ডা ঝঞ্ঝাবায়ু দ্বারা ।
যা তিনি তাদের উপর প্রবাহিত করেছিলেন সাতরাত ও আটদিন বিরামহীনভাবে ; তখন আপনি উক্ত সম্প্রদায়কে দেখতেন — তারা সেখানে লুটিয়ে পড়ে আছে সারশূন্য খেজুর কাণ্ডের ন্যায় ।
অতঃপর তাদের কাউকে ও আপনি বিদ্যমান দেখতে পান কি ?
আর ফিরআউন, তার পূর্ববর্তীরা এবং উল্টে যাওয়া বস্তিবাসীরা ( লূত সম্প্রদায় ) পাপ করেছিল।
তারা তাদের প্রতিপালকের রসূলকে অমান্য করেছিল , ফলে তিনি তাদেরকে অতি কঠোরভাবে পাকড়াও করলেন ।
যখন জলোচ্ছ্বাস হল , অবশ্যই তখন আমি তোমাদেরকে নৌযানে আরোহণ করিয়েছি ।
আমরা এটা করেছিলাম তোমাদের শিক্ষার জন্য এবং এজন্যে যে, যাতে শ্রুতিধর কান এটা সংরক্ষণ করে।
অতঃপর যখন শিংগায় ফুৎকার দেওয়া হবে একটি মাত্র ফুৎকার ।
তখন পর্বতমালা সহ পৃথিবী উৎক্ষিপ্ত হবে এবং একই ধাক্কায় ওগুলো চূর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে ।
সেদিন সংঘটিত হবে মহাঘটনা (কিয়ামত)।
আর আসমান বিদীর্ণ হয়ে যাবে । ফলে সেদিন তা হয়ে যাবে দুর্বল বিক্ষিপ্ত ।
আর ফেরেশতাগণ আসমানের প্রান্ত দেশে থাকবে এবং সেদিন আটজন ফিরিশতা আপনার রবের আরশকে ধারণ করবে তাদের উপরে ।
সেদিন উপস্থিত করা হবে তোমাদেরকে এবং তোমাদের কোন গোপনই আর গোপন থাকবে না ।
তখন যাকে তার আমলনামা তার ডান হাতে দেয়া হবে, সে বলবে , ‘ এই যে আমার ‘আমালানামা পড়ে দেখ ,
আমার পূর্ণ বিশ্বাস ছিল যে , আমাকে আমার হিসাবের সম্মুখীন হতে হবে । ’
কাজেই সে যাপন করবে সন্তোষজনক জীবন ;
সুউচ্চ জান্নাতে
যার ফলরাশি অবনমিত থাকবে নাগালের মধ্যে ।
( তাদেরকে বলা হবে, ) ‘ পানাহার কর তৃপ্তির সাথে , তোমরা অতীত দিনে যা করেছিলে তার বিনিময়ে ।’
কিন্তু যার আমলনামা তার বাম হাতে দেওয়া হবে , সে বলবে , ‘ হায় ! আমাকে যদি দেওয়াই না হত আমার আমলনামা ।
এবং আমি যদি না জানতাম আমার হিসাব ।
হায় ! আমার মৃত্যুই যদি আমার শেষ হত !
আমার ধন-সম্পদ আমার কোন কাজেই এল না ।
আমার ক্ষমতাও আমার থেকে চলে গেল !
ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলা হবে , ধর তাকে , তার গলায় বেড়ী পরিয়ে দাও ।
‘ তারপর তাকে তোমরা নিক্ষেপ কর জাহান্নামে ’ ।
তারপর ওকে শিকল দিয়ে বাঁধ- সত্তর হাত দীর্ঘ এক শিকলে ,
নিশ্চয় সে মহান আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমানদার ছিল না ,
আর অভাবগ্রস্তকে খাদ্যদানে উৎসাহিত করত না ।
অতএব আজ এখানে তার কোন অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধু থাকবে না ।
এবং কোন খাদ্য থাকবে না ক্ষতনিঃসৃত পুঁজ ব্যতীত ।
যা অপরাধী ছাড়া কেউ খাবে না ।

The Inevitable Reality .
What is the Inevitable Reality ?
And what can make you know what is the Inevitable Reality ?
Thamud and 'Aad denied the Striking Calamity .
So as for Thamud , they were destroyed by the overpowering [blast].
And as for 'Aad , they were destroyed by a screaming , violent wind
Which Allah imposed upon them for seven nights and eight days in succession , so you would see the people therein fallen as if they were hollow trunks of palm trees.
Then do you see of them any remains ? -And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities with sin.
And they disobeyed the messenger of their Lord, so He seized them with a seizure exceeding [in severity].
Indeed, when the water overflowed, We carried your ancestors in the sailing ship
That We might make it for you a reminder and [that] a conscious ear would be conscious of it.
Then when the Horn is blown with one blast
And the earth and the mountains are lifted and leveled with one blow
Then on that Day, the Resurrection will occur,
And the heaven will split [open], for that Day it is infirm .
And the angels are at its edges . And there will bear the Throne of your Lord above them , that Day , eight [of them] .
That Day , you will be exhibited [for judgement] ; not hidden among you is anything concealed .
So as for he who is given his record in his right hand , he will say , " Here , read my record !
Indeed , I was certain that I would be meeting my account ."
So he will be in a pleasant life
In an elevated garden ,
Its [fruit] to be picked hanging near .
[They will be told] , " Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you put forth in the days past ."
But as for he who is given his record in his left hand , he will say , " Oh , I wish I had not been given my record
And had not known what is my account .
I wish my death had been the decisive one .
My wealth has not availed me .
Gone from me is my authority .
[Allah will say] , " Seize him and shackle him .
Then into Hellfire drive him .
Then into a chain whose length is seventy cubits insert him ."
Indeed , he did not used to believe in Allah , the Most Great ,
Nor did he encourage the feeding of the poor .
So there is not for him here this Day any devoted friend
Nor any food except from the discharge of wounds ;
None will eat it except the sinners .

Surah 70 | Al-Ma'arij | আল-মা'আরিজ | Verse: 1 - 18

এক ব্যক্তি চাইল, সংঘটিত হোক অবধারিত শাস্তি ।
অবিশ্বাসীদের জন্য , এটা প্রতিরোধ করবার কেউ নেই।ক ব্যক্তি চাইল , সংঘটিত হোক শাস্তি যা অবধারিত ।
এটা আসবে আল্লাহর কাছ থেকে , যিনি উর্ধ্বারোহনের সোপানসমূহের অধিকারী ।
ফেরেশতা এবং রূহ আল্লাহর দিকে উর্ধ্বগামী হয় এমন একদিনে , যা পার্থিব পঞ্চাশ হাজার বৎসরের সমান ।
কাজেই আপনি ধৈর্য ধারণ করুন পরম ধৈৰ্য ।
তারা ঐ দিনটিকে সুদূর মনে করছে ,
কিন্তু আমরা দেখছি তা আসন্ন ।
সেদিন আকাশ হবে গলিত ধাতুর মত ,
এবং পর্বতসমূহ হবে রঙ্গীন পশমের মত ,
আর অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধু অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধুকে জিজ্ঞাসা করবে না ।
(যদিও) তাদেরকে একে অপরের দৃষ্টির সামনে রাখা হবে । অপরাধী সেই দিনে শাস্তির বদলে দিতে চাইবে নিজ সন্তান-সন্ততিকে ।
আর তার স্ত্রী ও ভাইকে ,
আর তার জ্ঞাতি-গোষ্ঠীকে , যারা তাকে আশ্রয় দিত ,
এবং পৃথিবীর সকলকে , যাতে এই মুক্তিপণ তাকে মুক্তি দেয় ।
না , কখনই নয় ! এটা তো লেলিহান অগ্নি ।
যা দেহ হতে চামড়া খসিয়ে দেবে ।
জাহান্নাম সে ব্যক্তিকে ডাকবে , যে সত্যের প্রতি পিঠ দেখিয়েছিল এবং মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিয়েছিল ।
আর যে সম্পদ পুঞ্জীভূত করেছিল অতঃপর সংরক্ষিত করে রেখেছিল ।

A supplicant asked for a punishment bound to happen
To the disbelievers ; of it there is no preventer .
[It is] from Allah , owner of the ways of ascent .
The angels and the Spirit will ascend to Him during a Day the extent of which is fifty thousand years .
So be patient with gracious patience .
Indeed , they see it [as] distant ,
But We see it [as] near .
On the Day the sky will be like murky oil,
And the mountains will be like wool ,
And no friend will ask [anything of] a friend ,
They will be shown each other . The criminal will wish that he could be ransomed from the punishment of that Day by his children
And his wife and his brother
And his nearest kindred who shelter him
And whoever is on earth entirely [so] then it could save him .
No ! Indeed , it is the Flame [of Hell] ,
A remover of exteriors .
It invites he who turned his back [on truth] and went away [ from obedience ]
And collected [wealth] and hoarded .

Surah 71 | Nuh | নূহ | Verse: 17 - 18

তিনি তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন মৃত্তিকা হতে।
‘তারপর তিনি তোমাদেরকে তাতে ফিরিয়ে নেবেন এবং নিশ্চিতভাবে তোমাদেরকে পুনরুত্থিত করবেন’।

And Allah has caused you to grow from the earth a [progressive] growth.
Then He will return you into it and extract you [another] extraction.

Surah 80 | Abasa | আবাসা | Verse: 18 - 22

আল্লাহ তাকে কোন বস্তু হতে সৃষ্টি করেছেন?
শুক্রবিন্দু হতে তাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তাকে সুপরিমিত করেছেন।
অতঃপর তিনি (উপায়-উপকরণ ও প্রয়োজনীয় দ্রব্যসামগ্রী দিয়ে জীবনে চলার জন্য) তার পথ সহজ করে দিয়েছেন।
এরপর তার মৃত্যু ঘটান এবং তাকে কবরস্থ করেন।
এরপর যখন ইচ্ছে তিনি তাকে পুনর্জীবিত করবেন।

From what substance did He create him?
From a sperm-drop He created him and destined for him;
Then He eased the way for him;
Then He causes his death and provides a grave for him.
Then when He wills, He will resurrect him.

Surah 82 | Al-Infitar | আল-ইনফিতার | Verse: 1 - 19

যখন আসমান বিদীর্ণ হবে ।
আর যখন নক্ষত্রমণ্ডলী বিক্ষিপ্তভাবে ঝরে পড়বে,
আর যখন সাগরগুলো উত্তাল করে তোলা হবে,
আর যখন কবরস্থ মানুষদেরকে উঠানো হবে,
তখন প্রত্যেকে জানবে, সে কী আগে পাঠিয়েছে ও কী পিছনে রেখে গিয়েছে।
হে মানুষ! কিসে তোমাকে তোমার মহান প্রতিপালক সম্পর্কে বিভ্ৰান্ত করল?
যিনি তোমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তোমাকে সুঠাম করেছেন এবং তারপর সুসমঞ্জস করেছেন।
যে আকৃতিতে তিনি চেয়েছেন তোমাকে গঠন করেছেন।
না (তোমাদের এই বিভ্রান্তি মোটেই সঠিক নয়), তোমরা তো (আখেরাতের) শাস্তি ও পুরস্কারকে অস্বীকার করে থাক;
অবশ্যই তোমাদের উপর নিযুক্ত আছে তত্ত্বাবধায়কগণ;
সম্মানিত লেখকগণ (যারা লিপিবদ্ধ করছে তোমাদের কার্যকলাপ),
তারা জানে তোমরা যা কর।
পুণ্যবানেরা তো থাকবে পরম স্বাচ্ছন্দ্যে ;
আর পাপাচারীরা তো থাকবে জাহান্নামে ;
তারা প্রতিদান দিবসে তাতে দগ্ধ হবে,
এবং তারা সেখান হতে অন্তর্হিত (বের) হতে পারবে না।
আর কিসে আপনাকে জানাবে প্রতিদান দিবস কী?
আবার বলি, কিসে আপনাকে জানাবে প্রতিদান দিবস কী?
সেদিন কেউ কারও জন্য কিছু করার মালিক হবে না; আর সেদিন সব বিষয়ের কর্তৃত্ব হবে আল্লাহর।

When the sky breaks apart
And when the stars fall, scattering,
And when the seas are erupted
And when the [contents of] graves are scattered,
A soul will [then] know what it has put forth and kept back.
O mankind, what has deceived you concerning your Lord, the Generous,
Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you?
In whatever form He willed has He assembled you.
No! But you deny the Recompense.
And indeed, [appointed] over you are keepers,
Noble and recording;
They know whatever you do.
Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure,
And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire.
They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense,
And never therefrom will they be absent.
And what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense?
It is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allah.

Surah 84 | Al-Inshiqaq | আল-ইনশিকাক | Verse: 1 - 25

যখন আকাশ বিদীর্ণ হবে।
আর তার রবের আদেশ পালন করবে এবং এটাই তার করণীয়।
আর যখন যমীনকে সম্প্রসারিত করা হবে।
আর যমীন (পৃথিবী) তার অভ্যন্তরে যা আছে তা বাইরে নিক্ষেপ করবে ও শূন্যগর্ভ হবে।
এবং তার রবের আদেশ পালন করবে এটাই তার করণীয়।
হে মানুষ! তোমাকে তোমার রব পর্যন্ত পৌঁছতে বহু কষ্ট স্বীকার করতে হবে, অতঃপর তুমি তার সাক্ষাৎ লাভ করবে।
অতঃপর যাকে তার আমলনামা তার ডান হাতে দেয়া হবে।
অত্যন্ত সহজভাবেই তার হিসাব-নিকাশ করা হবে।
এবং সে তার স্বজনদের কাছে প্ৰফুল্লচিত্তে ফিরে যাবে;
আর যাকে তার আমলনামা তার পিঠের পিছনদিক থেকে দেয়া হবে,
ফলে অচিরেই সে মৃত্যুকে আহবান করবে,
আর সে জ্বলন্ত আগুনে প্রবেশ করবে।
নিশ্চয় সে তার স্বজনদের মধ্যে আনন্দে মত্ত ছিল ।
সে তো ভাবত যে, সে কখনই (আল্লাহর কাছে) ফিরে যাবে না
অবশ্যই (সে প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে)। নিশ্চয়ই তার প্রতিপালক তার উপর সবিশেষ দৃষ্টি রাখেন।
অতঃপর আমি শপথ করছি পশ্চিম আকাশের লালিমার,
আর রাতের কসম এবং রাত যা কিছুর সমাবেশ ঘটায় তার।
এবং শপথ চাঁদের, যখন তা পূর্ণ হয়;
অবশ্যই তোমরা এক স্তর থেকে অন্য স্তরে আরোহণ করবে ।
সুতরাং তাদের কি হল যে, তারা ঈমান আনে না?
আর যখন তাদের কাছে কুরআন তিলাওয়াত করা হয় তখন তারা সিজদা করে না। [সাজদাহ] ۩
কুরআন শুনে সেজদা করা তো দূরের কথা) বরং কাফিররা ওটাকে অস্বীকারই করে।
আল্লাহ খুব ভাল করেই জানেন তারা (তাদের অন্তরে) কী লুকিয়ে রাখে।
কাজেই আপনি তাদেরকে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তির সংবাদ দিন;
কিন্তু যারা ঈমান আনে ও সৎকাজ করে তাদের জন্য রয়েছে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন পুরস্কার।

When the sky has split [open]
And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]
And when the earth has been extended
And has cast out that within it and relinquished [it]
And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so]
O mankind, indeed you are laboring toward your Lord with [great] exertion and will meet it .
Then as for he who is given his record in his right hand,
He will be judged with an easy account
And return to his people in happiness.
But as for he who is given his record behind his back,
He will cry out for destruction
And [enter to] burn in a Blaze.
Indeed, he had [once] been among his people in happiness;
Indeed, he had thought he would never return [to Allah].
But yes! Indeed, his Lord was ever of him, Seeing.
So I swear by the twilight glow
And [by] the night and what it envelops
And [by] the moon when it becomes full
[That] you will surely experience state after state.
So what is [the matter] with them [that] they do not believe,
And when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate [to Allah]? [Sajdah] ۩
But those who have disbelieved deny,
And Allah is most knowing of what they keep within themselves.
So give them tidings of a painful punishment,
Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds. For them is a reward uninterrupted.

Surah 87 | Al-A'la | আল-আ'লা | Verse: 9 - 17

[হে মুহাম্মদ] অতঃপর উপদেশ দাও যদি উপদেশ ফলপ্রসু হয়। সে-ই উপদেশ গ্রহণ করে, যে ভয় করে । আর হতভাগাই তা এড়িয়ে যায়। যে ভয়াবহ আগুনে প্রবেশ করবে। তারপর সে সেখানে মরবেও না এবং বাঁচবেও না। অবশ্যই সাফল্য লাভ করবে যে আত্মশুদ্ধি করবে, আর তার রবের নাম স্মরণ করবে, অতঃপর সালাত আদায় করবে। বরং তোমরা দুনিয়ার জীবনকে প্রাধান্য দিচ্ছ। অথচ আখিরাত সর্বোত্তম ও স্থায়ী। নিশ্চয় এটা আছে পূর্ববর্তী সহীফাসমূহে। ইবরাহীম ও মূসার সহীফাসমূহে।
[O Muhammad] So remind, if the reminder should benefit; He who fears [Allah] will be reminded. But the wretched one will avoid it . [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire, Neither dying therein nor living. He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself. And mentions the name of his Lord and prays. But you prefer the worldly life, While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, The scriptures of Abraham and Moses.

Surah 88 | Al-Ghashiya | আল-গাশিয়া | Verse: 1 - 26

(সব কিছুকে) আচ্ছন্নকারী কিয়ামাতের সংবাদ আপনার কাছে এসেছে কি ?
সেদিন অনেক চেহারা হবে অবনত ,
কর্মক্লান্ত পরিশ্রান্ত ।
তারা প্রবেশ করবে জ্বলন্ত আগুনে ;
তাদেরকে অত্যন্ত উষ্ণ প্রস্রবণ থেকে পান করানো হবে;
তাদের জন্য কাঁটাবিশিষ্ট গুল্ম ছাড়া কোন খাদ্য থাকবে না।
যা তাদেরকে পুষ্ট করবে না এবং তাদের ক্ষুধাও নিবৃত্ত করবে না।
অনেক মুখমণ্ডল সেদিন হবে আনন্দোজ্জ্বল,
নিজেদের কাজের সাফল্যে পরিতৃপ্ত ,
(তারা স্থান পাবে) উচ্চ মর্যাদাপূর্ণ জান্নাতে,
সেখানে তারা অসার বাক্য শুনবে না,
সেখানে থাকবে প্রবাহমান ঝর্ণাধারা,
সেখানে থাকবে সুউচ্চ আসনসমূহ।
আর প্রস্তুত থাকবে পানপত্র,
আর সারি সারি বালিশসমূহ।
আর থাকবে মখমল- বিছানো।
তবে কি তারা তাকিয়ে দেখে না উটের দিকে, কিভাবে তা সৃষ্টি করা হয়েছে?
এবং আসমানের দিকে, কিভাবে তা ঊর্ধ্বে স্থাপন করা হয়েছে?
এবং পর্বতমালার দিকে, কীভাবে তা স্থাপন করা হয়েছে?
এবং যমীনের দিকে, কীভাবে তা বিস্তৃত করা হয়েছে?
অতএব আপনি উপদেশ দিন; আপনি তো কেবল একজন উপদেশদাতা
আপনি তাদের উপর শক্তি প্রয়োগকারী নন।
তবে কেউ মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিলে ও কুফরী করলে ;
আল্লাহ তাদেরকে দেবেন মহাশাস্তি।
নিশ্চয় তাদের ফিরে আসা আমাদেরই কাছে;
তারপর তাদের হিসেবা-নিকেশ আমাদেরই কাজ।

Has there reached you the report of the Overwhelming [event] ?
[Some] faces, that Day, will be humbled,
Working [hard] and exhausted.
They will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire.
They will be given drink from a boiling spring.
For them there will be no food except from a poisonous, thorny plant
Which neither nourishes nor avails against hunger.
[Other] faces, that Day, will show pleasure.
With their effort [they are] satisfied
In an elevated garden,
Wherein they will hear no unsuitable speech.
Within it is a flowing spring.
Within it are couches raised high
And cups put in place
And cushions lined up
And carpets spread around.
Then do they not look at the camels - how they are created?
And at the sky - how it is raised?
And at the mountains - how they are erected?
And at the earth - how it is spread out?
So remind, [O Muhammad]; you are only a reminder.
You are not over them a controller.
However, he who turns away and disbelieves
Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment.
Indeed, to Us is their return.
Then indeed, upon Us is their account.

Surah 89 | Al-Fajr | আল-ফাজর | Verse: 1 - 30

শপথ ফজরের (ঊষার)
শপথ দশ রাতের [(জিলহাজ্জ মাসের প্রথম)]
শপথ জোড় ও বেজোড়ের।
এবং শপথ রাত্রির, যখন তা গত হতে থাকে।
নিশ্চয়ই এর মধ্যে শপথ রয়েছে জ্ঞানবান ব্যক্তির জন্যে।
আপনি দেখেননি আপনার রব কিরূপ আচরণ করেছিলেন ‘আদ জাতির সাথে ?
ইরাম গোত্রের সাথে, যারা ছিল সুউচ্চ স্তম্ভের অধিকারী ?
যার সমতুল্য জাতি অন্য কোন দেশে সৃষ্টি হয়নি।
এবং সামূদ জাতির সাথে? যারা উপত্যকায় পাথর কেটে গৃহ নির্মাণ করেছিল?
এবং বহু সৈন্য শিবিরের অধিপতি ফিরাউনের সাথে?
যারা দেশের মধ্যে উদ্ধত আচরণ করেছিল।
অনন্তর সেখানে তারা বিপর্যয় বৃদ্ধি করেছিল।
ফলে আপনার রব তাদের উপর শাস্তির কশাঘাত হানলেন।
নিশ্চয় আপনার রব সতর্ক দৃষ্টি রাখেন।
আর মানুষ তো এমন যে, যখন তার রব তাকে পরীক্ষা করেন, অতঃপর তাকে সম্মান দান করেন এবং অনুগ্রহ প্রদান করেন, তখন সে বলে, ‘আমার রব আমাকে সম্মানিত করেছেন।
এবং আবার যখন তাকে পরীক্ষা করেন, তারপর তার রুযী সংকুচিত করেন, তখন সে বলে, ‘আমার প্রতিপালক আমাকে অপমানিত করেছেন।
কখনো নয়, বরং তোমরা ইয়াতীমদের দয়া-অনুগ্রহ প্রদর্শন কর না।
এবং তোমরা মিসকীনকে খাদ্যদানে পরস্পরকে উৎসাহিত কর না ।
আর তোমরা উত্তরাধিকারের সম্পদ সম্পূর্ণরূপে আত্মসাৎ করে থাক ।
এবং তোমরা ধন-সম্পদকে অত্যধিক ভালোবেসে থাক।
এটা মোটেই ঠিক নয়, যখন পৃথিবীকে চূর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ করা হবে ,
এবং যখন আপনার রব আগমন করবেন ও সারিবদ্ধভাবে ফেরেশতাগণও ,
আর সেদিন জাহান্নামকে আনা হবে সেদিন মানুষ স্মরণ করবে, তখন এ স্মরণ তার কি কাজে আসবে ?
সে বলবে, হায়! আমার এ জীবনের জন্য আমি যদি কিছু অগ্রিম পাঠাতাম?
সেদিন তাঁর (আল্লাহর) শাস্তির মত শাস্তি অন্য কেউ দিতে পারবে না।
এবং তাঁর বাঁধনের মত কেউ বাঁধতে পারবে না।
(অপর দিকে নেককার লোককে বলা হবে) হে প্রশান্ত আত্মা!
তুমি ফিরে এসো তোমার রবের প্রতি সন্তুষ্টচিত্তে, সন্তোষভাজন হয়ে।
অতঃপর আমার (নেক) বান্দাহদের মধ্যে শামিল হও ।
এবং আমার জান্নাতে প্রবেশ কর।

By the dawn
And [by] ten nights
And [by] the even [number] and the odd
And [by] the night when it passes,
Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception?
Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with 'Aad
[With] Iram - who had lofty pillars,
The likes of whom had never been created in the land?
And [with] Thamud, who carved out the rocks in the valley?
And [with] Pharaoh, owner of the stakes?
[All of] whom oppressed within the lands
And increased therein the corruption.
So your Lord poured upon them a scourge of punishment.
Indeed, your Lord is in observation.
And as for man, when his Lord tries him and [thus] is generous to him and favors him, he says, "My Lord has honored me."
But when He tries him and restricts his provision, he says, "My Lord has humiliated me."
No! But you do not honor the orphan
And you do not encourage one another to feed the poor.
And you consume inheritance, devouring [it] altogether,
And you love wealth with immense love.
No! When the earth has been leveled - pounded and crushed
And your Lord has come and the angels, rank upon rank,
And brought [within view], that Day, is Hell - that Day, man will remember, but what good to him will be the remembrance?
He will say, "Oh, I wish I had sent ahead [some good] for my life."
So on that Day, none will punish [as severely] as His punishment,
And none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers].
[To the righteous it will be said], "O reassured soul,
Return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him],
And enter among My [righteous] servants
And enter My Paradise."

Surah 99 | Az-Zalzala | আয-যিলযাল | Verse: 1 - 8

যখন প্রচন্ড কম্পনে যমীন প্রকম্পিত হবে। আর যমীন তার বোঝা বের করে দেবে, আর মানুষ বলবে, ‘এর কী হল?’ সেদিন যমীন তার বৃত্তান্ত বর্ণনা করবে, যেহেতু তোমার রব তাকে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। সেদিন মানুষ বিক্ষিপ্তভাবে বের হয়ে আসবে যাতে দেখানো যায় তাদেরকে তাদের নিজদের কৃতকর্ম। অতএব, কেউ অণু পরিমাণ ভালকাজ করলে তা সে দেখবে, আর কেউ অণু পরিমাণ খারাপ কাজ করলে তাও সে দেখবে।
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake. And the earth discharges its burdens, And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" That Day, it will report its news. Because your Lord has commanded it. That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds. So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.

Surah 101 | Al-Qari'a | আল-কারি'আ | Verse: 1 - 11

মহাভীতিপ্রদ শব্দ। মহাভীতিপ্রদ শব্দ কী? তোমাকে কিসে জানাবে মহা ভীতিপ্রদ শব্দ কী? যেদিন মানুষ হবে বিক্ষিপ্ত পতঙ্গের মত, আর পর্বতরাজি হবে ধুনা রঙিন পশমের মত। অতঃপর যার পাল্লা ভারী হবে, সে থাকবে সন্তোষজনক জীবনে; আর যার পাল্লা হালকা হবে, তার আবাস হবে হাবিয়া। আর তোমাকে কিসে জানাবে হাবিয়া কী? প্রজ্জ্বলিত অগ্নি। It is a Fire, intensely hot.
The Striking Calamity. What is the Striking Calamity? And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, And the mountains will be like wool, fluffed up. Then as for one whose scales are heavy [with good deeds], He will be in a pleasant life. But as for one whose scales are light, His refuge will be an abyss. And what can make you know what that is?
