যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু
Verse: 1 - 5
- হা-মীম ।
- শপথ সুস্পষ্ট কিতাবের ।
- নিশ্চয় আমরা এটা নাযিল করেছি এক মুবারক রাতে ; নিশ্চয় আমরা সতর্ককারী ।
- সে রাতে প্রত্যেক চুড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত স্থিরকৃত হয় ।
- আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে আদেশক্রমে, নিশ্চয় আমরা রাসূল প্রেরণকারী ।
- Ha, Meem.
- By the clear Book,
- Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night. Indeed, We were to warn [mankind].
- On that night is made distinct every precise matter -
- [Every] matter [proceeding] from Us. Indeed, We were to send [a messenger]
Verse: 6 - 10
- আপনার রবের রহমতস্বরূপ: নিশ্চয় তিনি সর্বশ্রোতা, সর্বজ্ঞ ।
- আকাশমন্ডলী, পৃথিবী ও এ দুয়ের মধ্যবর্তী সমস্ত কিছুর প্রতিপালকের নিকট হতে । যদি তোমরা নিশ্চিত বিশ্বাসী হও ।
- তিনি ব্যতীত কোন (সত্য) উপাস্য নেই , তিনি জীবন দান করেন এবং তিনিই মৃত্যু ঘটান । তিনি তোমাদের প্রতিপালক এবং তোম াদের পূর্বপুরুষদের প্রতিপালক ।
- বরং তারা সন্দেহের বশবর্তী হয়ে খেল–তামাসা করছে ।
- অতএব আপনি অপেক্ষা করুন সে দিনের যেদিন স্পষ্ট ধোঁয়ায় আচ্ছন্ন হবে আকাশ ,
- As mercy from your Lord. Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.
- Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them, if you would be certain.
- There is no deity except Him; He gives life and causes death. [He is] your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers.
- But they are in doubt, amusing themselves.
- Then watch for the Day when the sky will bring a visible smoke.
Verse: 11 - 15
- এবং মানবজাতিকে তা আচ্ছন্ন করে ফেলবে । এ হবে মর্মান্তিক শাস্তি । নিশ্চয় আমরা মুমিন হব ।
- (তারা বলবে) হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক ! আমাদের উপর হতে শাস্তি দূর করুন , নিশ্চয় আমরা মুমিন হব ।
- তারা কি করে উপদেশ গ্রহণ করবে ? তাদের নিকট তো এসেছিল সুস্পষ্ট বর্ণনাকারী এক রসূল ।
- তারপর তারা তার থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নিয়েছিল এবং বলেছিল , (সে হল এক) পাগল - যাকে শিখিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে ।
- নিশ্চয় আমরা অল্প সময়ের জন্য আযাব সরিয়ে নেব , নিশ্চয় তোমরা পূর্বাবস্থায় ফিরে যাবে ।
- Covering the people; this is a painful torment.
- [They will say], "Our Lord, remove from us the torment; indeed, we are believers."
- How will there be for them a reminder [at that time]? And there had come to them a clear Messenger.
- Then they turned away from him and said, "[He was] taught [and is] a madman."
- Indeed, We will remove the torment for a little. Indeed, you [disbelievers] will return [to disbelief].
Verse: 16 - 20
- যেদিন আমরা তোমাদেরকে প্রবলভাবে পাকড়াও করব , সেদিন নিশ্চয় আমরা হব প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণকারী ।
- আর অবশ্যই এদের আগে আমরা ফির‘আউন সম্প্রদায়কে পরীক্ষা করেছিলাম এবং তাদের কাছেও এসেছিলেন এক সম্মানিত রাসূল ,
- (তিনি ফিরআউনকে বলেছিলেন) আল্লাহর বান্দাদেরকে (বনী ইস্রাঈলদের) আমার কাছে ফিরিয়ে দাও । নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাদের জন্য এক বিশ্বস্ত রসূল ।
- আর তোমরা আল্লাহর বিরুদ্ধে ঔদ্ধত্য প্রকাশ করো না , নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাদের কাছে স্পষ্ট প্রমাণ নিয়ে আসব ।
- আর নিশ্চয় আমি আমার রব ও তোমাদের রবের আশ্রয় প্রার্থনা করছি, যাতে তোমরা আমাকে পাথরের আঘাত হত্যা করতে না পার ।
- The Day We will strike with the greatest assault, indeed, We will take retribution.
- And We had already tried before them the people of Pharaoh, and there came to them a noble messenger,
- [Saying], "Render to me the servants of Allah. Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger,"
- And [saying], "Be not haughty with Allah. Indeed, I have come to you with clear authority.
- And indeed, I have sought refuge in my Lord and your Lord, lest you stone me.
Verse: 21 - 25
- আর যদি তোমরা আমার কথায় বিশ্বাস স্থাপন না কর, তবে তোমরা আমাকে ছেড়ে যাও । [ অর্থাৎ, আমাকে হত্যা করার অথবা কোন কষ্ট দেওয়ার প্রচেষ্টা করো না। ]
- অতঃপর মূসা তার রবকে ডাকলেন , নিশ্চয় এরা এক অপরাধী সম্প্রদায় ।
- (আল্লাহ বললেন) সুতরাং আপনি আমার বান্দাদেরকে নিয়ে রাতে বের হয়ে পড়ুন , নিশ্চয় তোমাদের পশ্চাদ্ধাবন করা হবে ।
- আর সমুদ্রকে স্থির থাকতে দিন , নিশ্চয় তারা হবে এমন এক বাহিনী যা ডুবে মরবে ।
- তারা পিছনে রেখে গিয়েছিল কত উদ্যান আর ঝর্ণা ,
- But if you do not believe me, then leave me alone."
- And [finally] he called to his Lord that these were a criminal people.
- [Allah said], "Then set out with My servants by night. Indeed, you are to be pursued.
- And leave the sea in stillness. Indeed, they are an army to be drowned."
- How much they left behind of gardens and springs
Verse: 26 - 30
- কত শস্যক্ষেত ও সুরম্য প্রাসাদ ,
- কত বিলাস-সামগ্রী , যাতে ওরা আনন্দিত ছিল !
- এরূপই ঘটেছিল এবং আমরা এ সবকিছুর উত্তরাধিকারী করেছিলাম ভিন্ন সম্প্রদায়কে ।
- আকাশ ও পৃথিবী কেউই ওদের জন্যে অশ্রুপাত করেনি এবং তাদেরকে অবকাশও দেয়া হয়নি ।
- আর অবশ্যই আমরা উদ্ধার করেছিলাম বনী ইসরাঈলকে লাঞ্ছনাদায়ক শাস্তি হতে ।
- And crops and noble sites
- And comfort wherein they were amused.
- Thus. And We caused to inherit it another people.
- And the heaven and earth wept not for them, nor were they reprieved.
- And We certainly saved the Children of Israel from the humiliating torment -
Verse: 31 - 35
- ফিরআউন থেকে ; নিশ্চয় সে ছিল সীমালঙ্ঘনকারীদের মধ্যে শীর্ষস্থানীয় ।
- আর আমরা জ্ঞাতসারেই তাদেরকে (অর্থাৎ বানী ইসরাঈলকে) সকল সৃষ্টির উপর নির্বাচিত করেছিলাম ।
- আর আমরা তাদেরকে এমন নিদর্শনাবলী দিয়েছিলাম যাতে ছিল সুস্পষ্ট পরীক্ষা ;
- নিশ্চয় তারা বলেই থাকে,
- আমাদের প্রথম মৃত্যু ছাড়া আর কিছুই নেই এবং আমরা পুনরুত্থিত হবার নই ।
- From Pharaoh. Indeed, he was a haughty one among the transgressors.
- And We certainly chose them by knowledge over [all] the worlds.
- And We gave them of signs that in which there was a clear trial.
- Indeed, these [disbelievers] are saying,
- There is not but our first death, and we will not be resurrected.
Verse: 36 - 40
- অতএব তোমরা যদি সত্যবাদী হও তবে তোমাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে নিয়ে আস ।
- তারা কি শ্ৰেষ্ঠ না তুব্বা সম্প্রদায় ও তাদের পূর্বে যারা ছিল তারা ? আমরা তাদেরকে ধ্বংস করেছিলাম । নিশ্চয় তারা ছিল অপরাধী ।
- আর আমরা আসমানসমূহ , যমীন ও এ দুয়ের মধ্যকার কোন কিছুই খেলার ছলে সৃষ্টি করিনি ;
- আমরা এ দু'টিকে যথাযথভাবেই সৃষ্টি করেছি , কিন্তু তাদের অধিকাংশই তা জানে না ।
- নিশ্চয় ফয়সালার দিনটি তাদের সকলের জন্যই নির্ধারিত সময় ।
- Then bring [back] our forefathers, if you should be truthful."
- Are they better or the people of Tubba' and those before them? We destroyed them, [for] indeed, they were criminals.
- And We did not create the heavens and earth and that between them in play.
- We did not create them except in truth, but most of them do not know.
- Indeed, the Day of Judgement is the appointed time for them all -
Verse: 41 - 45
- সেদিন এক বন্ধু অন্য বন্ধুর কোন কাজে আসবে না এবং তারা সাহায্যও পাবে না।
- তবে আল্লাহ্ যার প্রতি দয়া করেন তার কথা স্বতন্ত্র । নিশ্চয় তিনিই মহাপরাক্রমশালী , পরম দয়ালু ।
- নিশ্চয়ই যাক্কুম গাছ হবে
- পাপীর খাদ্য ;
- গলিত তামার মত তা পেটের ভিতর ফুটতে থাকবে ,
- The Day when no relation will avail a relation at all, nor will they be helped -
- Except those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
- Indeed, the tree of zaqqum
- Is food for the sinful.
- Like murky oil, it boils within bellies
Verse: 46 - 50
- ফুটন্ত পানি ফুটার মত ।
- (বলা হবে) তাকে ধর এবং টেনে নিয়ে যাও জাহান্নামের মধ্যস্থলে ,
- তারপর তার মাথার উপর ফুটন্ত পানির আযাব ঢেলে দাও ।
- (বলা হবে) আস্বাদন কর, নিশ্চয় তুমিই সম্মানিত, অভিজাত !
- নিশ্চয় এটা সেই (শাস্তি) যার সম্পর্কে তোমরা সন্দেহ করতে ।
- Like the boiling of scalding water.
- [It will be commanded] , "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire,
- Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water."
- [It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble !
- Indeed, this is what you used to dispute."
Verse: 51 - 55
- নিশ্চয় মুত্তাকীরা থাকবে নিরাপদ স্থানে,
- বাগ-বাগিচা ও ঝর্নাধারার মধ্যে ,
- তারা পরিধান করবে মিহি ও পুরু রেশমী বস্ত্র এবং মুখোমুখি হয়ে বসবে ।
- এরূপই ঘটবে ; আর আমরা তাদেরকে বিয়ে দিয়ে দেব ডাগর নয়না হূরদের সাথে ,
- সেখানে তারা প্রশান্তচিত্তে সকল প্রকারের ফলমূল আনতে বলবে ।
- Indeed, the righteous will be in a secure place;
- Within gardens and springs,
- Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other.
- Thus. And We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes.
- They will call therein for every [kind of] fruit - safe and secure.
Verse: 56 - 59
- প্রথম মৃত্যুর পর তারা সেখানে আর মৃত্যু আস্বাদন করবে না । আর তিনি তাদেরকে জাহান্নামের শাস্তি হতে রক্ষা করবেন ।
- আপনার রবের অনুগ্রহস্বরূপ এটাই তো মহাসাফল্য ।
- অতঃপর নিশ্চয় আমরা আপনার ভাষায় কুরআনকে সহজ করে দিয়েছি যাতে তারা উপদেশ গ্ৰহণ করে ।
- কাজেই আপনি প্রতীক্ষা করুন , নিশ্চয় ওরাও প্রতীক্ষা করছে ।
- They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire
- As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment.
- And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded.
- So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end].
