যখন একজন মানুষ মারা যায়, তার সব কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায় , তিনটি ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া: সদকা জারিয়া (চলমান দান) , এমন জ্ঞান যা থেকে উপকার পাওয়া যায়, এবং একটি সৎ সন্তান যে তার জন্য দোয়া করে । | মুহাম্মদ (সাঃ) ; হাদিস - সহিহ মুসলিম | When a person dies, his works end, except for three: ongoing charity, knowledge that is benefited from, and a righteous child who prays for him. | Prophet Mohammed (PBUH); Hadith - Sahih Muslim |

যে ব্যক্তি ভাল কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে (সাওয়াবের) অংশ আছে এবং যে মন্দ কাজের জন্য সুপারিশ করবে, তার জন্য তাতে অংশ আছে । আর আল্লাহ সব কিছুর উপর নজর রাখেন । | সূরাঃ ৪ , আন-নিসা , আয়াতঃ : ৮৫ | Whoever intercedes for a good cause will have a reward therefrom; and whoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a burden therefrom. And ever is Allah, over all things, a Keeper. | Surah 4 , An-Nisa , Verse: 85 |

আল্লাহর নামে, যিনি পরম করুণাময়, পরম দয়ালু
Verse: 1 - 2
-
নিশ্চয় আমরা নূহকে পাঠিয়েছিলাম তার সম্প্রদায়ের প্রতি এ নির্দেশসহ যে , আপনি আপনার সম্প্রদায়কে সতর্ক করুন তাদের প্রতি যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি আসার আগে । তিনি বললেন, হে আমার সম্প্রদায়! নিশ্চয় আমি তোমাদের জন্য স্পষ্ট সতর্ককারী ,

Indeed, We sent Noah to his people, [saying], "Warn your people before there comes to them a painful punishment ." He said , " O my people , indeed I am to you a clear warner ,
Verse: 3 - 4

যে , তোমরা আল্লাহর ‘ ইবাদাত কর , তাঁকে ভয় কর এবং আমার আনুগত্য কর ’ । ‘ তিনি তোমাদের জন্য তোমাদের পাপসমূহ ক্ষমা করবেন এবং তোমাদেরকে নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর্যন্ত অবকাশ দেবেন ; আল্লাহর নির্ধারিত সময় আসলে কিছুতেই তা বিলম্বিত করা হয় না , যদি তোমরা জানতে ’ !

[Saying] , ' Worship Allah , fear Him and obey me . Allah will forgive you of your sins and delay you for a specified term . Indeed , the time [set by] Allah , when it comes , will not be delayed , if you only knew .' "
Verse: 5 - 6
- তিনি বললেন , হে আমার রব ! আমি তো আমার সম্প্রদায়কে দিনরাত ডেকেছি , কিন্তু আমার আহবান তাদের পলায়ন প্রবণতাই বৃদ্ধি করছে ।
- He said , " My Lord , indeed I invited my people [to truth] night and day . But my invitation increased them not except in flight .
Verse: 7
- ‘ আর যখনই আমি তাদেরকে আহবান করেছি ‘ যেন আপনি তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করেন ’, তারা নিজদের কানে আঙ্গুল ঢুকিয়ে দিয়েছে , নিজদেরকে পোশাকে আবৃত করেছে , ( অবাধ্যতায় ) অনড় থেকেছে এবং দম্ভভরে ঔদ্ধত্য প্রকাশ করেছে ’ ।
- And indeed , every time I invited them that You may forgive them , they put their fingers in their ears , covered themselves with their garments , persisted , and were arrogant with [ great ] arrogance .
Verse: 8 - 9
- ‘ তারপর আমি তাদেরকে প্রকাশ্যে আহবান করেছি ’ । অতঃপর তাদেরকে আমি প্রকাশ্যে এবং অতি গোপনে ও আহবান করেছি ।
- Then I invited them publicly . Then I announced to them and [also ] confided to them secretly .
Verse: 10 - 12
- আর ব লেছি , ‘ তোমাদের রবের কাছে ক্ষমা চাও ; নিশ্চয় তিনি পরম ক্ষমাশীল ’ । তিনি তোমাদের জন্য প্রচুর বৃষ্টিপাত করবেন , তিনি তোমাদেরকে ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তান-সন্ততি দ্বারা সমৃদ্ধ করবেন এবং তোমাদের জন্য স্থাপন করবেন বহু বাগান ও প্রবাহিত করবেন নদী-নালা ।
- And said , ' Ask forgiveness of your Lord . Indeed , He is ever a Perpetual Forgiver . He will send [rain from] the sky upon you in [ continuing ] showers . And give you increase in wealth and children and provide for you gardens and provide for you rivers .
Verse: 13 - 16
- ‘ তোমাদের হল কী যে , তোমরা আল্লাহর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব মেনে নিতে অস্বীকার করছ ? অথচ তিনিই তোমাদেরকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন নানান স্তর অতিক্রম করিয়ে । ‘ তোমরা কি লক্ষ্য কর না যে , কীভাবে আল্লাহ স্তরে স্তরে সপ্তাকাশ সৃষ্টি করেছেন ’ ? আর সেখানে চাঁদকে স্থাপন করেছেন আলোকরূপে ও সূর্যকে স্থাপন করেছেন প্রদীপরূপে ;
- What is [the matter] with you that you do not attribute to Allah [due] grandeur . While He has created you in stages ? Do you not consider how Allah has created seven heavens in layers ? And made the moon therein a [reflected] light and made the sun a burning lamp ?
Verse: 17 - 18
- ‘ আর আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে উদগত করেছেন মাটি থেকে ’ । ‘ তারপর তিনি তোমাদেরকে তাতে ফিরিয়ে নেবেন এবং নিশ্চিতভাবে তোমাদেরকে পুনরুত্থিত করবেন ’ ।
- And Allah has caused you to grow from the earth a [progressive] growth . Then He will return you into it and extract you [another] extraction .
Verse: 19 - 20
- ‘ আর আল্লাহ পৃথিবীকে তোমাদের জন্য বিস্তৃত করেছেন , যেন তোমরা সেখানে প্রশস্ত পথে চলতে পার ’ ।
- And Allah has made for you the earth an expanse , That you may follow therein roads of passage .
Verse: 21 - 23
- নূহ বলেছিলেন , হে আমার রব ! আমার সম্প্রদায় তো আমাকে অমান্য করেছে এবং অনুসরণ করেছে এমন লোকের যার ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তানসন্ততি তার ক্ষতি ছাড়া আর কিছুই বৃদ্ধি করেনি । আর তারা ষড়যন্ত্র করেছিল সাংঘাতিক ষড়যন্ত্র । এবং বলেছে, তোমরা কখনো পরিত্যাগ করো না তোমাদের উপাস্যদেরকে ; পরিত্যাগ করো না ওয়াদ , সুওয়া’আ , ইয়াগূছ , ইয়াউক ও নাসরকে ।
- Noah said , " My Lord, indeed they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children will not increase him except in loss . And they conspired an immense conspiracy . And said , ' Never leave your gods and never leave Wadd or Suwa ' or Yaghuth and Ya'uq and Nasr .
Verse: 24 - 25
- ‘ বস্তুত তারা অনেককে পথভ্রষ্ট করেছে , আর ( হে আল্লাহ ) আপনি যালিমদেরকে ভ্রষ্টতা ছাড়া আর কিছুই বাড়াবেন না ’ । তাদের পাপের কারণে তাদেরকে ডুবিয়ে দেয়া হল অতঃপর আগুনে প্রবেশ করানো হল ; তারা নিজদের সাহায্যকারী হিসেবে আল্লাহ ছাড়া আর কাউকে পায়নি ।
- And already they have misled many . And , [my Lord] , do not increase the wrongdoers except in error " . Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire , and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers .
Verse: 26 - 27
- নূহ আরও বলেছিলঃ হে আমার রাব্ব ! পৃথিবীতে কাফিরদের মধ্য হতে কোন গৃহবাসীকে অব্যাহতি দিওনা । ‘ আপনি যদি তাদেরকে অবশিষ্ট রাখেন তবে তারা আপনার বান্দাদেরকে পথভ্রষ্ট করবে এবং দুরাচারী ও কাফির ছাড়া অন্য কারো জন্ম দেবে না ’ ।
- And Noah said , " My Lord , do not leave upon the earth from among the disbelievers an inhabitant . Indeed , if You leave them , they will mislead Your servants and not beget except [every] wicked one and [confirmed] disbeliever .
Verse: 28
- হে আমার রব্ব ! তুমি ক্ষমা কর আমাকে , আমার পিতামাতাকে যারা আমার গৃহে মু’মিন হয়ে প্রবেশ করে তাদেরকে আর মু’মিন পুরুষ ও মু’মিন নারীদেরকে ; আর যালিমদের জন্য ধ্বংস ছাড়া আর কিছুই বৃদ্ধি করো না । ’
- My Lord , forgive me and my parents and whoever enters my house a believer and the believing men and believing women . And do not increase the wrongdoers except in destruction . "
