  • যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

Surah 107 | Al-Ma'un | আল-মাঊন | Verse: 1 - 7

  • [ হে মুহাম্মদ ] তুমি কি তাকে দেখেছ, যে কর্মফল (দিবসকে) অস্বীকার করে? সে-ই ইয়াতীমকে কঠোরভাবে তাড়িয়ে দেয় , আর মিসকীনকে খাদ্যদানে উৎসাহ দেয় না। অতএব সেই সালাত আদায়কারীদের জন্য দুর্ভোগ, যারা নিজদের সালাতে অমনোযোগী, যারা লোক দেখানোর জন্য তা করে, এবং প্রয়োজনীয় গৃহসামগ্রী দানের ছোট খাট সাহায্য করা থেকেও বিরত থাকে।

  • [ O Muhammad ] Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? For that is the one who drives away the orphan, And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. So woe to those who pray, [But] who are heedless of their prayer, Those who make show [of their deeds], And withhold [simple] assistance.

Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse: 25 - 30

  • তোমাদের অন্তরে যা আছে, সে সম্পর্কে তোমাদের রবই অধিক জ্ঞাত। যদি তোমরা নেককার হও তবে তিনি তাঁর দিকে প্রত্যাবর্তনকারীদের প্রতি অধিক ক্ষমাশীল।
  • আর আত্মীয়-স্বজনকে দাও তার প্রাপ্য এবং অভাবগ্ৰস্ত ও মুসাফিরদেরকেও এবং কিছুতেই অপব্যয় কর না।
  • নিশ্চয় যারা অপব্যয় করে তারা শয়তানের ভাই এবং শয়তান তার রাবের প্রতি খুবই অকৃতজ্ঞ।
  • তুমি যদি তাদেরকে (অর্থাৎ অভাবী আত্মীয়, মিসকীন ও মুসাফিরদেরকে) পাশ কাটাতে চাও এজন্য যে, তুমি এখনও নিজের জন্য তোমার প্রতিপালকের অনুগ্রহ লাভের সন্ধানে ব্যাপৃত যা তুমি প্রত্যাশা কর, এমতাবস্থায় তাদের সঙ্গে নম্রভাবে কথা বল।
  • আর তুমি তোমার হাতকে তোমার গলার সাথে বেঁধে দিও না, আর তা একেবারে প্রসারিত করেও দিওনা, তা করলে তুমি তিরস্কৃত ও নিঃস্ব হয়ে বসে পড়বে।
  • নিশ্চয় তোমার রব যার জন্য ইচ্ছে তার রিযক বাড়িয়ে দেন এবং যার জন্য ইচ্ছে তা সীমিত করেন; নিশ্চয় তিনি তার বান্দাদের সম্বন্ধে সম্যক পরিজ্ঞাত, সর্বদ্ৰষ্টা।
  • Your Lord is most knowing of what is within yourselves. If you should be righteous [in intention] - then indeed He is ever, to the often returning [to Him], Forgiving.
  • And give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully.
  • Indeed, the wasteful are brothers of the devils, and ever has Satan been to his Lord ungrateful.
  • And if you [must] turn away from the needy awaiting mercy from your Lord which you expect, then speak to them a gentle word.
  • And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent.
  • Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing.

Surah 17 | Al-Isra | আল-ইসরা (বনী-ইসরাঈল) | Verse: 34 - 37

  • আর ইয়াতীম বয়োপ্রাপ্ত না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সদুদ্দেশ্যে ছাড়া তার সম্পত্তির ধারে-কাছেও যেও না আর অঙ্গীকার পূর্ণ কর, নিশ্চয় অঙ্গীকার সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদ করা হবে।
  • আর মেপে দেয়ার সময় পূর্ণ মাপে দাও এবং ওজন কর সঠিক দাঁড়িপাল্লায়, এটাই উত্তম এবং পরিণামে উৎকৃষ্ট।
  • আর যে বিষয়ে তোমার জ্ঞান নেই তার অনুসরণ করো না; কান, চোখ, হৃদয়- এদের প্রত্যেকটি সম্পর্কে কৈফিয়ত তলব করা হবে।
  • আর যমীনে দম্ভভরে বিচরণ করো না; তুমি তো কখনই পদভরে ভূপৃষ্ঠ বিদীর্ণ করতে পারবে না এবং উচ্চতায় তুমি কখনোই পর্বত-প্রমাণ হতে পারবে না ।
  • And do not approach the property of an orphan, except in the way that is best, until he reaches maturity. And fulfill [every] commitment. Indeed, the commitment is ever [that about which one will be] questioned.
  • And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even balance. That is the best [way] and best in result.
  • And do not pursue that of which you have no knowledge. Indeed, the hearing, the sight and the heart - about all those [one] will be questioned.
  • And do not walk upon the earth exultantly. Indeed, you will never tear the earth [apart], and you will never reach the mountains in height

Surah 30 | Ar-Rum | আর-রুম | Verse: 37 - 38

  • তারা কি লক্ষ্য করে না যে , আল্লাহ্ যার জন্য ইচ্ছে রিযিক প্রশস্ত করেন এবং সংকুচিত করেন ? এতে তো অবশ্যই বহু নিদর্শন রয়েছে সে সম্প্রদায়ের জন্য , যারা ঈমান আনে ।
  • অতএব আত্মীয়-স্বজনকে তাদের হক দিয়ে দাও এবং মিসকীন ও মুসাফিরকেও । এটি উত্তম তাদের জন্য , যারা আল্লাহর সন্তুষ্টি চায় এবং তারাই সফলকাম ।
  • Do they not see that Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]? Indeed, in that are signs for a people who believe.
  • So give the relative his right, as well as the needy and the traveler. That is best for those who desire the countenance of Allah, and it is they who will be the successful.

Surah 51 | Adh-Dhariyat | আয-যারিয়াত | Verse: 15 - 19

  • নিশ্চয় মুত্তাকীরা থাকবে জান্নাতসমূহে ও ঝর্ণাধারায় ,
  • গ্ৰহণ করবে তা যা তাদের রব তাদেরকে দিবেন ; নিশ্চয় ইতোপূর্বে তারা ছিল সৎকর্মশীল ,
  • তারা রাতের সামান্য অংশই অতিবাহিত করত নিদ্রায় ,
  • আর রাতের শেষ প্রহরে তারা ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করত ,
  • আর তাদের ধন-সম্পদে রয়েছে ভিক্ষুক ও বঞ্চিতের হক ।
  • Indeed , the righteous will be among gardens and springs ,
  • Accepting what their Lord has given them . Indeed , they were before that doers of good .
  • They used to sleep but little of the night ,
  • And in the hours before dawn they would ask forgiveness ,
  • And from their properties was [given] the right of the [needy] petitioner and the deprived .

Surah 64 | At-Taghabun | আত-তাগাবুন | Verse: 16

  • কাজেই তোমরা আল্লাহকে তোমাদের সাধ্যমত ভয় কর , তোমরা (তাঁর বাণী) শুন , তোমরা (তাঁর) আনুগত্য কর এবং (তাঁর পথে) ব্যয় কর , এটা তোমাদের নিজেদেরই জন্য কল্যাণকর । যারা অন্তরের সংকীর্ণতা থেকে রক্ষা পেল , তারাই সফলকাম ।
  • So fear Allah as much as you are able and listen and obey and spend [in the way of Allah] ; it is better for your selves . And whoever is protected from the stinginess of his soul - it is those who will be the successful .

Surah 64 | At-Taghabun | আত-তাগাবুন | Verse: 17

  • যদি তোমরা আল্লাহকে উত্তম ঋণ দান কর তিনি তোমাদের জন্য তা বহু গুণ বৃদ্ধি করবেন এবং তিনি তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করবেন । আল্লাহ গুণগ্রাহী , পরম ধৈর্যশীল ।
  • If you loan Allah a goodly loan , He will multiply it for you and forgive you . And Allah is Most Appreciative and Forbearing .

Surah 68 | Al-Qalam | আল-কলম | Verse: 17 - 33

  • আমরা তো তাদেরকে পরীক্ষা করেছি , যেভাবে পরীক্ষা করেছিলাম উদ্যান অধিপতিদেরকে, যখন তারা শপথ করেছিল যে , তারা প্রত্যুষে আহরণ করবে বাগানের ফল ,
  • এবং তারা ইনশাআল্লাহ বলেনি ।
  • অতঃপর আপনার রবের কাছ থেকে এক বিপর্যয় হানা দিল সে উদ্যানে , যখন তারা ছিল ঘুমন্ত ।
  • ফলে তা পুড়ে গিয়ে কালোবর্ণ ধারণ করল ।
  • তারপর সকাল বেলা তারা একে অপরকে ডেকে বলল ,
  • তোমরা যদি ফল আহরণ করতে চাও তবে সকাল সকাল তোমাদের বাগানে চল ।
  • তারপর তারা চলল নিম্মস্বরে কথা বলতে বলতে ,
  • আজ সেখানে যেন তোমাদের কাছে কোন মিসকীন প্রবেশ করতে না পারে ।
  • অতঃপর তারা ( মিসকীনদেরকে ) নিবৃত্ত করতে সক্ষম -- এই বিশ্বাস নিয়ে প্রভাতকালে বাগানে গেল ।
  • অতঃপর তারা যখন বাগানটি দেখল তখন তারা বলল , ‘‘ আমরা অবশ্যই পথ হারিয়ে ফেলেছি ,
  • ( অতঃপর ব্যাপারটি বুঝতে পারার পর তারা বলে উঠল ) বরং আমরা তো বঞ্চিত । ’’
  • তাদের মধ্যে সবচেয়ে ভাল ব্যক্তিটি বলল , ‘ আমি কি তোমাদেরকে বলিনি যে , তোমরা কেন (আল্লাহর) পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করছ না কেন ? ’
  • তারা বলল , ‘ আমরা আমাদের রবের পবিত্রতা ঘোষণা করছি । অবশ্যই আমরা যালিম ছিলাম ’।
  • তারপর তারা একে অন্যের প্রতি দোষারোপ করতে লাগল ।
  • তারা বলল , হায় , দুর্ভোগ আমাদের ! নিশ্চয় আমরা সীমালংঘনকারী ছিলাম ।
  • ম্ভবতঃ আমাদের রব আমাদেরকে এর চেয়েও উৎকৃষ্টতর বিনিময় দেবেন । আমরা আমাদের প্রতিপালকের অভিমুখী হলাম ।
  • এভাবেই হয় আযাব । আর পরকালের আযাব অবশ্যই আরো বড় , যদি তারা জানত ।
  • Indeed, We have tried them as We tried the companions of the garden, when they swore to cut its fruit in the [early] morning
  • Without making exception.
  • So there came upon the garden an affliction from your Lord while they were asleep.
  • And it became as though reaped .
  • And they called one another at morning ,
  • [Saying], " Go early to your crop if you would cut the fruit ."
  • So they set out , while lowering their voices ,
  • [Saying] , " There will surely not enter it today upon you [any] poor person ."
  • And they went early in determination , [assuming themselves] able .
  • But when they saw it, they said, "Indeed, we are lost;
  • Rather , we have been deprived ."
  • The most moderate of them said, "Did I not say to you, 'Why do you not exalt [Allah]?' "
  • They said , " Exalted is our Lord! Indeed , we were wrongdoers ."
  • Then they approached one another , blaming each other .
  • They said , " O woe to us ; indeed we were transgressors .
  • Perhaps our Lord will substitute for us [one] better than it . Indeed , we are toward our Lord desirous ."
  • Such is the punishment [of this world] . And the punishment of the Hereafter is greater , if they only knew .

Surah 69 | Al-Haqqa | আল-হাক্কাহ | Verse: 1 - 37

  • অবশ্যম্ভাবী ঘটনা ( কিয়ামত ) ।
  • কী সেই অবশ্যম্ভাবী ঘটনা ?
  • আর কিসে আপনাকে জানাবে সে অবশ্যম্ভাবী ঘটনা কী ?
  • আদ ও সামূদ জাতি সেই আকস্মিকভাবে সংঘটিতব্য মহাবিপদকে মিথ্যে বলেছিল ।
  • অতঃপর সামূদ সম্প্রদায়, তাদেরকে ধ্বংস করা হয়েছিল এক প্ৰলয়ংকর বিপর্যয়কারী প্ৰচণ্ড চীৎকার দ্বারা ।
  • আর ‘ আদ সম্প্রদায়, তাদেরকে ধ্বংস করা হয়েছিল প্রচন্ড ঠান্ডা ঝঞ্ঝাবায়ু দ্বারা ।
  • যা তিনি তাদের উপর প্রবাহিত করেছিলেন সাতরাত ও আটদিন বিরামহীনভাবে ; তখন আপনি উক্ত সম্প্রদায়কে দেখতেন — তারা সেখানে লুটিয়ে পড়ে আছে সারশূন্য খেজুর কাণ্ডের ন্যায় ।
  • অতঃপর তাদের কাউকে ও আপনি বিদ্যমান দেখতে পান কি ?
  • আর ফিরআউন, তার পূর্ববর্তীরা এবং উল্টে যাওয়া বস্তিবাসীরা ( লূত সম্প্রদায় ) পাপ করেছিল।
  • তারা তাদের প্রতিপালকের রসূলকে অমান্য করেছিল , ফলে তিনি তাদেরকে অতি কঠোরভাবে পাকড়াও করলেন ।
  • যখন জলোচ্ছ্বাস হল , অবশ্যই তখন আমি তোমাদেরকে নৌযানে আরোহণ করিয়েছি ।
  • আমরা এটা করেছিলাম তোমাদের শিক্ষার জন্য এবং এজন্যে যে, যাতে শ্রুতিধর কান এটা সংরক্ষণ করে।
  • অতঃপর যখন শিংগায় ফুৎকার দেওয়া হবে একটি মাত্র ফুৎকার ।
  • তখন পর্বতমালা সহ পৃথিবী উৎক্ষিপ্ত হবে এবং একই ধাক্কায় ওগুলো চূর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ হয়ে যাবে ।
  • সেদিন সংঘটিত হবে মহাঘটনা (কিয়ামত)।
  • আর আসমান বিদীর্ণ হয়ে যাবে । ফলে সেদিন তা হয়ে যাবে দুর্বল বিক্ষিপ্ত ।
  • আর ফেরেশতাগণ আসমানের প্রান্ত দেশে থাকবে এবং সেদিন আটজন ফিরিশতা আপনার রবের আরশকে ধারণ করবে তাদের উপরে ।
  • সেদিন উপস্থিত করা হবে তোমাদেরকে এবং তোমাদের কোন গোপনই আর গোপন থাকবে না ।
  • তখন যাকে তার আমলনামা তার ডান হাতে দেয়া হবে, সে বলবে , ‘ এই যে আমার ‘আমালানামা পড়ে দেখ ,
  • আমার পূর্ণ বিশ্বাস ছিল যে , আমাকে আমার হিসাবের সম্মুখীন হতে হবে । ’
  • কাজেই সে যাপন করবে সন্তোষজনক জীবন ;
  • সুউচ্চ জান্নাতে
  • যার ফলরাশি অবনমিত থাকবে নাগালের মধ্যে ।
  • ( তাদেরকে বলা হবে, ) ‘ পানাহার কর তৃপ্তির সাথে , তোমরা অতীত দিনে যা করেছিলে তার বিনিময়ে ।’
  • কিন্তু যার আমলনামা তার বাম হাতে দেওয়া হবে , সে বলবে , ‘ হায় ! আমাকে যদি দেওয়াই না হত আমার আমলনামা ।
  • এবং আমি যদি না জানতাম আমার হিসাব ।
  • হায় ! আমার মৃত্যুই যদি আমার শেষ হত !
  • আমার ধন-সম্পদ আমার কোন কাজেই এল না ।
  • আমার ক্ষমতাও আমার থেকে চলে গেল !
  • ফেরেশতাদেরকে বলা হবে , ধর তাকে , তার গলায় বেড়ী পরিয়ে দাও ।
  • ‘ তারপর তাকে তোমরা নিক্ষেপ কর জাহান্নামে ’ ।
  • তারপর ওকে শিকল দিয়ে বাঁধ- সত্তর হাত দীর্ঘ এক শিকলে ,
  • নিশ্চয় সে মহান আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমানদার ছিল না ,
  • আর অভাবগ্রস্তকে খাদ্যদানে উৎসাহিত করত না ।
  • অতএব আজ এখানে তার কোন অন্তরঙ্গ বন্ধু থাকবে না ।
  • এবং কোন খাদ্য থাকবে না ক্ষতনিঃসৃত পুঁজ ব্যতীত ।
  • যা অপরাধী ছাড়া কেউ খাবে না ।
  • The Inevitable Reality .
  • What is the Inevitable Reality ?
  • And what can make you know what is the Inevitable Reality ?
  • Thamud and 'Aad denied the Striking Calamity .
  • So as for Thamud , they were destroyed by the overpowering [blast].
  • And as for 'Aad , they were destroyed by a screaming , violent wind
  • Which Allah imposed upon them for seven nights and eight days in succession , so you would see the people therein fallen as if they were hollow trunks of palm trees.
  • Then do you see of them any remains ? -And there came Pharaoh and those before him and the overturned cities with sin.
  • And they disobeyed the messenger of their Lord, so He seized them with a seizure exceeding [in severity].
  • Indeed, when the water overflowed, We carried your ancestors in the sailing ship
  • That We might make it for you a reminder and [that] a conscious ear would be conscious of it.
  • Then when the Horn is blown with one blast
  • And the earth and the mountains are lifted and leveled with one blow
  • Then on that Day, the Resurrection will occur,
  • And the heaven will split [open], for that Day it is infirm .
  • And the angels are at its edges . And there will bear the Throne of your Lord above them , that Day , eight [of them] .
  • That Day , you will be exhibited [for judgement] ; not hidden among you is anything concealed .
  • So as for he who is given his record in his right hand , he will say , " Here , read my record !
  • Indeed , I was certain that I would be meeting my account ."
  • So he will be in a pleasant life
  • In an elevated garden ,
  • Its [fruit] to be picked hanging near .
  • [They will be told] , " Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you put forth in the days past ."
  • But as for he who is given his record in his left hand , he will say , " Oh , I wish I had not been given my record
  • And had not known what is my account .
  • I wish my death had been the decisive one .
  • My wealth has not availed me .
  • Gone from me is my authority .
  • [Allah will say] , " Seize him and shackle him .
  • Then into Hellfire drive him .
  • Then into a chain whose length is seventy cubits insert him ."
  • Indeed , he did not used to believe in Allah , the Most Great ,
  • Nor did he encourage the feeding of the poor .
  • So there is not for him here this Day any devoted friend
  • Nor any food except from the discharge of wounds ;
  • None will eat it except the sinners .

Surah 89 | Al-Fajr | আল-ফাজর | Verse: 14 - 30

  • নিশ্চয় আপনার রব সতর্ক দৃষ্টি রাখেন।
  • আর মানুষ তো এমন যে, যখন তার রব তাকে পরীক্ষা করেন, অতঃপর তাকে সম্মান দান করেন এবং অনুগ্রহ প্রদান করেন, তখন সে বলে, ‘আমার রব আমাকে সম্মানিত করেছেন।
  • এবং আবার যখন তাকে পরীক্ষা করেন, তারপর তার রুযী সংকুচিত করেন, তখন সে বলে, ‘আমার প্রতিপালক আমাকে অপমানিত করেছেন।
  • কখনো নয়, বরং তোমরা ইয়াতীমদের দয়া-অনুগ্রহ প্রদর্শন কর না।
  • এবং তোমরা মিসকীনকে খাদ্যদানে পরস্পরকে উৎসাহিত কর না ।
  • আর তোমরা উত্তরাধিকারের সম্পদ সম্পূর্ণরূপে আত্মসাৎ করে থাক ।
  • এবং তোমরা ধন-সম্পদকে অত্যধিক ভালোবেসে থাক।
  • এটা মোটেই ঠিক নয়, যখন পৃথিবীকে চূর্ণ-বিচূর্ণ করা হবে ,
  • এবং যখন আপনার রব আগমন করবেন ও সারিবদ্ধভাবে ফেরেশতাগণও ,
  • আর সেদিন জাহান্নামকে আনা হবে সেদিন মানুষ স্মরণ করবে, তখন এ স্মরণ তার কি কাজে আসবে ?
  • সে বলবে, হায়! আমার এ জীবনের জন্য আমি যদি কিছু অগ্রিম পাঠাতাম?
  • সেদিন তাঁর (আল্লাহর) শাস্তির মত শাস্তি অন্য কেউ দিতে পারবে না।
  • এবং তাঁর বাঁধনের মত কেউ বাঁধতে পারবে না।
  • (অপর দিকে নেককার লোককে বলা হবে) হে প্রশান্ত আত্মা!
  • তুমি ফিরে এসো তোমার রবের প্রতি সন্তুষ্টচিত্তে, সন্তোষভাজন হয়ে।
  • অতঃপর আমার (নেক) বান্দাহদের মধ্যে শামিল হও ।
  • এবং আমার জান্নাতে প্রবেশ কর।
  • Indeed, your Lord is in observation.
  • And as for man, when his Lord tries him and [thus] is generous to him and favors him, he says, "My Lord has honored me."
  • But when He tries him and restricts his provision, he says, "My Lord has humiliated me."
  • No! But you do not honor the orphan
  • And you do not encourage one another to feed the poor.
  • And you consume inheritance, devouring [it] altogether,
  • And you love wealth with immense love.
  • No! When the earth has been leveled - pounded and crushed
  • And your Lord has come and the angels, rank upon rank,
  • And brought [within view], that Day, is Hell - that Day, man will remember, but what good to him will be the remembrance?
  • He will say, "Oh, I wish I had sent ahead [some good] for my life."
  • So on that Day, none will punish [as severely] as His punishment,
  • And none will bind [as severely] as His binding [of the evildoers].
  • [To the righteous it will be said], "O reassured soul,
  • Return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him],
  • And enter among My [righteous] servants
  • And enter My Paradise."

Surah 90 | Al-Balad | আল-বালাদ | Verse: 4 - 20

  • নিঃসন্দেহে আমরা মানুষকে সৃষ্টি করেছি কষ্ট-ক্লেশের মধ্যে। (দুনিয়ার প্রত্যেকটি মানুষ কোন না কোন কষ্টের মধ্যে পতিত আছে)।
  • সে কি মনে করে যে, কখনো তার উপর কেউ ক্ষমতাবান হবে না?
  • সে বলে, ‘আমি প্রচুর ধন-সম্পদ নিঃশেষ করেছি’।
  • সে কি মনে করে যে, তাকে কেউ দেখেনি?
  • আমরা কি তার জন্য সৃষ্টি করিনি দুচোখ?
  • আর জিহ্বা ও দুই ঠোঁট?
  • আর আমরা তাকে দেখিয়েছি দুটি পথ।
  • কিন্তু সে গিরি সংকটে প্রবেশ করল না।
  • আর কিসে আপনাকে জানাবে—বন্ধুর গিরিপথ কী?
  • এটা হচ্ছেঃ দাসমুক্তি ।
  • অথবা দুর্ভিক্ষের দিনে খাদ্যদান ।
  • ইয়াতীম আত্মীয়-স্বজনকে।
  • অথবা দারিদ্র-নিষ্পেষিত নিঃস্বকে,
  • অতঃপর সে তাদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে যায়, যারা ঈমান এনেছে এবং পরস্পরকে উপদেশ দেয় ধৈর্যধারণের, আর পরস্পরকে উপদেশ দেয় দয়া-অনুগ্রহের।
  • তারাই সৌভাগ্যশালী।
  • আর যারা আমাদের আয়াতসমূহে কুফরী করেছে, তারাই হতভাগ্য।
  • তারা পরিবেষ্টিত হবে অবরুদ্ধ আগুনে।
  • We have certainly created man into hardship.
  • Does he think that never will anyone overcome him?
  • He says, "I have spent wealth in abundance."
  • Does he think that no one has seen him?
  • Have We not made for him two eyes?
  • And a tongue and two lips?
  • And have shown him the two ways?
  • But he has not broken through the difficult pass.
  • And what can make you know what is [breaking through] the difficult pass?
  • It is the freeing of a slave .
  • Or feeding on a day of severe hunger
  • An orphan of near relationship
  • Or a needy person in misery
  • And then being among those who believed and advised one another to patience and advised one another to compassion.
  • Those are the companions of the right .
  • But they who disbelieved in Our signs - those are the companions of the left.
  • Over them will be fire closed in.

Surah 93 | Ad-Dhuha | আদ-দুহা | Verse: 1 - 11

  • শপথ সকালের উজ্জ্বল আলোর
  • শপথ রাতের যখন তা অন্ধকারাচ্ছন্ন হয়।
  • আপনার রব আপনাকে পরিত্যাগ করেন নি এবং অসন্তুষ্টও হননি।
  • আর অবশ্যই আপনার জন্য পরবর্তী সময় [ পরকাল ] পূর্ববর্তী সময়ের চেয়ে উত্তম ।
  • আর অচিরেই আপনার রব আপনাকে অনুগ্রহ দান করবেন, ফলে আপনি সন্তুষ্ট হবেন ।
  • তিনি কি আপনাকে ইয়াতীম অবস্থায় পান নি? অতঃপর তিনি আশ্রয় দিয়েছেন ;
  • আর তিনি আপনাকে পেয়েছেন পথ না জানা অবস্থায়। অতঃপর তিনি পথনির্দেশ দিয়েছেন ।
  • আর তিনি আপনাকে পেলেন নিঃস্ব অবস্থায়, অতঃপর অভাবমুক্ত করলেন ,
  • কাজেই আপনি ইয়াতীমের প্রতি কঠোর হবেন না ।
  • আর সওয়ালকারীকে ভৎর্সনা করনা।
  • আর আপনি আপনার রবের অনুগ্রহের কথা জানিয়ে দিন।
  • By the morning brightness
  • And [by] the night when it covers with darkness,
  • Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muhammad], nor has He detested [you].
  • And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life].
  • And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.
  • Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?
  • And He found you lost and guided [you],
  • And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient.
  • So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him].
  • And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].
  • But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].
