  • যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

Surah 15 | Al-Hijr | আল-হিজর | Verse: 19 - 23

  • পৃথিবীকে আমি বিস্তৃত করেছি এবং ওতে পর্বতমালা স্থাপন করেছি; আমি ওতে প্রত্যেক বস্তু উৎপন্ন করেছি সুপরিমিতভাবে। আর আমি ওতে জীবিকার ব্যবস্থা করেছি তোমাদের জন্য, আর তোমরা যাদের জীবিকাদাতা নও তাদের জন্যও। আর প্রতিটি বস্তুরই ভান্ডারসমূহ রয়েছে আমার কাছে এবং আমি তা অবতীর্ণ করি কেবল নির্দিষ্ট পরিমাণে। আমি বৃষ্টিগর্ভ বায়ু প্রেরণ করি অতঃপর আকাশ হতে বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করি এবং তা তোমাদেরকে পান করাই এবং ওর ভান্ডার তোমাদের কাছে নেই। নিশ্চয় আমিই জীবন দান করি ও মৃত্যু ঘটাই এবং আমিই চূড়ান্ত মালিকানার অধিকারী।
  • And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure. And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor.

Surah 16 | An-Nahl | আন-নাহাল | Verse: 10

  • তিনিই আকাশ থেকে বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করেন। তাতে তোমাদের জন্য রয়েছে পানীয় এবং তা থেকে জন্মায় উদ্ভিদ যাতে তোমরা পশু চারণ করে থাক।
  • It is He who sends down rain from the sky; from it is drink and from it is foliage in which you pasture [animals]

Surah 18 | Al-Kahf | আল-কাহফ | Verse: 32 - 43

  • আর আপনি তাদের কাছে পেশ করুন দু’ব্যক্তির উপমা তাদের একজনকে আমরা দিয়েছিলাম দুটি আঙ্গুরের বাগান এবং এ দুটিকে আমরা খেজুর গাছ দিয়ে পরিবেষ্টিত করেছিলাম ও এ দু’টির মধ্যবর্তী স্থানকে করেছিলাম শস্যক্ষেত্র।
  • উভয় বাগানই ফল দান করত এবং এতে কোন ত্রুটি করত না। আর আমরা উভয়ের ফাঁকে ফাঁকে প্রবাহিত করেছিলাম নহর।
  • এবং তার প্রচুর ফল-সম্পদ ছিল। তারপর কথা প্রসঙ্গে সে তার বন্ধুকে বলল, ধন-সম্পদে আমি তোমার চেয়ে বেশী এবং জনবলে তোমার চেয়ে শক্তিশালী।
  • এভাবে নিজের প্রতি যুলুম করে সে তার বাগানে প্রবেশ করল। সে বলল, ‘আমি মনে করি না যে, এটা কখনও ধ্বংস হয়ে যাবে।
  • আমি মনে করি না যে, কেয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে। আর আমাকে যদি আমার রব-এর কাছে ফিরিয়ে নেয়াও হয়, তবে আমি তো নিশ্চয় এর চেয়ে উৎকৃষ্ট প্রত্যাবর্তনস্থল পাব।
  • তদুত্তরে তার বন্ধু বিতর্কমূলকভাবে তাকে বলল, তুমি কি তাঁর সাথে অস্বীকার করছ যিনি তোমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন মাটি ও পরে বীর্য থেকে এবং তারপর পূর্ণাংগ করেছেন পুরুষ আকৃতিতে?
  • কিন্তু আমি বলি, তিনি আল্লাহই আমার প্রতিপালক এবং আমি কাউকেও আমার প্রতিপালকের শরীক করি না।
  • ‘আর যখন তুমি তোমার বাগানে প্রবেশ করলে, তখন কেন তুমি বললে না, আল্লাহ যা চান তা-ই হয়, আল্লাহর সাহায্য ছাড়া কোন শক্তি নেই ? তুমি যদি সম্পদে ও সন্তানে তোমার চেয়ে আমাকে কম মনে কর ।
  • তবে হয়ত আমার রব আমাকে তোমার বাগানের চেয়ে উৎকৃষ্টতর কিছু দেবেন এবং তোমার বাগানে আকাশ থেকে নির্ধারিত বিপর্যয় পাঠাবেন, যার ফলে তা উদ্ভিদশূন্য ময়দানে পরিণত হবে।
  • অথবা তার পানি ভূগর্ভে হারিয়ে যাবে এবং তুমি কখনো সেটার সন্ধান লাভে সক্ষম হবে না।
  • আর তার ফল - ফসলকে ধ্বংস ঘিরে ফেলল এবং তাতে সে যা ব্যয় করেছিল তার জন্য হাত কচলিয়ে আক্ষেপ করতে লাগল; যখন তা মাচান সহ পড়ে গেল। সে বলতে লাগল, ‘হায়! আমি যদি কাউকেও আমার প্রতিপালকের শরীক না করতাম।’
  • আর আল্লাহ ছাড়া তাকে সাহায্য করার কোন লোকজন ছিল না এবং সে নিজেও প্রতিকারে সমর্থ হলো না।
  • And present to them an example of two men: We granted to one of them two gardens of grapevines, and We bordered them with palm trees and placed between them [fields of] crops.
  • Each of the two gardens produced its fruit and did not fall short thereof in anything. And We caused to gush forth within them a river.
  • And he had fruit, so he said to his companion while he was conversing with him, "I am greater than you in wealth and mightier in [numbers of] men."
  • And he entered his garden while he was unjust to himself. He said, "I do not think that this will perish - ever.
  • And I do not think the Hour will occur. And even if I should be brought back to my Lord, I will surely find better than this as a return."
  • His companion said to him while he was conversing with him, "Have you disbelieved in He who created you from dust and then from a sperm-drop and then proportioned you [as] a man?
  • But as for me, He is Allah, my Lord, and I do not associate with my Lord anyone.
  • And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah '? Although you see me less than you in wealth and children,
  • It may be that my Lord will give me [something] better than your garden and will send upon it a calamity from the sky, and it will become a smooth, dusty ground,
  • Or its water will become sunken [into the earth], so you would never be able to seek it."
  • And his fruits were encompassed [by ruin], so he began to turn his hands about [in dismay] over what he had spent on it, while it had collapsed upon its trellises, and said, "Oh, I wish I had not associated with my Lord anyone."
  • And there was for him no company to aid him other than Allah, nor could he defend himself.

Surah 21 | Al-Anbiya | আল-আম্বিয়া | Verse: 29

  • যারা কুফরী করে তারা কি দেখে না যে , আসমানসমূহ ও যমীন মিশে ছিল ওতপ্রোতভাবে, তারপর আমরা উভয়কে পৃথক করে দিলাম ; এবং প্রাণবান সব কিছু সৃষ্টি করলাম পানি থেকে ; তবুও কি তারা ঈমান আনবে না ?
  • Have those who disbelieved not considered that the heavens and the earth were a joined entity, and We separated them and made from water every living thing? Then will they not believe?

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 63

  • আপনি কি দেখেন না যে, আল্লাহ পানি বর্ষণ করেন আকাশ হতে; যাতে সবুজ শ্যামল হয়ে উঠে যমীন? নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সূক্ষ্মদশী, সম্যক অবহিত ।
  • Do you not see that Allah has sent down rain from the sky and the earth becomes green? Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted.

Surah 23 | Al-Mu'minun | আল-মুমিনুন Verse: 17- 20

  • আর অবশ্যই আমরা তোমাদের ঊর্ধ্বে সৃষ্টি করেছি সপ্ত স্তর (আসমান) এবং আমরা সৃষ্টি বিষয়ে মোটেই উদাসীন নই ।
  • আর আমরা আকাশ থেকে পানি (বৃষ্টি) বর্ষণ করি পরিমিতভাবে ; অতঃপর আমরা তা মাটিতে সংরক্ষিত করি; আর অবশ্যই আমরা তা নিয়ে যেতেও সম্পূর্ণ সক্ষম ।
  • তারপর আমরা তা দিয়ে তোমাদের জন্য খেজুর ও আঙ্গুরের বাগান সৃষ্টি করি; এতে তোমাদের জন্য আছে প্রচুর ফল; আর তা থেকে তোমরা খেয়ে থাক ।
  • আর সৃষ্টি করি এক গাছ যা জন্মে সিনাই পর্বতে, এতে উৎপন্ন হয় ভোজনকারীদের জন্য তেল ও তরকারী ।
  • And We have created above you seven layered heavens, and never have We been of [Our] creation unaware.
  • And We have sent down rain from the sky in a measured amount and settled it in the earth. And indeed, We are Able to take it away.
  • And We brought forth for you thereby gardens of palm trees and grapevines in which for you are abundant fruits and from which you eat.
  • And [We brought forth] a tree issuing from Mount Sinai which produces oil and food for those who eat .

Surah 24 | An-Nur | আন-নূর | Verse: 43

  • আপনি কি দেখেন না, আল্লাহ সঞ্চালিত করেন মেঘমালাকে, তারপর তিনি তা একত্র করেন এবং পরে পুঞ্জীভূত করেন, অতঃপর আপনি দেখতে পান, তার মধ্য থেকে নিৰ্গত হয় বারিধারা; আর তিনি আকাশে অবস্থিত মেঘের পাহাড়ের মধ্যস্থিত শিলাস্তুপ থেকে বর্ষণ করেন শিলা অতঃপর এটা দ্বারা তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছে আঘাত করেন এবং যাকে ইচ্ছে তার উপর থেকে এটাকে অন্য দিকে ফিরিয়ে দেন। মেঘের বিদ্যুৎ ঝলক যেন দৃষ্টিশক্তি প্রায় কেড়ে নেয়।
  • Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightening almost takes away the eyesight.

Surah 24 | An-Nur | আন-নূর | Verse: 45

  • আর আল্লাহ সমস্ত জীব সৃষ্টি করেছেন পানি থেকে, অতঃপর তাদের কিছু সংখ্যক পেটে ভর দিয়ে চলে, কিছু সংখ্যক দু'পায়ে চলে এবং কিছু সংখ্যক চলে চার পায়ে। আল্লাহ যা ইচ্ছে সৃষ্টি করেন, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান ।
  • Allah has created every [living] creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.

Surah 25 | Al-Furqan | আল-ফুরকান | Verse: 48 - 50

  • আর তিনিই, (আল্লাহ), তাঁর রহমতের বৃষ্টির আগে সুসংবাদবাহীরূপে বায়ু প্রেরণ করেন এবং আকাশ হতে পবিত্র পানি বর্ষণ করেন ।
  • যদ্বারা আমরা মৃত ভূ-খন্ডকে সঞ্জীবিত করি এবং আমার সৃষ্টির মধ্যের বহু জীব জন্তু ও মানুষকে তা পান করাই ।
  • আর আমরা তা তাদের মধ্যে বিতরণ করি যাতে তারা স্মরণ করে। অতঃপর অধিকাংশ লোক শুধু অকৃতজ্ঞতাই প্রকাশ করে ।
  • And it is He, (Allah), who sends the winds as good tidings before His mercy, and We send down from the sky pure water .
  • That We may bring to life thereby a dead land and give it as drink to those We created of numerous livestock and men .
  • And We have certainly distributed it among them that they might be reminded, but most of the people refuse except disbelief.

Surah 26 | Ash-Shu'ara | আশ-শুআ'রা | Verse: 69 - 89

  • আর [হে মুহাম্মাদ], আপনি তাদের কাছে ইবরাহীমের বৃত্তান্ত বৰ্ণনা করুন ।
  • যখন তিনি তার পিতা ও তার সম্প্রদায়কে বলেছিলেন, তোমরা কিসের ইবাদাত কর ?
  • তারা বলল , ‘আমরা মূর্তির পূজা করি এবং আমরা নিষ্ঠার সাথে ওদের পূজায় নিরত থাকি ।
  • তিনি বললেন , তোমরা যখন আহ্বান কর তখন তারা তোমাদের শোনে কি ?
  • অথবা তারা কি তোমাদের উপকার কিংবা অপকার করতে পারে ?
  • তারা বলল , না , তবে আমরা আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে পেয়েছি , তারা এরূপই করত ।
  • ইবরাহীম বললেন , তোমরা কি ভেবে দেখেছ, তোমরা কিসের পূজা কর ।
  • তোমরা এবং তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তী পিতৃপুরুষরা ?
  • তারা সবাই আমার শত্রু, বিশ্বজগতের পালনকর্তা ছাড়া ।
  • যিনি আমাকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন, অতঃপর তিনিই আমাকে হেদায়াত দিয়েছেন ।
  • আর তিনিই আমাকে খাওয়ান এবং তিনিই আমাকে পান করান ।
  • এবং রোগাক্রান্ত হলে তিনিই আমাকে রোগমুক্ত করেন ।
  • আর তিনিই আমার মৃত্যু ঘটাবেন, অতঃপর আমাকে পুনর্জীবিত করবেন ।
  • এবং আশা করি, তিনি কিয়ামতের দিন আমার অপরাধসমূহ মার্জনা করে দেবেন ।
  • হে আমার রাব্ব! আমাকে প্রজ্ঞা দান করুন এবং সৎ কর্মপরায়ণদের সাথে আমাকে মিলিত করুন ।
  • এবং পরবর্তীদের মধ্যে আমার সুনাম-সুখ্যাতি অব্যাহত রাখুন ,
  • এবং আমাকে নি‘য়ামাতপূর্ণ জান্নাতের উত্তরাধিকারীদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত করুন ,
  • আর আমার পিতাকে ক্ষমা করুন, তিনি তো পথভ্রষ্টদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত ছিলেন ।
  • এবং যেদিন পুনরুত্থিত করা হবে সেদিন আমাকে লাঞ্ছিত করবেন না ।
  • যে দিন ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি কোন কাজে আসবে না ;
  • সে দিন উপকৃত হবে শুধু সে , যে আল্লাহর কাছে আসবে বিশুদ্ধ অন্তঃকরণ নিয়ে ।
  • And [O Muhammad], recite to them the news of Abraham,
  • When he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?"
  • They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."
  • He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate ?
  • Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?"
  • They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus."
  • He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping,
  • You and your ancient forefathers ?
  • Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds,
  • Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.
  • And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.
  • And when I am ill, it is He who cures me
  • And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life .
  • And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."
  • [And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.
  • And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.
  • And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.
  • And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray.
  • And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected
  • The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children
  • But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."

Surah 32 | As-Sajda | আস-সাজদাহ Verse: 27

  • তারা কি লক্ষ্য করে না যে, আমরা শুকনো ভূমির উপর পানি প্রবাহিত করে, তার সাহায্যে উদগত করি শস্য, যা থেকে আহার্য গ্ৰহণ করে তাদের চতুষ্পদ জন্তু এবং তারা নিজেরাও? তারপরও কি তারা লক্ষ্য করবে না?
  • Have they not seen that We drive the water [in clouds] to barren land and bring forth thereby crops from which their livestock eat and [they] themselves? Then do they not see?

Surah 35 | Fatir | ফাতির | Verse: 27 - 28

  • আপনি কি দেখেন না , আল্লাহ্ আকাশ হতে বৃষ্টিপাত করেন ; তারপর আমরা তা দ্বারা বিচিত্র বর্ণের ফলমূল উদগত করি । আর পাহাড়ের মধ্যে আছে বিচিত্র বর্ণের পথ—শুভ্ৰ , লাল ও নিকষ কাল ।
  • আর এমনিভাবে মানুষ, বিচরণশীল প্রাণী ও চতুষ্পদ জন্তুর মধ্যেও রয়েছে নানা বর্ণ । আল্লাহর বান্দাদের মধ্যে যারা জ্ঞানী তারাই কেবল তাকে ভয় করে ; নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ প্রবল পরাক্রমশালী , ক্ষমাশীল ।
  • Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky, and We produce thereby fruits of varying colors? And in the mountains are tracts, white and red of varying shades and [some] extremely black.
  • And among people and moving creatures and grazing livestock are various colors similarly. Only those fear Allah, from among His servants, who have knowledge. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Forgiving.

Surah 39 | Az-Zumar | আয-যুমার | Verse: 21

  • আপনি কি দেখেন না , আল্লাহ আকাশ হতে বৃষ্টি বর্ষণ করেন আর তা ঝর্ণা ধারায় যমীনে প্রবাহিত করেন , অতঃপর তা দিয়ে বিচিত্র রঙের ফসল উৎপন্ন করেন , তারপর তা দ্বারা বিবিধ বর্ণের ফসল উৎপন্ন করেন , তারপর তা শুকিয়ে যায় । ফলে আপনি তা হলুদ বর্ণ দেখতে পান , অবশেষে তিনি সেটাকে খড়- কুটায় পরিণত করেন ? এতে অবশ্যই উপদেশ রয়েছে বোধশক্তিসম্পন্নদের জন্য ।
  • Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky and makes it flow as springs [and rivers] in the earth; then He produces thereby crops of varying colors; then they dry and you see them turned yellow; then He makes them [scattered] debris. Indeed in that is a reminder for those of understanding.

Surah 41 | Fussilat | ফুসসিলাত | Verse: 39

  • আর তাঁর, [আল্লাহ], একটি নিদর্শন এই যে , আপনি ভূমিকে দেখতে পান শুষ্ক ও উষর , অতঃপর যখন আমরা তাতে পানি বর্ষণ করি তখন তা আন্দোলিত ও স্ফীত হয় । নিশ্চয় যিনি যমীনকে জীবিত করেন তিনি অবশ্যই মৃতদের জীবনদানকারী । নিশ্চয় তিনি সবকিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান ।
  • And of His, [Allah], signs is that, [O Muhammad], you see the earth stilled, but when We send down upon it rain, it quivers and grows. Indeed, He who has given it life is the Giver of Life to the dead. Indeed, He is over all things competent.

Surah 43 | Az-Zukhruf | আয-যুখরুফ | Verse: 10 - 13

  • (আল্লাহ), যিনি তোমাদের জন্য যমীনকে করেছেন বিস্তৃত , আর তাতে তোমাদের জন্য বানিয়েছেন চলার পথ - যাতে তোমরা সঠিক পথ পেতে পার ।
  • আর যিনি আসমান থেকে পরিমিতভাবে পানি বর্ষণ করেন । অতঃপর আমি তা দ্বারা মৃত জনপদকে সঞ্জীবিত করি । এভাবেই তোমাদেরকে পুনরুত্থিত করা হবে ।
  • আর যিনি সকল প্রকারের জোড়া যুগল সৃষ্টি করেছেন এবং যিনি তোমাদের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছেন এমন নৌযান ও গৃহপালিত জন্তু যাতে তোমরা আরোহণ কর ;
  • যাতে তোমরা এর পিঠে স্থির হয়ে বসতে পার , তারপর তোমাদের রবের অনুগ্রহ স্মরণ করবে যখন তোমরা এর উপর স্থির হয়ে বসবে; এবং বলবে , পবিত্ৰ-মহান তিনি, যিনি এগুলোকে আমাদের বশীভূত করে দিয়েছেন । আর আমরা সমর্থ ছিলাম না , এদেরকে বশীভূত করতে ।
  • [The one] , Allah, who has made for you the earth a bed and made for you upon it roads that you might be guided
  • And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth -
  • And who created the species, all of them, and has made for you of ships and animals those which you mount.
  • That you may settle yourselves upon their backs and then remember the favor of your Lord when you have settled upon them and say. "Exalted is He who has subjected this to us, and we could not have [otherwise] subdued it.

Surah 56 | Al-Waqi'a | আল-ওয়াকিয়া | Verse: 68 - 70

  • তোমরা যে পানি পান কর তা সম্পর্কে আমাকে জানাও ? তোমরা কি সেটা মেঘ হতে নামিয়ে আন , না আমরা সেটা বর্ষণ করি ? আমরা ইচ্ছে করলে তা লবণাক্ত করে দিতে পারি । তবুও কেন তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর না ?
  • And have you seen the water that you drink ? Is it you who brought it down from the clouds , or is it We who bring it down ? If We willed , We could make it bitter , so why are you not grateful ?

Surah 67 | Al-Hashr | আল-হাশর | Verse: 30

  • [ হে মুহাম্মদ ] বলুন, তোমরা আমাকে জানাও, যদি পানি ভূগর্ভে তোমাদের নাগালের বাইরে চলে যায়, তখন কে তোমাদেরকে এনে দেবে প্ৰবাহমান পানি?
  • [ O Muhammad ] Say, "Have you considered: if your water was to become sunken [into the earth], then who could bring you flowing water?"
