  • যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

Surah 14 | Ibrahim | ইবরাহীম | Verse: 35 - 39

  • আর স্মরণ কর ‘যখন ইবরাহীম বলল, ‘হে আমার রব, আপনি এ শহরকে নিরাপদ করে দিন এবং আমাকে ও আমার সন্তানদেরকে মূর্তি পূজা থেকে দূরে রাখুন’। ‘হে আমার রব, নিশ্চয় এসব মূর্তি অনেক মানুষকে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছে, সুতরাং যে আমার অনুসরণ করেছে, নিশ্চয় সে আমার দলভুক্ত, আর যে আমার অবাধ্য হয়েছে, তবে নিশ্চয় আপনি ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু’। ‘হে আমাদের রব, নিশ্চয় আমি আমার কিছু বংশধরদেরকে ফসলহীন উপত্যকায় তোমার পবিত্র ঘরের নিকট বসতি স্থাপন করালাম, হে আমাদের রব, যাতে তারা সালাত কায়েম করে। সুতরাং কিছু মানুষের হৃদয় আপনি তাদের দিকে ঝুঁকিয়ে দিন এবং তাদেরকে রিয্ক প্রদান করুন ফল-ফলাদি থেকে, আশা করা যায় তারা শুকরিয়া আদায় করবে’। হে আমাদের রব, নিশ্চয় আপনি জানেন, যা আমরা গোপন করি এবং যা প্রকাশ করি, আর কোন কিছু আল্লাহর নিকট গোপন নেই, না যমীনে না আসমানে। যাবতীয় প্রশংসা আল্লাহর যিনি আমার বার্ধক্য অবস্থায় আমাকে ইসমাঈল ও ইসহাককে দান করেছেন, আমার প্রতিপালক অবশ্যই আহবান শ্রবণকারী।
  • And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this city [Makkah] secure and keep me and my sons away from worshipping idols. My Lord, indeed they have led astray many among the people. So whoever follows me - then he is of me; and whoever disobeys me - indeed, You are [yet] Forgiving and Merciful. Our Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in an uncultivated valley near Your sacred House, our Lord, that they may establish prayer. So make hearts among the people incline toward them and provide for them from the fruits that they might be grateful. Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven. Praise to Allah, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of supplication.

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 25

  • যারা কুফরী করে এবং মানুষকে নিবৃত্ত করে আল্লাহর পথ হতে ও মাসজিদুল হারাম হতে, যা আমি করেছি স্থানীয় ও বহিরাগত সবারই জন্য সমান । আর যে সেখানে অন্যায়ভাবে ইলহাদ তথা দ্বীনবিরোধী পাপ কাজের ইচ্ছে করে, তাকে আমরা আস্বাদন করাব যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি ।
  • Indeed, those who have disbelieved and avert [people] from the way of Allah and [from] al-Masjid al-Haram, which We made for the people - equal are the resident therein and one from outside; and [also] whoever intends [a deed] therein of deviation [in religion] or wrongdoing - We will make him taste of a painful punishment.

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 26 - 34

  • আর স্মরণ করুন, যখন আমরা ইবরাহীমকে (বায়তুল্লাহ্র) গৃহের স্থান চিহ্নিত করে দিয়েছিলাম, তখন বলেছিলাম , আমার সাথে কোন কিছু শরীক করবেন না এবং আমার ঘরকে তাওয়াফকারী, সালাতে দণ্ডায়মান, এবং রুকূ’ ও সিজদাকারীদের জন্য পবিত্র রাখুন ।
  • আর মানুষের কাছে হজের ঘোষণা করে দিন, তারা আপনার কাছে আসবে পায়ে হেঁটে এবং সব ধরনের কৃশকায় উটের পিঠে করে, তারা আসবে দূর-দূরান্তের পথ অতিক্রম করে ।
  • যাতে তারা তাদের কল্যাণের স্থানগুলোতে উপস্থিত হতে পারে এবং তিনি তাদেরকে চতুষ্পদ জন্তু হতে যা রিযক হিসেবে দিয়েছেন তার উপর নির্দিষ্ট দিনগুলোতে আল্লাহর নাম উচ্চারণ করতে পারে । অতঃপর তোমরা তা থেকে খাও এবং দুঃস্থ, অভাবগ্ৰস্তকে আহার করাও ।
  • তারপর তারা যেন তাদের অপরিচ্ছন্নতা দূর করে এবং তাদের মানত পূর্ণ করে আর তাওয়াফ করে প্রাচীন ঘরের (কা’বা) ।
  • এটাই বিধান এবং কেহ আল্লাহ কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত বিধানাবলীর প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করলে তার রবের নিকট তা উত্তম। তোমাদের জন্য হালাল করা হয়েছে চতুস্পদ পশু, ঐগুলি ব্যতীত যা তোমাদেরকে বলা হয়েছে। সুতরাং তোমরা বর্জন কর মূর্তি পূজার অপবিত্রতা এবং দূরে থাক মিথ্যা বলা হতে ।
  • আল্লাহর প্রতি একনিষ্ঠ হয়ে এবং তাঁর কোন শরীক না করে। আর যে কেউ আল্লাহর সাথে শরীক করে (তার অবস্থা) সে যেন আকাশ হতে পড়ল, অতঃপর পাখি তাকে ছোঁ মেরে নিয়ে গেল, কিংবা বায়ু তাকে উড়িয়ে নিয়ে গিয়ে এক দূরবর্তী স্থানে নিক্ষেপ করল ।
  • এটাই আল্লাহর বিধান এবং কেউ আল্লাহ্‌র নিদর্শনাবলীকে সম্মান করলে এ তো তার হৃদয়ের সংযমশীলতারই বহিঃপ্রকাশ ।
  • এসব চতুষ্পদ জন্তুতে নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত তোমাদের জন্য কল্যাণ রয়েছে, তারপর এগুলোর কুরবানীর স্থান হবে প্রাচীন ঘরের নিকট ।
  • আর আমরা প্রত্যেক সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য কুরবানীর নিয়ম করে দিয়েছি ; যাতে তারা আল্লাহর নাম স্মরণ করতে পারে, যে সমস্ত জন্তু তিনি রিয্ক হিসেবে দিয়েছেন সেগুলির উপর । তোমাদের ইলাহ তো এক ইলাহ; অতএব তাঁরই কাছে আত্মসমর্পণ কর; আর অনুগতদেরকে সুসংবাদ দাও ।
  • And [mention, O Muhammad], when We designated for Abraham the site of the House, [saying], "Do not associate anything with Me and purify My House for those who perform Tawaf and those who stand [in prayer] and those who bow and prostrate.
  • And proclaim to the people the Hajj [pilgrimage]; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every distant pass .
  • That they may witness benefits for themselves and mention the name of Allah on known days over what He has provided for them of [sacrificial] animals. So eat of them and feed the miserable and poor.
  • Then let them end their untidiness and fulfill their vows and perform Tawaf around the ancient House."
  • That [has been commanded], and whoever honors the sacred ordinances of Allah - it is best for him in the sight of his Lord. And permitted to you are the grazing livestock, except what is recited to you. So avoid the uncleanliness of idols and avoid false statement,
  • Inclining [only] to Allah, not associating [anything] with Him. And he who associates with Allah - it is as though he had fallen from the sky and was snatched by the birds or the wind carried him down into a remote place.
  • That [is so]. And whoever honors the symbols of Allah - indeed, it is from the piety of hearts.
  • For you the animals marked for sacrifice are benefits for a specified term; then their place of sacrifice is at the ancient House.
  • And for all religion We have appointed a rite [of sacrifice] that they may mention the name of Allah over what He has provided for them of [sacrificial] animals. For your god is one God, so to Him submit. And, [O Muhammad], give good tidings to the humble [before their Lord]

Surah 28 | Al-Qasas | আল-কাসাস | Verse: 85 - 88

  • নিশ্চয় [হে মুহাম্মাদ], যিনি আপনার জন্য কুরআনকে করেছেন বিধান, তিনি আপনাকে অবশ্যই ফিরিয়ে নেবেন প্রত্যাবর্তনস্থলে [মাক্কায়]। বলুন, আমার রব ভাল জানেন কে সৎপথের নির্দেশ এনেছে আর কে স্পষ্ট বিভ্ৰান্তিতে আছে।
  • আর আপনি আশা করেননি যে, আপনার প্রতি কিতাব নাযিল হবে। এ তো শুধু আপনার রব-এর অনুগ্রহ। কাজেই আপনি কখনো কাফেরদের সহায় হবেন না।
  • আর আপনার প্রতি আল্লাহর আয়াত নাযিল হওয়ার পর তারা যেন কিছুতেই আপনাকে সেগুলো থেকে বিরত না করে। আপনি আপনার রব-এর দিকে ডাকুন এবং কিছুতেই মুশরিকদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবেন না ।
  • আর আপনি আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য ইলাহকে ডাকবেন না, তিনি ছাড়া অন্য কোন সত্য ইলাহ নেই। আল্লাহর সত্তা ছাড়া সমস্ত কিছুই ধ্বংসশীল । বিধান তারই এবং তারই কাছে তোমরা প্রত্যাবর্তিত হবে ।
  • Indeed, [O Muhammad], He who imposed upon you the Qur'an will take you back to a place of return. Say, "My Lord is most knowing of who brings guidance and who is in clear error."
  • And you were not expecting that the Book would be conveyed to you, but [it is] a mercy from your Lord. So do not be an assistant to the disbelievers.
  • And never let them avert you from the verses of Allah after they have been revealed to you. And invite [people] to your Lord. And never be of those who associate others with Allah.
  • And do not invoke with Allah another deity. There is no deity except Him. Everything will be destroyed except His Face. His is the judgement, and to Him you will be returned.

Surah 29 | Al-Ankabut | আল-আনকাবূত | Verse: 67 - 69

  • ওরা কি দেখে না যে, আমি (মক্কার) ‘হারাম’কে নিরাপদ স্থানরূপে স্থির করেছি অথচ এর চারপাশে যে সব মানুষ আছে তাদের উপর হামলা করা হয় ; তাহলে কি তারা অসত্যেই বিশ্বাস করবে এবং আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ অস্বীকার করবে ?
  • যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ সম্বন্ধে মিথ্যা রচনা করে অথবা তাঁর নিকট হতে আগত সত্যকে মিথ্যাজ্ঞান করে তার অপেক্ষা অধিক সীমালংঘনকারী আর কে ? অবিশ্বাসীদের আশ্রয়স্থল কি জাহান্নামে নয় ?
  • আর যারা আমাদের পথে সর্বাত্মক প্রচেষ্টা চালায়, আমরা তাদেরকে অবশ্যই আমাদের পথে পরিচালিত করব । আর আল্লাহ অবশ্যই সৎকর্মপরায়ণদের সঙ্গেই থাকেন ।
  • Have they not seen that We made [Makkah] a safe sanctuary, while people are being taken away all around them? Then in falsehood do they believe, and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve?
  • And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah or denies the truth when it has come to him? Is there not in Hell a [sufficient] residence for the disbelievers?
  • And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good.

Surah 35 | Fatir | ফাতির | Verse: 1 - 6

  • সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর জন্য , যিনি আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের স্রষ্টা, ফেরেশতাদেরকে বাণীবাহকরূপে নিযুক্তকারী , যারা দুই দুই, তিন তিন ও চার চার পাখাবিশিষ্ট । তিনি সৃষ্টির মধ্যে যা ইচ্ছা বৃদ্ধি করেন । নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর সর্বশক্তিমান ।
  • আল্লাহ মানুষের প্ৰতি কোন অনুগ্রহ অবারিত করলে কেউ তার নিবারণকারী নেই এবং তিনি কিছু নিরুদ্ধ করতে চাইলে অতঃপর কেহ তার উম্মুক্তকারী নেই । তিনি পরাক্রমশালী, প্রজ্ঞাময় ।
  • হে মানুষ, তোমাদের উপর আল্লাহর নিআমতকে তোমরা স্মরণ কর । আল্লাহ ছাড়া আর কোন স্রষ্টা আছে কি , যে , তোমাদেরকে আসমান ও যমীন থেকে রিয্ক দিবে ? তিনি ছাড়া কোন (সত্য) ইলাহ নেই । সুতরাং কিরূপে তোমরা সত্যবিমুখ হচ্ছ ?
  • আর যদি এরা আপনার প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করে তবে আপনার আগেও রাসূলগণের প্রতি মিথ্যা আরোপ করা হয়েছিল । আর সকল বিষয় আল্লাহর-ই কাছে ফিরিয়ে নেয়া হবে ।
  • হে মানুষ , নিশ্চয় আল্লাহর ওয়াদা সত্য ; অতএব দুনিয়ার জীবন যেন তোমাদেরকে কিছুতেই প্রতারিত না করে ; আর বড় প্রতারক (শয়তান) যেন তোমাদেরকে আল্লাহর ব্যাপারে প্রতারণা না করে ।
  • নিশ্চয় শয়তান তোমাদের শত্রু ; কাজেই তাকে শত্রু হিসেবেই গ্ৰহণ কর । সে তো তার দলবলকে ডাকে শুধু এজন্যে যে , তারা যেন প্রজ্জলিত আগুনের অধিবাসী হয় ।
  • All] praise is [due] to Allah, Creator of the heavens and the earth, [who] made the angels messengers having wings, two or three or four. He increases in creation what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.
  • Whatever Allah grants to people of mercy - none can withhold it; and whatever He withholds - none can release it thereafter. And He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
  • O mankind, remember the favor of Allah upon you. Is there any creator other than Allah who provides for you from the heaven and earth? There is no deity except Him, so how are you deluded?
  • And if they deny you, [O Muhammad] - already were messengers denied before you. And to Allah are returned [all] matters.
  • O mankind, indeed the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver.
  • Indeed, Satan is an enemy to you; so take him as an enemy. He only invites his party to be among the companions of the Blaze.

Surah 90 | Al-Balad | আল-বালাদ | Verse: 1 - 20

  • আমি শপথ করছি এই (মক্কা) নগরীর ।
  • আর আপনি এ নগরের অধিবাসী ।
  • শপথ জন্মদাতার ও যা সে জন্ম দিয়েছে তার ।
  • নিঃসন্দেহে আমরা মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছি কষ্ট-ক্লেশের মধ্যে।
  • সে কি মনে করে যে, কখনো তার উপর কেউ ক্ষমতাবান হবে না?
  • সে (গর্বের সঙ্গে) বলে যে, আমি প্রচুর ধন-সম্পদ উড়িয়েছি।
  • সে কি ধারণা করে যে, তাকে কেহই দেখছেনা?
  • আমরা কি তার জন্য সৃষ্টি করিনি দুচোখ?
  • আর জিহ্বা ও দুই ঠোঁট ?
  • আর আমরা তাকে দেখিয়েছি দুটি পথ।
  • কিন্তু সে গিরি সংকটে প্রবেশ করল না।
  • আর কিসে আপনাকে জানাবে—বন্ধুর গিরিপথ কী?
  • তা হচ্ছে ক্রীতদাসকে মুক্তি প্রদান।
  • অথবা দুর্ভিক্ষের দিনে খাদ্যদান
  • ইয়াতীম আত্মীয়-স্বজনকে।
  • অথবা দারিদ্র-ক্লিষ্ট মিসকীনকে।
  • অতঃপর সে তাদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যায়, যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং পরস্পরকে উপদেশ দেয় ধৈর্যধারণের, আর পরস্পরকে উপদেশ দেয় দয়া-অনুগ্রহের।
  • তারাই সৌভাগ্যশালী।
  • আর যারা আমাদের আয়াতসমূহে কুফরী করেছে, তারাই হতভাগ্য।
  • তারা পরিবেষ্টিত হবে অবরুদ্ধ আগুনে।
  • I swear by this city, Makkah
  • And you, [O Muhammad], are free of restriction in this city
  • And [by] the father and that which was born [of him],
  • We have certainly created man into hardship.
  • Does he think that never will anyone overcome him?
  • He says, "I have spent wealth in abundance."
  • Does he think that no one has seen him?
  • Have We not made for him two eyes?
  • And a tongue and two lips ?
  • And have shown him the two ways?
  • But he has not broken through the difficult pass.
  • And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass?
  • It is the freeing of a slave
  • Or feeding on a day of severe hunger
  • An orphan of near relationship
  • Or a needy person in misery
  • And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.
  • Those are the companions of the right.
  • But they who disbelieved in Our signs - those are the companions of the left.
  • Over them will be fire closed in.

Surah 95 | At-Tin | আত-ত্বীন | Verse: 1 - 8

  • কসম ‘তীন ও যায়তূন’ এর । [ যা জন্মে সিরিয়া ও ফিলিস্তিন এলাকায় যে স্থান বহু পুণ্যময় নবী ও রসূলের স্মৃতিতে ধন্য) ; যয়তূনকে ইংরেজীতে ‘অলিভ’ বলা হয়। ; ‘তীন’ ডুমুরজাতীয় এক প্রকার মিষ্টি ফল;]
  • শপথ সিনাই পর্বতের, [ যা নবী মূসার স্মৃতি বিজড়িত ]
  • এবং শপথ এই নিরাপদ নগরীর ( মক্কা নগরী ) ,
  • অবশ্যই আমরা সৃষ্টি করেছি মানুষকে সুন্দরতম গঠনে ।
  • তারপর আমরা তাকে হীনতাগ্রস্তাদের হীনতমে পরিণত করি ।
  • কিন্তু তাদেরকে নয় যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং সৎকর্ম করেছে; এদের জন্য তো আছে নিরবচ্ছিন্ন পুরস্কার ।
  • সুতরাং এরপরও কিসে তোমাকে কর্মফল সম্পর্কে অবিশ্বাসী করে তোলে ?
  • আল্লাহ কি বিচারকদের মধ্যে সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ বিচারক নন ?
  • By the fig and the olive .
  • And [by] Mount Sinai
  • And [by] this secure city [Makkah],
  • We have certainly created man in the best of stature;
  • Then We return him to the lowest of the low,
  • Except for those who believe and do righteous deeds, for they will have a reward uninterrupted .
  • So what yet causes you to deny the Recompense ?
  • Is not Allah the most just of judges ?

Surah 105 | Al-Fil | আল-ফীল | Verse: 1 - 5

  • [ হে মুহাম্মাদ ] তুমি কি দেখনি (কা‘বা ঘর ধ্বংসের জন্য আগত) হাতীওয়ালাদের সঙ্গে তোমার প্রতিপালক কীরূপ ব্যবহার করেছিলেন? তিনি কি তাদের চক্রান্ত ব্যর্থ করে দেননি? তিনি তাদের বিরুদ্ধে পাঠিয়েছিলেন ঝাঁকে ঝাঁকে পাখী। যারা তাদের উপর পাথরের কাঁকর নিক্ষেপ করেছিল। অতঃপর তিনি তাদেরকে করে দিলেন ভক্ষিত তৃণ-ভুষির মত।

  • Have you not considered, [O Muhammad], how your Lord dealt with the companions of the elephant? Did He not make their plan into misguidance? And He sent against them birds in flocks, Striking them with stones of hard clay, And He made them like eaten straw.

[ Notes: Surah Al-Fil, the 105th chapter of the Quran, was revealed in Makkah and recounts a significant historical event known as the Year of the Elephant. This event took place in 570 AD, the same year that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was born. The story centers around an army led by Abraha, the ruler of Yemen, who marched towards Makkah with the intention of destroying the Kaaba, the sacred house of worship. Abraha’s army was notable for its use of elephants, which symbolized their might and strength. However, as they approached Makkah, Allah intervened to protect His House. He sent flocks of birds, known as the Ababil, carrying small stones to defeat the army. This event showcased Allah’s power and mercy, demonstrating that no one can harm what He protects. ]
