যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |
যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. Surah 35 | Fatir | ফাতির | Verse: 12

দুটি সাগর একরূপ নয় ; একটির পানি সুমিষ্ট ও সুপেয় , অপরটির পানি লোনা ও বিস্বাদ । প্রত্যেকটি হতে তোমরা তাজা গোশত (মাছ) ভক্ষণ করে থাক এবং তোমাদের ব্যবহার্য রত্নাবলী আহরণ কর। আর তোমরা দেখ ওর বুক চিরে জলযান চলাচল করে ; যাতে তোমরা তাঁর অনুগ্রহ অনুসন্ধান করতে পার এবং যাতে তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞ হও ।
And not alike are the two bodies of water. One is fresh and sweet, palatable for drinking, and one is salty and bitter. And from each you eat tender meat and extract ornaments which you wear, and you see the ships plowing through [them] that you might seek of His bounty; and perhaps you will be grateful.
