  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

ইয়াহুদী বলতে মূলত বনী ইসরাঈলের সেই সম্প্রদায়কে বোঝায় যারা হযরত মূসা (আ.)-এর অনুসারী হিসেবে পরিচিত। তাদের কাছে আল্লাহর কিতাব তাওরাত নাযিল হয়েছিল। সময়ের সাথে তাদের অনেকেই কিতাবের মূল আয়াত পরিবর্তন করেছে বা ভুলভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করেছে। —এ কারণে কুরআনে তাদেরকে বারবার সত্যের দিকে ফিরে আসার আহ্বান জানানো হয়েছে।

নাসারা বলতে খ্রিষ্টানদের বোঝানো হয়, যারা নিজেদেরকে হযরত ঈসা (আ.)-এর অনুসারী বলে মনে করে। তাদের কাছে আল্লাহর কিতাব ইঞ্জিল নাযিল হয়েছিল। কিন্তু পরবর্তীতে তাদের মধ্যেও অনেক বিশ্বাস ও মতবাদ পরিবর্তিত হয়েছে, যেমন—ঈসা (আ.)-কে আল্লাহর পুত্র বলা ইত্যাদি।

কুরআনে ইয়াহুদী ও নাসারা—উভয়কেই “আহলে কিতাব” (কিতাবধারী) বলা হয়েছে, কারণ তাদের কাছে আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে কিতাব নাযিল হয়েছিল। ইসলাম তাদেরকে সত্যের দিকে ফিরে আসতে এবং আল্লাহর একত্বে বিশ্বাস করতে আহ্বান জানায়।

Yahudi refers to the people of Bani Israel who followed Prophet Musa (Moses, peace be upon him). They were given Allah’s scripture, the Tawrat (Torah). Over time, many of them have altered the main verses of the scripture or misinterpreted them, which is why the Qur’an repeatedly calls them back to the truth.

Nasara refers to the Christians, who consider themselves followers of Prophet Isa (Jesus, peace be upon him). They were given Allah’s scripture, the Injil (Gospel). However, many of them also changed or misunderstood the teachings, such as claiming Isa (peace be upon him) to be the son of Allah.

In the Qur’an, both Yahudi and Nasara are called “Ahl al-Kitab” (People of the Book) because they were given divine scriptures. Islam invites them to return to the truth and to believe in the oneness of Allah.
