  • যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. সূরা যিলযাল কিয়ামতের পূর্বে পৃথিবীতে সংঘটিত চূড়ান্ত ভূমিকম্পের এক প্রবল ও বাস্তবচিত্র তুলে ধরে। এটি আমাদের মনে করিয়ে দেয় সেই ভয়ংকর ঘটনাগুলোর কথা, যা কিয়ামতের দিন সংঘটিত হবে—যেদিন পৃথিবী কেঁপে উঠবে এবং প্রতিটি মানুষের কর্ম, তা যত ক্ষুদ্রই হোক না কেন, প্রকাশ করা হবে ও তার বিচার করা হবে।

এই সূরাটি আকারে ছোট হলেও অর্থে গভীর ও তীব্র। এটি জোর দিয়ে বলে যে, কিছুই গোপন থাকবে না এবং প্রতিটি কর্ম — তা একটি পরমাণুর সমান হলেও—গণনায় আসবে।

Main Theme: The Day of Judgment and human accountability

Surah Az-Zalzalah paints a powerful picture of the final earthquake that will strike the Earth before the Day of Judgment. It serves as a reminder of the terrifying events that will unfold at the end of time, and how every individual’s deeds, no matter how small, will be brought forth and judged.

This Surah is short but striking—it emphasizes that nothing will remain hidden, and every action will be weighed, even if it is as tiny as an atom.

আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু

আয়াত ৯৯ : ১ - ৮

  • পৃথিবী যখন আপন কম্পনে প্রবলভাবে প্রকম্পিত হবে । [এখানে “যখন” শব্দটি দিয়ে কিয়ামতের সময় একটি ভয়াবহ ঘটনার সূচনা বোঝানো হয়েছে। “যিলযালাহা” মানে সেই বিশেষ কম্পন, যা পৃথিবীর ইতিহাসে আর কখনো হয়নি। এটি চূড়ান্ত ভূমিকম্প, যা কিয়ামতের সূচনায় ঘটবে।]

  • এবং সে (পৃথিবী) তার বোঝা (মৃতদেহ, গোপন বিষয়াদি) বের করে দেবে— ["বোঝা" বলতে বোঝানো হয়েছে কবরের মৃতদেহ, গোপনকৃত অন্যায়-অবিচার, রক্তপাত, মানবজাতির কর্মের চিহ্ন। সবকিছু বাইরে এনে রাখা হবে বিচারের জন্য।]

  • এবং মানুষ বলবে, এর কী হল ? [এই কম্পন এতটাই ভয়াবহ ও অস্বাভাবিক হবে যে, মানুষ ভীত হয়ে হতভম্বভাবে জিজ্ঞেস করবে—পৃথিবীর কী হয়েছে? এমন কম্পন কখনো দেখা বা অনুভব করা হয়নি।]

  • সে দিন পৃথিবী তার ( নিজের উপর সংঘটিত ) বৃত্তান্ত বর্ণনা করবে , [পৃথিবী মানুষের সমস্ত কর্মকাণ্ড—ভালো-মন্দ, রক্তপাত, জুলুম ও অবিচার—সবকিছুর নিরব সাক্ষী হয়ে আছে। কিয়ামতের দিনে সেই নীরবতা ভাঙবে, এবং পৃথিবী তার ভিতরে সংরক্ষিত প্রতিটি ঘটনার সাক্ষ্য তুলে ধরবে। যেমন কেউ কোথায় কি করেছিল, সেই চিহ্ন মাটিতে রয়ে গেছে, আর সেই চিহ্নগুলো আল্লাহর দরবারে অকাট্য সাক্ষ্যে পরিণত হবে । ]

  • কারণ তোমার প্রতিপালক তাকে আদেশ করবেন । [পৃথিবী এমনভাবে “বলা” শুরু করবে, কারণ আল্লাহ তাকে আদেশ দেবেন। এটি অলৌকিকভাবে ঘটবে , যেখানে প্রকৃতি ও সৃষ্টি—আল্লাহর নির্দেশে সাক্ষী হয়ে উঠবে। সেদিন মানুষের অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গকে আল্লাহ বাকশক্তি দান করবেন, মাটিও আল্লাহর হুকুমে কথা বলবে — কে কোথায় কী করেছিল, কতটা অন্যায় ঘটিয়েছিল, সবকিছুই প্রকাশ করবে। ]

  • সেদিন মানুষ বের হবে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন দলে যাতে তাদেরকে তাদের কৃতকর্ম দেখানো যায় [মানুষ পুনরুত্থিত হবে দলে দলে, একেকজন একেক অবস্থায়—কারো মুখ উজ্জ্বল (জান্নাতী), কারো লজ্জায় নত (জাহান্নামী)। তাদের সামনে তাদের আমলনামা (কর্মফল) তুলে ধরা হবে।]

  • অতএব, কেউ অণু পরিমাণ ভালো কাজ করলেও সে তা দেখতে পাবে । [আল্লাহর বিচার এতটাই সুবিচারপূর্ণ যে, কোনো সামান্যতম ভালো কাজও উপেক্ষিত হবে না—একটি হাসি, একটি সাহায্য, এমনকি একটি সদ্ভাবও।]

  • এবং কেউ অণু পরিমাণ মন্দ কাজ করলেও সেও তা দেখতে পাবে। [তেমনি কোনো খারাপ কাজ—যদি তা অতি ক্ষুদ্রও হয়, এবং মানুষ মনে করে তা ভুলে গেছে—তাও ঐদিন প্রকাশ পাবে। কেউই কোনো কাজের দায় এড়িয়ে যেতে পারবে না।]

Verse 99 : 1 - 8

  • When the earth is shaken with a severe convulsion. [Here, the word “when” indicates the beginning of a terrifying event at the time of the Day of Judgment. “Zilzalaha” refers to that extraordinary earthquake, unlike any other in the history of the earth. It is the final earthquake that will occur at the onset of the Resurrection.]

  • And the earth will bring forth its burdens (dead bodies, hidden matters). [“Burdens” here refer to the bodies buried in graves, hidden injustices, bloodshed, and the marks of human deeds. Everything will be brought out for the purpose of judgment.]

  • And man will say, "What is wrong with it ? [This quake will be so terrifying and unprecedented that people will be stunned with fear and wonder, asking, "What has happened to the earth?" Such a convulsion has never been witnessed or felt before.]

  • That Day, the earth will declare its news. [The earth is a silent witness to all human actions—good and bad, bloodshed, oppression, and injustice. On the Day of Judgment, this silence will break, and the earth will present testimony of every event stored within it. The marks of where and what someone did remain on the earth, and these traces will become undeniable evidence before Allah’s court.]

  • Because your Lord will command it. [The earth will begin “speaking” because Allah will order it to do so. This will happen miraculously, where nature and creation become witnesses by Allah’s command. On that Day, Allah will grant speech to human limbs, and the earth will also speak by His decree—revealing who did what, where, and how much injustice was committed.]

  • That Day, people will come forth in separate groups to be shown their deeds. [People will be resurrected in various groups and states—some with bright, joyous faces (the righteous), others humbled in shame (the wicked). Their records of deeds will be displayed before them.]

  • So whoever does an atom’s weight of good will see it. [Allah’s justice is so perfect that no smallest good deed will be overlooked—be it a smile, a kind act, or good intentions.]

  • And whoever does an atom’s weight of evil will see it. [Likewise, any minor wrongdoing, no matter how small and even if forgotten by the person, will be exposed. No one will escape accountability for their actions.]
