  • যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

Surah 12 | Yusuf | ইউসুফ | Verse: 105

  • আর আসমান ও যমীনে অনেক নিদর্শন রয়েছে; তারা এ সবকিছু দেখে , কিন্তু তারা এসবের প্রতি উদাসীন ।

  • And how many a sign within the heavens and earth do they pass over while they , therefrom , are turning away .

Surah 12 | Yusuf | ইউসুফ | Verse: 109

  • আর আমরা আপনার আগেও জনপদবাসীদের মধ্য থেকে পুরুষদেরকেই ( রসূলরূপে )পাঠিয়েছিলাম যাদের কাছে ওহী পাঠাতাম । তারা কি যমীনে ভ্রমণ করেনি ? ফলে দেখতে পেত তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের পরিণাম কী হয়েছিল? আর অবশ্যই যারা তাকওয়া অবলম্বন করেছে তাদের জন্য আখেরাতের আবাসই উত্তম ; তবুও কি তোমরা বুঝ না ?

  • And We sent not before you [as messengers] except men to whom We revealed from among the people of cities . So have they not traveled through the earth and observed how was the end of those before them ? And the home of the Hereafter is best for those who fear Allah ; then will you not reason ?

Surah 22 | Al-Hajj | আল-হজ্জ | Verse: 46

  • তারা কি যমীনে ভ্ৰমণ করেনি? তাহলে তারা জ্ঞানবুদ্ধিসম্পন্ন হৃদয় ও শ্রুতিশক্তিসম্পন্ন শ্রবণের অধিকারী হতে পারত। বস্তুত চোখ তো অন্ধ নয়, বরং অন্ধ হচ্ছে বুকের মধ্যে অবস্থিত হৃদয়।

  • So have they not traveled through the earth and have hearts by which to reason and ears by which to hear? For indeed, it is not eyes that are blinded, but blinded are the hearts which are within the breasts.

Surah 29 | Al-Ankabut | আল-আনকাবূত | Verse: 20

  • বলুন, [হে মুহাম্মাদ], তোমরা যমীনে ভ্রমণ কর এবং দেখ , কীভাবে তিনি সৃষ্টির সূচনা করেছিলেন, তারপর আল্লাহই আরেকবার সৃষ্টি করবেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর ক্ষমতাবান ।
  • Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how He began creation. Then Allah will produce the final creation. Indeed Allah, over all things, is competent."

Surah 30 | Ar-Rum | আর-রুম | Verse: 5 - 10

  • আল্লাহর সাহায্যে । তিনি যাকে ইচ্ছা সাহায্য করেন । আর তিনি মহাপরাক্রমশালী , পরম দয়ালু ।
  • এটা আল্লাহরই প্রতিশ্রুতি ; আল্লাহ তাঁর প্রতিশ্রুতির ব্যাতিক্রম করেন না , কিন্তু অধিকাংশ লোক জানে না ।
  • তারা পার্থিব জীবনের বাহ্য দিক সম্বন্ধে অবগত , অথচ পারলৌকিক জীবন সম্বন্ধে ওরা উদাসীন ।
  • তারা কি নিজেদের অন্তরে ভেবে দেখে না যে , আল্লাহই আকাশমন্ডলী , পৃথিবী ও ওদের অন্তর্বর্তী সমস্ত কিছু যথাযথভাবে এবং এক নির্দিষ্ট কালের জন্য সৃষ্টি করেছেন । কিন্তু মানুষের মধ্যে অনেকেই তাদের রবের সাক্ষাতে অবিশ্বাসী ।
  • তারা কি যমীনে ভ্রমণ করে না ? তাহলে তারা দেখত যে , তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের পরিণাম কেমন হয়েছিল । তারা শক্তিতে তাদের চেয়েও প্রবল ছিল । তারা জমি চাষ করত এবং এরা পৃথিবীর যতটা আবাদ করেছে তার চেয়ে তারা বেশি আবাদ করেছিল । তাদের নিকট তাদের রসূলগণ সুস্পষ্ট নিদর্শনাবলীসহ এসেছিল । বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহ এমন নন যে , তিনি তাদের প্রতি যুলম করবেন , কিন্তু তারা নিজেরাই নিজদের প্রতি যুলম করেছিল ।
  • তারপর যারা মন্দ কাজ করেছিল তাদের পরিণাম মন্দ হয়েছিল । কারণ তারা আল্লাহর আয়াতগুলোকে অস্বীকার করেছিল এবং সেগুলো নিয়ে ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ করত ।
  • [It is] the promise of Allah. Allah does not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know.

  • They know what is apparent of the worldly life, but they, of the Hereafter, are unaware.
  • Do they not contemplate within themselves? Allah has not created the heavens and the earth and what is between them except in truth and for a specified term. And indeed, many of the people, in [the matter of] the meeting with their Lord, are disbelievers.
  • Have they not traveled through the earth and observed how was the end of those before them? They were greater than them in power, and they plowed the earth and built it up more than they have built it up, and their messengers came to them with clear evidences. And Allah would not ever have wronged them, but they were wronging themselves .
  • Then the end of those who did evil was the worst [consequence] because they denied the signs of Allah and used to ridicule them.

Surah 35 | Fatir | ফাতির | Verse: 38 - 45

  • নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনের গায়েবী বিষয়ের জ্ঞানী , অন্তরসমূহে যা রয়েছে সে বিষয়েও তিনি সবিশেষ অবগত ।
  • তিনিই পৃথিবীতে তোমাদেরকে প্রতিনিধি করেছেন । সুতরাং কেউ অবিশ্বাস করলে তার অবিশ্বাসের জন্য সে নিজেই দায়ী হবে । অবিশ্বাসীদের অবিশ্বাস কেবল ওদের প্রতিপালকের ক্রোধই বৃদ্ধি করে এবং ওদের অবিশ্বাস ওদের ক্ষতিই বৃদ্ধি করে ।
  • বলুন , তোমরা আল্লাহ্‌র পরিবর্তে তোমাদের যে সব শরীকদের ডাক , তাদের কথা ভেবে দেখেছ কি ? তারা যমীনে কিছু সৃষ্টি করে থাকলে আমাকে দেখাও ; অথবা আসমানের সৃষ্টিতে তাদের কোন অংশ আছে কি ? না কি আমরা তাদেরকে এমন কোন কিতাব দিয়েছি যার প্রমাণের উপর তারা নির্ভর করে ? বরং যালিমরা একে অন্যকে প্রতারণা ছাড়া আর কিছুরই প্রতিশ্রুতি দেয় না ।
  • নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ্‌ আসমানসমূহ ও যমীনকে ধারণ করেন , যাতে তারা স্থানচ্যুত [কক্ষচ্যুত] না হয় , আর যদি তারা স্থানচ্যুত [কক্ষচ্যুত] হয়, তবে তিনি ছাড়া কেউ নেই যে, তাদেরকে ধরে রাখতে পারে । নিশ্চয় তিনি অতি সহনশীল , অসীম ক্ষমাপরায়ন ।
  • আর তারা দৃঢ়তার সাথে আল্লাহ্‌র শপথ করে বলত যে , তাদের কাছে কোন সতর্ককারী আসলে এরা অন্য সকল জাতির চেয়ে সৎপথের অধিকতর অনুসারী হবে ; অতঃপর যখন এদের কাছে সতর্ককারী আসল , তখন তা শুধু তাদের বিমুখতা ও দূরত্বই বৃদ্ধি করল ।
  • কারণ, এরা পৃথিবীতে উদ্ধত ছিল এবং কূট ষড়যন্ত্রে লিপ্ত ছিল । আর কূট ষড়যন্ত্র ষড়যন্ত্রকারীদেরই পরিবেষ্টন করে । তবে কি তারা তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের উপর (আল্লাহর পক্ষ হতে) যে বিধান প্রয়োগ করা হয়েছে তারই অপেক্ষা করছে ? কিন্তু আপনি আল্লাহর বিধানে কক্ষনো কোন পরিবর্তন পাবেন না বং আল্লাহর বিধানের কোন ব্যতিক্রমও দেখতে পাবেন না ।
  • আর এরা কি যমীনে পরিভ্রমণ করেনি ? তাহলে তাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের পরিণাম কী হয়েছিল তা তারা দেখতে পেত । আর তারা ছিল এদের চেয়ে অধিক শক্তিশালী । আর আল্লাহ এমন নন যে , তাঁকে অক্ষম করতে পারে কোন কিছু আসমানসমূহে আর না যমীনে । নিশ্চয় তিনি সর্বজ্ঞ , ক্ষমতাবান ।
  • আর আল্লাহ্‌ মানুষদেরকে তাদের কৃতকর্মের জন্য পাকড়াও করলে , ভূ-পৃষ্ঠে কোন প্রাণীকেই তিনি রেহাই দিতেন না , কিন্তু তিনি এক নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত তাদেরকে অবকাশ দিয়ে থাকেন । অতঃপর যখন তাদের নির্দিষ্ট সময় এসে যাবে , তখন তো আল্লাহ্‌ তাঁর বান্দাদের ব্যাপারে সম্যক দ্রষ্টা ।
  • Indeed , Allah is Knower of the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and earth . Indeed , He is Knowing of that within the breasts .
  • It is He who has made you successors upon the earth. And whoever disbelieves - upon him will be [the consequence of] his disbelief. And the disbelief of the disbelievers does not increase them in the sight of their Lord except in hatred; and the disbelief of the disbelievers does not increase them except in loss.
  • Say, "Have you considered your 'partners' whom you invoke besides Allah? Show me what they have created from the earth, or have they partnership [with Him] in the heavens? Or have We given them a book so they are [standing] on evidence therefrom? [No], rather, the wrongdoers do not promise each other except delusion."
  • Indeed, Allah holds the heavens and the earth, lest they cease. And if they should cease, no one could hold them [in place] after Him. Indeed, He is Forbearing and Forgiving.
  • And they swore by Allah their strongest oaths that if a warner came to them, they would be more guided than [any] one of the [previous] nations. But when a warner came to them, it did not increase them except in aversion.
  • [Due to] arrogance in the land and plotting of evil; but the evil plot does not encompass except its own people. Then do they await except the way of the former peoples? But you will never find in the way of Allah any change, and you will never find in the way of Allah any alteration.
  • Have they not traveled through the land and observed how was the end of those before them? And they were greater than them in power. But Allah is not to be caused failure by anything in the heavens or on the earth. Indeed, He is ever Knowing and Competent.
  • And if Allah were to impose blame on the people for what they have earned, He would not leave upon the earth any creature. But He defers them for a specified term. And when their time comes, then indeed Allah has ever been, of His servants, Seeing.

Surah 73 | Al-Muzzammil | আল-মুযযাম্মিল | Verse: 20

  • নিশ্চয় তোমার রব জানেন যে, তুমি রাতের দুই তৃতীয়াংশের কিছু কম, অথবা অর্ধরাত অথবা রাতের এক তৃতীয়াংশ সালাতে দাঁড়িয়ে থাক এবং তোমার সাথে যারা আছে তাদের মধ্য থেকে একটি দলও। আর আল্লাহ রাত ও দিন নিরূপণ করেন। তিনি জানেন যে, তোমরা তা করতে সক্ষম হবে না। তাই তিনি তোমাদেরকে ক্ষমা করলেন। অতএব তোমরা কুরআন থেকে যতটুকু সহজ ততটুকু পড়। তিনি জানেন তোমাদের মধ্যে কেউ কেউ অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়বে। আর কেউ কেউ আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ সন্ধানে পৃথিবীতে ভ্রমণ করবে, আর কেউ কেউ আল্লাহর পথে লড়াই করবে। অতএব তোমরা কুরআন থেকে যতটুকু সহজ ততটুকু পড়। আর সালাত কায়েম কর, যাকাত দাও এবং আল্লাহকে উত্তম ঋণ দাও। আর তোমরা নিজদের জন্য মঙ্গলজনক যা কিছু অগ্রে পাঠাবে তোমরা তা আল্লাহর কাছে পাবে প্রতিদান হিসেবে উৎকৃষ্টতর ও মহত্তর রূপে। আর তোমরা আল্লাহর কাছে ক্ষমা চাও। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ অতীব ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু
  • Indeed, your Lord knows, [O Muhammad], that you stand [in prayer] almost two thirds of the night or half of it or a third of it, and [so do] a group of those with you. And Allah determines [the extent of] the night and the day. He has known that you [Muslims] will not be able to do it and has turned to you in forgiveness, so recite what is easy [for you] of the Qur'an. He has known that there will be among you those who are ill and others traveling throughout the land seeking [something] of the bounty of Allah and others fighting for the cause of Allah. So recite what is easy from it and establish prayer and give zakah and loan Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. It is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
