056 | Al-Waqi'a (আল-ওয়াকিয়া)

যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু
Verse: 1 - 3
- যখন কিয়ামত সংঘটিত হবে ।
- তখন তার সংঘটন অস্বীকার করার কেউ থাকবে না ,
- এটা কাউকে করবে নীচ , কাউকে করবে সমুন্নত ;
- When the Occurrence occurs,
- There is , at its occurrence , no denial .
- It will bring down [some] and raise up [others] .
Verse: 4 - 6
- যখন প্রবল কম্পনে প্রকম্পিত হবে পৃথিবী ।
- এবং চূর্ণ - বিচূর্ণ হয়ে পড়বে পর্বতমালা ,
- অতঃপর তা পর্যবসিত হবে উৎক্ষিপ্ত ধূলিকণায় ;
- When the earth is shaken with convulsion .
- And the mountains are broken down , crumbling
- And become dust dispersing .
Verse: 7 - 12
- আর তোমরা বিভক্ত হয়ে পড়বে তিন দলে ।
- অতঃপ র ডান দিকের দল ; ডান দিকের দলটি কত সৌভাগ্যবান !
- এবং বাম দিকের দল ; আর বাম দিকের দলটি কত হতভাগা !
- আর অগ্রবর্তিগণই তো অগ্রবর্তী ।
- তারাই ( আল্লাহর ) নৈকট্যপ্রাপ্ত ।
- তারা থাকবে নিআমতপূর্ণ জান্নাতসমূহে ।
- And you become [of] three kinds:
- Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right ?
- And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left ?
- And the forerunners , the forerunners .
- Those are the ones brought near [to Allah]
- In the Gardens of Pleasure ,
Verse: 13 - 16
- বহুসংখ্যক হবে পূর্ববর্তীদের মধ্য থেকে ,
- এবং অল্প সংখ্যক হবে পরবর্তীদের মধ্য থেকে ।
- স্বর্ণ - ও দামী পাথর খচিত আসনে ,
- তারা হেলান দিয়ে বসবে , পরস্পর মুখোমুখি হয়ে ।
- A [large] company of the former peoples
- And a few of the later peoples ,
- On thrones woven [with ornament] ,
- Reclining on them , facing each other .
Verse: 17 - 21
- তাদের আশ-পাশে ঘোরাফেরা করবে চির কিশোররা ,
- পানপাত্র , জগ ও প্রবাহিত ঝর্ণার শরাবপূর্ণ পেয়ালা নিয়ে ,
- তা পানে না তাদের মাথা ব্যথা করবে , আর না তারা মাতাল হবে ।
- আর (ঘোরাফেরা করবে) তাদের পছন্দমত ফল নিয়ে ।
- আর পাখির গোশ্ত নিয়ে , যা তারা কামনা করবে ।
- There will circulate among them young boys made eternal
- With vessels , pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring
- No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated
- And fruit of what they select
- And the meat of fowl , from whatever they desire .
Verse: 22 - 24
- আর (সেখানে থাকবে) ডাগর ডাগর উজ্জ্বল সুন্দর চোখওয়ালা সুন্দরীরা ,
- সযত্নে লুকিয়ে রাখা মুক্তোর মত,
- তাদের কাজের পুরস্কারস্বরূপ ।
- And [for them are] fair women with large , [beautiful] eyes ,
- The likenesses of pearls well-protected ,
- As reward for what they used to do .
Verse: 25 - 26
- তারা সেখানে শুনতে পাবে না কোন বেহুদা কথা , এবং না পাপের কথা ;
- শুধু এই বাণী ছাড়া , ‘ সালাম , সালাম ’
- They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin
- Only a saying : " Peace , peace ."
Verse: 27 - 38
- আর ডান দিকের দল , কত ভাগ্যবান ডান দিকের দল !
- তারা থাকবে এমন উদ্যানে , যাতে আছে কাঁটাহীন কুলগাছ ,
- এবং কাদি ভরা কলা গাছ ,
- আর সম্প্রসারিত ছায়ায় ,
- আর সদা প্রবাহিত পানির পাশে ,
- আর পর্যাপ্ত ফলমূল পরিবেষ্টিত হয়ে ,
- যা কখনও শেষ হবে না , কক্ষনো নিষিদ্ধও হবে না ।
- (তারা থাকবে) সুউচ্চ শয্যাসমূহে ;
- নিশ্চয় আমরা তাদেরকে ( হূরদেরকে ) সৃষ্টি করেছি বিশেষরূপে
- অতঃপর তাদেরকে করেছি কুমারী ,
- সোহাগিনী ও সমবস্কা ,
- ডানদিকের লোকদের জন্য ।
- The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right ?
- [They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed
- And [banana] trees layered [with fruit]
- And shade extended
- And water poured out
- And fruit, abundant [and varied],
- Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden ,
- And [upon] beds raised high .
- Indeed , We have produced the women of Paradise in a [new] creation
- And made them virgins ,
- For the companions of the right [who are]
Verse: 39 - 40
- তাদের অনেকে হবে পূর্ববর্তীদের মধ্য থেকে।
- আর অনেকে হবে পরবর্তীদের মধ্য থেকে ।
- A company of the former peoples
- And a company of the later peoples .
Verse: 41 - 50
- আর বাম দিকের দল , কত হতভাগ্য বাম দিকের দল !
- তারা থাকবে অত্যন্ত উষ্ণ বায়ু ও উত্তপ্ত পানিতে ,
- আর কালোবর্ণের ধূঁয়ার ছায়ায় ,
- যা শীতল নয় , আরামদায়কও নয় ।
- ইতোপূর্বে তারা তো মগ্ন ছিল ভোগ-বিলাসে
- আর তারা অবিরাম লিপ্ত ছিল ঘোরতর পাপকাজে ।
- আর তারা বলত , ‘আমরা যখন মরে যাব এবং মাটি ও হাড়ে পরিণত হব তখনও কি আমরা পুনরুত্থিত হব ?’
- এবং আমাদের পিতৃপুরুষরাও ?
- বলুন , ‘ নিশ্চয় পূর্ববর্তীরা ও পরবর্তীরা ,
- সবাইকে একত্র করা হবে এক নির্ধারিত দিনের নির্দিষ্ট সময়ে ।
- তারপর হে পথভ্রষ্ট ও অস্বীকারকারীরা ,
- তোমরা অবশ্যই জাক্কুম গাছ থেকে আহার করবে ,
- অতঃপর সেটা দ্বারা তারা পেট পূর্ণ করবে ,
- তদুপরি তারা পান করবে তার উপর অতি উষ্ণ পানি
- পান করবে তৃষ্ণার্ত উষ্ট্রের ন্যায় ।
- প্রতিদান দিবসে এটাই হবে তাদের আপ্যায়ন ।
- And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left ?
- [They will be] in scorching fire and scalding water
- And a shade of black smoke ,
- Neither cool nor beneficial .
- Indeed they were , before that , indulging in affluence ,
- And they used to persist in the great violation ,
- And they used to say , " When we die and become dust and bones , are we indeed to be resurrected ?
- And our forefathers [as well] ?"
- Say , [O Muhammad] , "Indeed , the former and the later peoples
- Are to be gathered together for the appointment of a known Day ."
- Then indeed you , O those astray [who are] deniers ,
- Will be eating from trees of zaqqum
- And filling with it your bellies
- And drinking on top of it from scalding water
- And will drink as the drinking of thirsty camels .
- That is their accommodation on the Day of Recompense .
Verse: 57 - 59
- আমরাই তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছি , তবে কেন তোমরা বিশ্বাস করছ না ?
- তোমরা কি ভেবে দেখেছ , তোমাদের বীর্যপাত সম্বন্ধে ?
- সেটা কি তোমরা সৃষ্টি কর , না আমরা সৃষ্টি করি ?
- We have created you , so why do you not believe ?
- Have you seen that which you emit ?
- Is it you who creates it , or are We the Creator ?
Verse: 60 -62
- আমরা তোমাদের মধ্যে মৃত্যু নির্ধারিত করেছি এবং আমাদেরকে অক্ষম করা যাবে না
- তোমাদের স্থলে তোমাদের সদৃশ আনয়ন করতে এবং তোমাদেরকে এমন এক আকৃতিতে সৃষ্টি করতে যা তোমরা জান না ।
- আর অবশ্যই তোমরা অবগত হয়েছ প্রথম সৃষ্টি সম্পর্কে , তবে তোমরা উপদেশ গ্ৰহণ করা না কেন ?
- We have decreed death among you , and We are not to be outdone
- In that We will change your likenesses and produce you in that [form] which you do not know .
- And you have already known the first creation , so will you not remember ?
Verse: 63 -67
- তোমরা যে বীজ বপন কর সে সম্পর্কে চিন্তা করেছ কি ?
- তোমরা কি সেটাকে অংকুরিত কর , না আমরা অংকুরিত করি ?
- আমরা ইচ্ছে করলে এটাকে খড় কুটোয় পরিণত করতে পারি , তখন হতবুদ্ধি হয়ে পড়বে তোমরা ;
- (এই বলে) ‘ নিশ্চয় আমরা দায়গ্ৰস্ত হয়ে পড়েছি ,
- আমরা হৃত সর্বস্ব হয়ে পড়েছি ।
- And have you seen that [seed] which you sow ?
- Is it you who makes it grow , or are We the grower ?
- If We willed , We could make it [dry] debris , and you would remain in wonder ,
- [Saying] , " Indeed , we are [now] in debt ;
- Rather , we have been deprived ."
Verse: 68 -70
- তোমরা যে পানি প ান কর তা সম্পর্কে আমাকে জানাও
- তোমরা কি সেটা মেঘ হতে নামিয়ে আন , না আমরা সেটা বর্ষণ করি ?
- আমরা ইচ্ছে করলে তা লবণাক্ত করে দিতে পারি । তবুও কেন তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ কর না ?
- And have you seen the water that you drink ?
- Is it you who brought it down from the clouds , or is it We who bring it down ?
- If We willed , We could make it bitter , so why are you not grateful ?
Verse: 71 -74
- তোমরা যে আগুন জ্বালাও সে সম্পর্কে কি তোমরা চিন্তা করে দেখেছ ?
- তোমরাই কি এর গাছ সৃষ্টি কর , না আমরা সৃষ্টি করি ?
- আমরা এটাকে ( অর্থাৎ আগুনকে ) করেছি স্মারক ( যা জাহান্নামের আগুনের কথা স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয় ) আর মরুর অধিবাসীদের জন্য দরকারী ও আরামের বস্তু ।
- কাজেই আপনি আপনার মহান রবের নামের পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করুন ।
- And have you seen the fire that you ignite ?
- Is it you who produced its tree, or are We the producer ?
- We have made it a reminder and provision for the travelers ,
- So exalt the name of your Lord , the Most Great .
Verse: 75 -76
- অতঃপর আমি শপ থ করছি নক্ষত্ররাজির অস্তাচলের ,
- অবশ্যই এটা এক মহা শপথ , যদি তোমরা জানতে ।
- Then I swear by the setting of the stars ,
- And indeed , it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great .
Verse: 77 -81
- নিশ্চয় এটা মহিমান্বিত কুরআন ,
- যা আছে সুরক্ষিত কিতাবে ।
- যারা সম্পূর্ণ পবিত্র তারা ছাড়া অন্য কেউ তা স্পর্শ করে না ।
- এটা সৃষ্টিকুলের রবের কাছ থেকে নাযিলকৃত ।
- তবুও কি তোমরা এই বাণীকে তুচ্ছজ্ঞান করবে ?
- Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an
- In a Register well-protected ;
- None touch it except the purified .
- [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds .
- Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent
Verse: 82 -85
- আর তোমরা মিথ্যারোপকেই তোমাদের রিযিক করে নিয়োছ !
- তাহলে কেন (তোমরা বাধা দাও না) প্রাণ যখন কন্ঠাগত হয়,
- এবং তখন তোমরা তাকিয়ে থাক ,
- আর আমরা তোমাদের চেয়ে তার ( অর্থাৎ প্রাণের ) কাছাকাছি , কিন্তু তোমরা দেখতে পাও না ।
- And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider] ?
- Then why , when the soul at death reaches the throat
- And you are at that time looking on
- And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see
Verse: 86 -87
- অতঃপর যদি তোমরা হিসাব নিকাশ ও প্রতিফলের সম্মুখীন না হও ,
- তাহলে তোমরা তাকে ( অর্থাৎ তোমাদের প্রাণকে মৃত্যুর সময় ) ফিরিয়ে নাও না কেন যদি তোমরা ( তোমাদের দাবীতে ) সত্যবাদী হয়েই থাক ?
- Then why do you not , if you are not to be recompensed ,
- Bring it back , if you should be truthful ?
Verse: 88 -89
- অতঃপর সে যদি (আল্লাহর) নৈকট্য প্রাপ্তদের একজন হয় ,
- তাহলে ( তার জন্য আছে ) আরাম-শান্তি , উত্তম রিযক আর নি‘মাতে-ভরা জান্নাত ।
- And if the deceased was of those brought near to Allah ,
- Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure .
Verse: 90 -91
- আর যদি সে ডান দিকের একজন হয় ,
- তবে ( তাকে বলা হবে ) , ‘ তোমাকে সালাম , যেহেতু তুমি ডানদিকের একজন ’ ।
- And if he was of the companions of the right ,
- Then [the angels will say] , " Peace for you ; [you are] from the companions of the right ."
Verse: 92 -95
- কিন্তু সে যদি হয় মিথ্যারোপকারী বিভ্রান্তদের একজন ,
- তবে তার আপ্যায়ন হবে অতি উষ্ণ পানির ,
- আর ( তার জন্য আছে ) জাহান্নামের আগুনের দহন ,
- নিশ্চয় এটি অবধারিত সত্য ।
- But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray ,
- Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water ,
- And burning in Hellfire
- Indeed , this is the true certainty ,
Verse: 96
- অতএব আপনি আপনার মহান রবের নামের পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করুন ।
- So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great.
